Religious and Racial Unity comes to Tacoma with "True Human Essence and the Nature upon which it was Created," with Lecture by Imam W. Deen Mohammed, Tues., July 8, at Oasis of Hope Center, 1937 South G. St.; presented by the Islamic Education and Community Center of Tacoma. Reception and Awards Dinner for Imam Mohammed begins at 5 PM. Guest Speaker is Dr. Dexter Gordon, Director African American Studies, University of Puget Sound, and Islamic Scholar Imam Mohamad Joban, Masjid Ar-Rahmah. Seating is limited for Dinner.
