IWDM:
Praise be to Allah. We thank you all, and greet you with the greetings of the muslims, and the greetings of G-d's servants, that came before our Prophet Muhammad of Arabia, peace be on him, G-d's last prophet that he sent to this world, seal of the Prophet Muhammad. The greetings of As-salaamu Alaykum.
Group:
Wa'alaykum As-sal?m.
Peace be upon you. It's a beautiful sunshine out there, the sunshine take your mind off the cold weather, it's so bright and beautiful. And really, if I had any problems, just looking at your faces and I know so many of you by face, shining there before me that'd be enough to make my day. Yeah?
We thank Allah, for each other. Yes. There's nothing better than the good family, life, and unity. And that's for private life, at home, or wherever we are, and even more importantly, it's for the family of believers. Believers are family. We are community, and we call each other brothers and sisters. We are saying we are family. We are family. Brothers and sisters in one family. We thank Allah. We thank Him. We thank Him for yesterday, the beautiful day. And I was in Chicago, Friday, and I got several calls. And they said Brother Imam, if you were here, you'd be very pleased.
So you have got a beautiful job here, and everybody seems to be in the same spirits. They say, Brother Imam, the spirit is very high. So I was all hyped up and ready to go. Last night was beautiful too, yeah very beautiful. I enjoyed every minute of it, very beautiful. It's a treat to me, that's what I'm trying to say to you. My business here has treated me, has been a great treat to me. So we are going to... I don't know. Sometimes you have one thing in mind that you want address and share with the audience, but as you be in the same environment or same place with them, and meeting them, and greeting them, and seeing their spirit, sometimes you have to kind of change it, your plan for your address.
So I'm changing it slightly, but it's always the same interest. The interest is always the same. And that is, as the scripture says, "To have life, and to have it better, and to have it abundantly." And Allah's revealed to us through Muhammad, the prophet of course, and He said, that I have created you that you may grow. That you may grow. And that doesn't mean grow physically, everything grows like that, in fact as long as you got life you're going to be growing physically. But he means grow in the life that He created us for. Have created us so that we may grow, grow in the life that he has created us for.
And that life is, number one, is spiritual life. When you feel bad, it is not a bunion or arthritis. It's something bothering you inside, deep inside. That's spiritual life, deep inside. That's spiritual life. And Allah created us to have a good feeling inside. Not that pressure, not that bad feeling, not that emptiness, not that fear. No. Allah created us to be in paradise, and I'm in paradise. I'm truthful, no exaggeration. I'm in paradise. The world, physical world, all about us, whether you live in a good land or a bad land, or in a good neighborhood or a bad neighborhood, that's physical things all around us. Once Allah says, "I'm going to give this servant of mines, or this worshiper of mine, paradise." Once he says that, nothing negative, nothing hurtful, nothing sad, nothing ugly, nothing distasteful can penetrate your garden of paradise.
And as scripture says, that when the faithful ones pass in, so they pass by those suffering, and howling and making noise, burning in the flames of hell. They'll pass by them, but they'll be at a distance. And they will not be touched or affected by hell. They can just look at it from where they are. Well, that used to be just reading for me, and I accepted it because it's revelation. But now, I have experienced it. Now the flames can be even closer to you than that. Oh I love you people.
It ain't everywhere you can get an audience like this, that have a taste for this heavenly food that I love. Allah-hu-Akbar. We praise G-d. Yes, yes. Yeah the ancients, who were trying to be upright in their human nature, but was living in an animal world. A human world that was animal in terms of its behavior. But there was a few thinkers among them. And the thinkers in the time of an ancient pagan world, they put in myth, a food they call heavenly food, and they called it ambrosia. But I don't know if this is the same ambrosia, but I know it is ambrosia. It's heavenly food.
Praise be to Allah. Yes. Allah says He created us that we may grow. Grow in spiritual life, and spiritual life is the life of our soul. The soul is a big life, it takes in everything. The brain, it feeds on certain things, that it encounters, experience. Whatever it comes in contact with, if it awakens interest in the intelligence or in the brain, the brain will engage it. But the soul can't have that, it registers everything. Everything. A little baby crying too long in the meeting here, the soul will be disturbed. It will say, "Why don't somebody go help the mother with that child?"
And we will feel about that child just like it's our own child. That's the soul. Yeah. The soul hears something, in the inner ear. The soul hears something, and it sounds good to the brain, but the soul says, "There's something wrong with that." But that something can be very attracted to the brain, it could be so attracted to the brain, it occupy the brain so completely, that the brain can't hear what the soul has to say. And that was the situation for our father, in the garden of paradise. The deceiver talked to him, and got his brains to be completely attentive to what the deceiver was saying. He got so involved, so engrossed in what the deceiver was saying to him about things that he didn't have a complete knowledge about, or hardly any knowledge of.
That he couldn't hear with the ear of his soul. So he was deceived into believing a rationale that was given to him by Satan, the Shaitaan, the devil himself. Yes. But the soul could never bought it. No, the soul never bought it. And the soul couldn't speak loud enough for the man, our father, to hear over the loud interest or the loud voice of Satan. Couldn't hear. Satan was telling him how to come into another life, a higher life. And G-d invites us, always, to come into a higher life. And Allah says, G-d says in the Quran, never did He plan anything for His servants, His worshipers, that Satan didn't scheme to produce the like of it, to take us away from G-d. Always to take us away from G-d. And many people, they're looking for Satan, in the city, where the pimps, the prostitutes, the gamblers, the lost souls are.
Satan has no interest in that. He had them thousands of years ago, and they're operating on his plan, without him even having any bother. He doesn't have to be bothered. He don't anything with them. He is not interested at all in what's happening in the life of pimps, and prostitutes, and gamblers, and drug dealers. He is not interested in that at all. To hell with that, that's taken care of. But let me see what we can do about the Imam's life, let's see what we can do about the Rabi's life, let's see what we can do about the Vatican. Let us give our attention to these boys that ain't playing our game.
And let us work our way into that thinking so suddenly, that they'll be on our team too while they think they're preaching the word of G-d. This is scripture, I'm coming from Scripture, this is what Scripture warns us of. Now, what is the life? We're invited to come to the life that G-d created us for. What is the life? It is the complete life. Satan has tricked the world of religion, into running away from the whole responsibility that G-d gave to man. And leaving this world that G-d put us in, to the wrongdoers. And Allah says, "Who has said to My worshiper, this material world and the benefits of the material world, are not for them?" This is Quran. "Who has said to My worshipers that this material world and it's benefits are not for them?"
He said, "It is not them, and exclusively for them, in the hereafter." Did you hear that? "It is for them, and exclusively for them, in the hereafter." Now let us address for a few minutes, just a second thought, of G-d's statement, "exclusively for them in the Hereafter," that statement in its second thought is saying two important things to us. Firstly it's saying to us, "Don't worry yourself to death, stop grieving over the miseries that you see in the world. It's only temporary. And I'm allowing it. It's not exclusively for you yet. It's to be shared with the wrongdoers. I've given the wrongdoers the freedom to get whatever they can get out of this material world. But they are shut out of the spiritual blessings, that they can't have. Neither here nor the Hereafter. They will never experience the heaven that Allah put Adam in before he fell. They will never experience the heaven that Allah put Abraham in.
They will never experience that Allah put Jesus Christ in. They will never experience the heaven that Allah put Muhammad ibn Abdullah S.A.W in. They will never experience the heaven that G-d put the pious Saints in, from different religions. They will never experience the heaven that Allah has put the son of Elijah Muhammad in. Allah-hu-Akbar. Thank you, thank you. But Allah says, He hasn't barred anybody, he hasn't shut anybody out of getting beans and corn bread, having cattle, and land, and bank accounts. He hasn't sent anybody out of that, because he is a wonderful G-d. He is even good to his enemies. Yes. And He's given us a sign in David. David had enemies, but he also had love, even for his enemies. David. And likewise, Jesus Christ and many other pious Saints, and likewise Muhammad, the prophet. Yes.
He even cares about his enemies. Because they have human souls too, yeah. And who knows? Only G-d knows. Who can be saved, and who can't. So we are just to try our best to be like our Lord in his attributes, of patience, justice, and most of all, mercy. Mercy. Praise be to Allah. Yes, there is nothing that G-d has not extended mercy to. No. Nothing. Even to Satan, if you understand it. Because when Satan refused to accept G-d's plan for human beings, did G-d say, "I'm going to whip you real bad for that"? He said, "Since you are determined your thing, go on, you're free."
That's mercy, isn't it? And I'm not going to bring my power down on you now, but at the end of your thing, your thing has an end, and when you reach the end of it, you're going to be in the fix that you plotted to have my human beings in. And I have created a fire that you don't know about, it consumes both men and stones. And He's calling the devil a stone. A stone! Can't feel, can't feel. But did G-d give up on stones? No. He said that's storm stones, that under pressure they're will break, crack, and water will gush forth from them. G-d knows what he created, but what He's saying, "No matter how hard about it you become, no matter how hard you become, there's a light. I put water in you, and that water will still be there.
And the hell you're going to make for yourself will one day crack your stone, and water will gush forth from it." And even tears will fall from Satan's eyes. Now, don't forget what Allah says in Quran, the fire is real. It's no myth. I'm not talking about something that doesn't exist, or something that's spooky and you can't understand it with your rational mind. No. The fire of hell is something we can understand with our rational mind. And the devil's existence is something we can understand with our rational mind. Yes. And if I had permission, I'd just put my finger right on the devil, right now.
You know him. You know him. I can't put my finger on every one of them, but I can sure put my finger on the biggest and most concentrated company of him, and you all will see it. Plainly. But we are forbidden. Once G-d shows us this, we are forbidden to tell the world. Allah didn't take him out of his hiding place, and he didn't permit the servants, the prophets, to take the devil out of his hiding place. Now the Bible claim that he permitted, the successor to Jesus Christ, Peter, permitted him to have the power to bind Satan for a thousand years. To lock him up, for a thousand years, and then let him go after a thousand years.
Now why would any righteous servant of G-d want to let him go, if he ever locked him up? So, don't believe that story. Even though it's in the Holy Bible. No, it's just the day he was permitted to be free, he's been free ever since and nobody have the key, or a way to lock him up. He comes out when he wants. And those who think they have the power to put him in jail and let him out, they are deceived. They are self-deceived. No, they don't have the power to do it. Yes. All we have the power to do is to respect our good nature. Respect the good life that G-d created us with. And as long as we respect that good life that G-d created us with, we have a sure defense against Satan.
Something that seems small, with no power, has the power to defeat Satan. And that's your goodness inside you. Just stay with your goodness, Satan can't touch you. And if you practice staying with that goodness long enough, and faithful enough, you're not letting sex tempt you away from it, you're not letting greed for money tempt you away from it, you're letting fear of wrongdoers, of bullies take it away from you. If you stick with that long enough, you will win guaranteed protection from Satan, and he won't be able to come at you from any way. You will be in paradise, and he can never come into paradise. He hates paradise, just like he hates the righteous servants. He hates paradise.
And the wise of the languages of myth and culture, they have told us that Satan hates this life. You sprinkle some water, some pure water on, Dracula, what happens to it? If you bring him out in the light, what happens to him? He's ok as long as he in the dark, hidden in the shadows. Bring him out in the light, what happens to him? Sprinkle some of that pure holy water on him, what happens to him? That water means your innocent soul, your spiritual life. If he ever be touched by that, it's all over for him. So he makes sure he's not touched, he stays away from the righteous. He stays out of the bright light of truth. He knows that it will do away with him. So as long as you keep to your innocence, keep to your innocence. Don't worry about the devil.
Over a period of generations, over a period of thousands of years really, the people exaggerated the image and power of the devil. They exaggerated. They made him even bigger than even Allah. Got him contending with G-d, as though they on some equal plane. So in Islam, the Quran comes to correct that. And it doesn't even say G-d have any contenders. G-d doesn't have any contenders. Not even the devil, he's no contender for G-d. So G-d let us know, this Satan, this devil that you know in your life, he's not my contender, he's your contender Adwun Nas
He's the opponent of the enemy of human beings, not G-d. G-d forbid that we even think something can challenge him. Then he works on the problem of our thinking that he's so big, that the devil is so big. He said, "Fight the schemes of Satan, Shaitaan, for surely his shemes are weak." Not like the old teaching before the Quran came, that magnify him and say be careful of him. Don't engage him, he's too powerful. But the Bible too came, to deal with that, says, "Rebuke Satan!". Rebuke him. Don't just listen to him when you know he's talking wrong. Rebuke him, means tell him he's wrong. And he will run from you. That's what the Bible says, rebuke Satan and he will flee from you. Not everyone's statement there, it kills all that other stuff about him being so powerful. Rebuke him and he will flee from you.
I was convicted for failing to obey the selective service order, I was spending time at the Sandstone Minnesota Federal Correctional Institution, and Jehovah witness was in there too. They were in there for doing the same thing, failing to obey the selective service order. And there's a big, tall, copper-skin, African-American, I thought they called him a sanctifier, he was, he was a sanctifier in the religion of Jehovah witnesses.
I'll tell you, when he would be talking, every now and then he'd say, "Whoa!". I started saying sanctifier, I forgot, I remember how he responded when he was a Jehovah witness. Anyway, he knew all of us. I was a Muslim that he thought was just so far away from G-d, that I was Satan. So we had a conversation, and really, I have always been, in terms of my respect for a person, I've always been the same as I am now. I don't believe in forcing something on you, you don't want. So I was being very nice and respectful, I wasn't trying to convert him. I knew he didn't want it. But responding to him, I had to make a little trouble for him. Just responding to what he was saying to me. I had to make a little trouble for him.
I was being as gentlemanly as I possible could. He got so upset, "Get behind me Satan!", that's what he said to me, "Get behind me Satan!". And he started going, leaving, in the jail. He had no room to go away from me, about a 100 ft. I guess, but us both was in jail. Locked up in the federal institute, so he started, "Get behind me Satan!", I said, "Hold up brother", I said the Bible says, "Rebuke Satan and he'll run from you", I said, "I aint running, what're you running for?" Praise be to Allah. Do you know that he made parole before me? He got out. That ain't the point that's not their interest.
When I got out and got back in the temple, my father wouldn't let me preach. I think he really didn't want me to make trouble for my parole, he was afraid that I may say something. That's what I thought later. But first time he told me, "Now you know you can't go back on roster." The first time he said that, I said, "Well damn, I guess I'll see you on the punishment." But later on I came to understand it as my own protection, he was protecting his son. So anyway, I'm in the temple one night, and who do I see? Yeah! My friend, the Jehovah witness.
And when our eyes met, both of us are smiling, so happy to see each other. You know, I don't care what kind of situation you have with your homie in prison, when you see him outside, "Hey, baby!" Because something happens to your spirit and soul, you were both confined together, you were both put in the same bad situation, so we you see each other out of that situation, oh you happy, you forget every argument you had. And that's the same way it will be for us when we get out of this trap that we're in, that the world put us in, and our wayward leaders straying from righteousness that they had in slavery time, and after, immediately after, straying from their righteousness has put us in.
When we save ourselves from this prison of ignorance, misguidance, deviation from the law of G-d, deviation from faith and love for G-d. When we break out of this, we're going to feel just like those homies who see each other when they're both out there. We're going to love you. Go Assalaam-mu-Alaykum brother! Assalaam-mu-Alaykum sister! Praise be to Allah! We're going to have it back. We're going to get it back. All right. Let me get back to this. So, he said, "I came to see you." That's what he told me. He said, "I came to see you." He said I just wanted to see you. I said, "Oh man," I said, "I'm happy to see you." So he said, "Where you live?" I told him. He said, "I'm going to come by your house." He did.
But he never joined the Nation of Islam. Now, isn't that something? Man came out of prison and stayed Found out where the temple was, and came there just to see me. And then asked me for my address, and come by. He never tried to convert me to Jehovah witness again. All he wanted to do is be in my company, as a friend. Wonderful. Yeah. Allahu Akbar. Wonderful.
Yes. Okay. Allah invites us to life. Genesis is an invitation to life. It's an invitation to life! It's talking about the life that G-d created human beings for. It's not the life of, rats, cats, dogs, sheep, cows, chickens, rabbits. No. Snakes, no, it's a special life. None of those creatures were created for the life that we were created for. And none of them can benefit from what Allah created as we can. None of them. Animals have intelligence like we do, I used to think they can't reason, well science said they can't. Science is making a big mistake. Animals can reason. Some animals can reason, yes.
And I believe that's what it means when it's said that He made some animals on the same day he made man. The 6th day. Didn't just make man on the sixth day, he made some other animals on the sixth day. This is Genesis, Bible. And if you understand it, the same is in the Quran, it's written in the sixth chapter of the Quran, and it's called An'am. The animals. Sixth represents the day that he created man. Yeah. And Allah says in the Quran, "And there's no creature called upon on the face of the Earth that Allah hasn't assigned it's life to community." Similar to yours. So there's a community of birds, community of ants, community of bees, yes, even bacteria have community. Microscopic life that you can't even see with your eyes, they crawling too upon something. Praise be to Allah.
Now, the life that G-d wants for us is a life that we can have without the tools for the soul being establish. What are the tools for the soul? Your intelligence, your brain. You cannot have the life that Allah created for the soul until you establish your brain, your soul goes off like air in a balloon. If you can imagine the skin of a balloon being the extent of space, far as you can go out of space, that air is the soul and the air is pushing the balloon out. And Allah has created space so that it will expand as far as our life require too. Yeah. No limit to it. As far as your soul wanted to go out, let the germ of righteousness be alive in the soul, and it will push, it will fill the balloon up with soul, with the spirit life of the soul.
And that balloon is not limited like these little balloons we buy for our children, they will burst when you reach a a certain. That balloon, that skin that G-d have given to hold the core life of the soul, will keep expanding forever. Keep opening up forever. Give your soul more room, to want more. Opens up, opens up, opens up. Unlimited extension. Unlimited expansion. Unlimited room. You can have as much as you want. Allah created us like that. But something as small as the pit at the point of a needle can tip the balloon and lose out all the air.
But I guess that's why Allah revealed, Satan has been disappointed, this day I have perfected for you your religion, and completed my favor on you and have given you my choice of religion, Islam. But he also say, "Don't drop your guard now", Satan has given up hope of deceiving you in big things. But be aware of him coming at you in small things. Like your respect for your husband, sister. Like your respect for your wife, brother. Like your respect for your parents, children.
And like your respect for your children, parents. Huh? These are things G-d made up naturally to manage. He made us naturally to manage these things. It's the nature of the heart to take care of these things. But when Satan comes at us with his scheming, he take everything available to him and use it to take us out of the life G-d created us for. Yes. Oh, what is this life? In this complete picture, in this best picture, it is the life that has been given to us by the Life.
And life, the highest life for us, is the word of G-d. When he breathes into us... the word of G-d, The Quran, revelation, true, pure perfect revelation. When it comes into our life, it gives us a chance to have a bigger life, a more better life, a more beautiful life and certainly a much more productive life then we had before. But is it really a new life? No, it's the same life you had before.
The sign is in Jesus Christ, and most of the students of Scripture, they missed it. So Allah revealed it again. As Jesus Christ predicted it would happen. The spirit of truth will come. So He revealed it again and gave it to Muhammad, the prophet. And the same sign that Jesus came to show the world, in the clouds of heaven and in parable, here G-d brings it again in plain language, and not in the clouds of the heavens but in the broad daylight. He brings it again.
Here is a man that G-d chose to be his last messenger, to fill that role of the last prophet, the seal of the prophet. And this man was not called by G-d so that he would be made clean, sanctified, made holy, righteous, or made fit to be G-d's servant and messenger. He was already fit, before he knew G-d. He was already the complete human being G-d wanted, before he even knew a religion. He didn't know a religion proper. He didn't know Judaism, he didn't know Christianity, he knew none of those. Not even the Sabeans religion, and it was in Arabia, but he didn't know it. The part that he was in, there was no Sabeans.
And I guess those Arabs of that area, they never were interested in that kind of thing. They were boasting in their own knowledge, and that knowledge was common sense, reasoning. Yet, if he didn't come to them with that reasoning, they wouldn't accept anything. Just common sense reasoning. They didn't believe in no Hereafter, life after death, nothing. They didn't believe in G-d the world of religion believed in G-d. And he was born among them. And they worshiped idols, they believed in the creation of their fathers. Whatever their father made and told them, that was the G-d on or had, some kind of superpower. That's what they believed in. And they had 369 of those things, and they had little models of them in the Ka'abah. In the house that was built by Abraham, the highest man in the purity of the worship of G-d. He was the highest in that.
And he left the house there, but they had lost it. Didn't have any knowledge of it, and they had put their false G-ds in there, and their little models, little things they made with their hands, crafted with their hands. And Allah chose Muhammad, because Muhammad wouldn't worship any of those idols. Chose Muhammad, because Muhammad wouldn't follow the ignorant behavior of his people. When they go around, celebrating once a year, go around the Ka'abah, the poor ones in the nude. The rich told the poor that if you do your Hajj, you have to be naked. Meaning you don't have any knowledge, you couldn't produce your own clothes, we produce your clothes for you to wear. So they had a fake knowledge of what the Ka'abah indicated, or signified. They knew it signified life, human life, in its origin.
They knew that much, that it was the symbol of the original home of human life. And the original home of human life, means the life of the baby. The life of an innocent baby. So for a society, it is innocence, it is natural goodness before which goes to become greedy, become warmongers, or whatever. It is innocence. And Margaret Mead discovered a society, even in this path, no more than 50 years ago, I think. She discovered a society on the earth, the Poseidon. That's the name of them, Poseidon.
She discovered them and she told about them, she's a researcher she told about them and she said they had no concept for crime. That's what she said. Now, in there somehow, Allah, the creator of this world, let this world exist and be changed by scientific, industrial man, but he missed a little spot. In this last day of revelation, that little spot survived, to be known in this last day of revelation. So man has the power to change everything in his environment. Redirect, take it away from nature, or whatever.
The Poseidon people, so that Roman scientist, Margaret Mead, would discover them and put them in history, so it would be there for the rest of the time. It's going to be there for the rest of time. Or this is the end of time. Ain't no change coming, nobody is coming to take over this society and make it different. No. This is the biggest we can become, with the brain. We can't become any bigger with the brain. We only can build more of what we have done, but we can't become any bigger than we are right now with the brain. So this is the end of time, for this scheme, for this runoff things that G-d planned for, that the devil planned for.
So, we're living in the finality of the miracles of Satan and the miracles of G-d. Nothing is coming bigger, not as a challenge to the soul of man. No.
Now, so here he allowed this society to be hidden from this explorer, who gone all over the world, looking for things untouched by him, so he can get in, and touch it, and see what he can change. See what he can make of it. See can he make of it? One little people survive the test of it.
And Margaret Mead said, "They had no concept of crime. So they're just like innocent babies born." So they trust each other with everything. They don't fight each other, naturally good.
But isn't Christ Jesus a sign of that, that though he's a human being like us, in the world he's different from the rest. Innocent, pure, want nothing but goodness for himself and others. And really put in the world to want it for others because he was born with it.
He didn't have to go out there for himself. He's born with it. Created with it first day. Then Muhammad comes. He is a man as Jesus Christ as a sign in the manger with animals, in the nativity with animals. And here's my Muhammad in the beginning of the new world of Islam and its negativity with animals. But unspoiled by the animals, untouched by the animals.
From the midst of the animals, he walked, and went up a mountain to get way away from the animals. So he couldn't hear a thing they were saying. He couldn't be bothered anymore with the picture of their shameful behavior, and he went up in the mountain high as he could go. And there he found a little opening, went into that hole and cried out to the skies. He didn't know G-d by the name of anything. All he knew is what the idol worshipers called G-d's. G-d's many. He cried out up there, "Help my soul take this burden off of me."
And G-d, first word to him was, "Read." R-E-A-D, read. And Muhammad knew that G-d wasn't talking about read the daily newspaper because he had been doing that. G-d knew that G-d didn't mean read a business contract because he was not only reading business contracts. He was making them, he was writing business contracts.
Muhammad understood what G-d meant when he said read and Mohammad said, "I can read." He meant read my communication to man, for his salvation. Mahammad said, "I can read." He never had any scriptures in his hand. He never had a priest or a monk, a Holy man teach him scripture. He couldn't read. This is in the Bible.
There will come a time and that'd be a famine. It was spread all over the world. Say it won't be a famine of food. It'll be a famine of hearing the word of G-d. And again, in the Bible said, there'd be a little book. And the people will not be able to read that book. And a man will come upon that book by chance. He would have it in his hand and he won't be able to read it. And he would go looking for somebody to read him this book, this strange book that he has come upon and he goes to the first person says, "Will you please read this for me?" And the first person says, "I'm sorry, I'm not literate. I can't read plain language."
He keeps going and finally comes to another man. And he says, "Will you please read this to me?" And the man looks at it and he says, "It's sealed." S-E-A-L-E-D. It's locked up. It's sealed from people that don't have this kind of knowledge.
But along comes one that looked like he had been slain from the foundations of the world. He's not even alive to the foundation of the world. Slain from the foundations of the world, a little lamb without a spot or blemish. Not a wolf, going out to kill something, sneaking into looking in the shadows, not a bear wild bear, but a little lamb. That want nothing but to be left alone with his family. Ain't out to a kill thing.
Praise be to Allah and he comes up and he sees, and he takes the book. He has to reach out for it. Because those that have it they in power they're higher up. Little lamb lay out here on the ground with the poor and the common people. He reaches out up and he grabbed the book and he breaks the seals. He reads it, that was Muhammad the prophet, but he couldn't do it without G-d's help. That was Jesus Christ. As a sign. He couldn't do it without G-d's help. G-d had to tell him more than once told him once read. "I can't read." Told him the second time, "Read." "I can't read". First time, he said read and Muhammad responded from his experience. "I can't read." I've never been educated to do this.
He told him a second time read and Muhammad has responded with his intellectual ability with his rational mind, his brain and Muhammad said, "I can't read." G-d told him the third time, "Read." And he didn't speak from his mind, his soul began reading. The soul began to read. And his brain heard it in his brain, spoke it to men and they wrote it down. And we have the Quran
congregation:
Allahu Akbar.
Lord have mercy. See what Allah blessed me with when I come to you all. See what we get when we are in good company. G-d almighty.
Praise be to Allah. Praise be to Allah. Thank you. Thank you to Allah. G-d blessed Abraham to see where he wanted us to go with lives. Abraham couldn't see it in his time. He couldn't see it. The time it was too far in the distance. Abraham couldn't live to see it. But G-d gave it to Abraham as a vision, as a hope. And Abraham pass it on down to others. And charged others to pass it on down to others. For eventually the time it's going to come when you can go into this vision. And this vision it's called the promised land. Yes.
Moses wanted it, but he didn't have enough time to see it. So he appointed Joshua. Joshua spirit. He appointed the Holy spirit and the people. He appointed that Holy spirit to be responsible for carrying these people on after I'm gone. Oh yeah. But Joshua could only fight the battle of Jericho. He could live to see it either. But he did bring the walls down.
Jesus Christ came and he as a sign, he was the promised land. Yeah. As a side of the word. Pure in the world. He was the promised land. But the sign had to be read and understood. And he said, I'm doing my best to show you, but I have to go to away for if I don't go away the comforter will not come on to you. And the comforter means the ability in you to receive this and understand it clearly. It won't come unless I pull myself out of your sight. You're looking at me and you can't see it.
Ain't that the way truth is sometimes? You have to get away from it to see it. Get back, back up. To close, you can't see it too good. And then comes Muhammad the Prophet. Fulfilling the prediction. When the truth has come, falsehood vanishes. For surely falsehood by its own nature is a vanishing thing.
Waqul Jaa'a Haqq wazahaq baatilu Inna batila kana zahuqan . For surely falsehood by his own nature is doomed to vanish or perish. Yes. Yes. So in essence, in purpose, in essence, in purpose, in the role of fulfilling the promise of G-d who is Jesus? Jesus Christ? Who was Muhammad, Jesus Christ? They're the same.
And when the prophet said, "There'll come a time when are you going to see Christ Jesus and me together. That's what he's saying. You're miss it now and I can't tell you. But I am Jesus. I am Jesus Christ. Yes. The world missed. The world missed it. Yes, they missed it.
But, he is not that Jesus Christ. He is that purpose that was in that Jesus Christ. And as a human being, the same essence that was in Jesus Christ. The human essence of Jesus Christ and the human essence of Muhammad, the prophet, the same essence. One in the same. Yes.
Where did the origin goes back to? The first man that G-d made fit for the garden, Adam. And if you study the gospel of Jesus Christ, the new Testament, it will trace the genealogy of Jesus Christ back to Adam. And it says, Adam and Adam was created by G-d. That's what it said. Then Allah to revealed to Mohammad in Quran, they say the likeness of Jesus Christ is Adam. And he was created by G-d, same thing. We don't know if that's commentary on what I just gave you from the Bible.
I'm talking about We I say , I'm speaking of the scholars. I'm way down here. They're way up there in Saudi Arabia and Ahzar university. They're way up there. When I go over there and look at them.
And I listened to what they have to say, they give me that great voice from way up there. And I come back home with the little stuff I came there with. I don't buy what they gave me for way up there. I go back home with my little baggage I came to him with. I left that big stuff right there where they were. With your big stuff.
Now, I know this, the challenge for me. For many of you, this is a challenge. Even for some of my good friends that love me like, I love you. This is a challenge for you. What are you? You can't be that be no more than those big boys. They can't be something that they ain't in, I've got more than they got you there.
But haven't you been put down lower than any other people on this earth. Isn't it? They shout and time now. Haven't you been put down as a people, lower than any other people on this earth. To believe you are subhuman. kin to apes and monkeys.
You believe you're cursed by G-d, just because of your color. Then the scripture saying, "The lowest rail shall be made the highest rail." Well, if that's true, then a black man from slavery history, a distant child, or flee from them most put down, race on the planet earth, have to, if the word of G-d must be fulfilled, it's going to be fulfilled. Have to be brought from the bottom and put on the top. If not, then G-d didn't tell us the truth.
And I have come to know G-d's justice. I have come to know G-d's justice, whatever G-d permit to happen, to any of the people. And we know a lot of our fore parents weren't innocent. They were liars, thieves, whore mongers, kills of their own people. We know that. But we know they didn't look for just criminals. When they brought us over here and put us in bondage. They just grabbed up and they grabbed up the little lamb.
Oh, they made a big damn mistake. They ramped up a little lamb and G-d say, "You can do that to those criminals. You can do that to your people, but I will not let you do that to my worshiper."
And because you mocked the whole people, when you did it, I'm going to lift up the whole people in America until they are higher than anybody else. In the knowledge and skills and youth and performance of my word. And they have happened. That has happened already. It's just a matter of time that you respond to that great light that G-d is putting off and become the great people in the environment and the material environment that you can be just on the power of that light that is coming to the so of Elijah Muhammad. And that's a fact. That's a fact.
Praise be to Allah. Praise be to Allah. G-d knows I want nothing for myself. G-d knows that. G-d and a few of you all know that. A few of you all know me up close. You know, I want never for myself. I wish I had somebody else saying this and my picture was hidden. I wish brother Shabal, or brother Abdul Rahim . I wish anybody, sister Abdul Rahem. My sister Jameela. Anybody, that was saying this instead of me, but I don't have anybody else to say this.
I want no pictures to myself. I don't want you to see me at all. G-d knows this. I want nothing, but to be left alone. To have a private life and enjoy what my human nature created me and enjoy it. And I'd be happy having somebody else be this man as a leader. G-d knows that.
It has already happened. And believe me, people don't hide in the great religions of this earth, not just Christians and Jews. But there are other great religions on this earth. And they have seen what has happened in the mist of our people. They have seen how we have gone in two different ways.
How some have gone for righteousness following the way of Christianity and the church. How other blacks or African Americans have taken the way of the new Islam that came into the United States by way of the mysterious...
That came into the United States, by way of the mysterious W. D. Fard. They have studied this thing. They got more knowledge of these mysteries than you have. And they have come to the conclusion that G-d is performing a great work again.
He's creating a people again, like he created people before. And this time, he's creating that people out of the African-American, or the Blacks of America. They know that. Believe me, they know that. And they're selling and rocking what they're seeing. And they are benefiting spiritually from what they are seeing.
They are benefiting intellectually from what they are seeing. And they are benefiting tremendously from what they are seeing. You don't know what's happening. Lord, you don't know how great it is.
They are benefiting for living from what is happening. When G-d puts new life into the world, that new life does not only seed the little, small area G-d put it in. But it sends out its light and its influence to the whole world, and the whole world benefits.
A great, great day has happened in the United States of America, yes. And believe me, I couldn't even stay with G-d if I didn't see what has happened in the United States of America. I would give up on religion. No Christian church could get me, and certainly no mosque of Arabia, Egypt, anywhere. Oh, they sure couldn't get me.
I'm telling you, ain't no way they could get me. Would you believe this little fellow, with no college education or degree? All right, I have a little college education. I went there for a little while. I got a few hours.
Would you believe this little fellow, sitting over there with those big boys in Saudi Arabia? Big boys. A meeting of the top scholars. And I told them, I said, "There was no way. There's no way that you all could get me to become a Muslim, if I had not experienced what I experienced in America. Under Elijah Muhammad."
No appeal. You want to give me holiness? They do that in the church. You want to make my soul feel good? Oh, I'll go to the dope house, I'll feel real good. I don't need your small time drugs. The biggest drugs in the world is in the United States of America.
And they looked at me and you know they could say nothing? They didn't even ask me why. Because they afraid that I was going to hurt them some more if they had to answer questions.
I'm Wallace D Mohammed. Okay. Son of Elijah Poole Muhammad. That's me. Now if you saw me the way I thought... My brothers can say. My sisters can say. My friends in the streets can say it. The way I live and thought, I'm not put on that stuff they wear, for the brothers in Saudi Arabia, not for the winters in Chicago. I'm going to dress like that? And look and talk like them? Good G-d Almighty, what kind of curse G-d going to put on me to make me do that?
The possibility is not in my natural life. G-d, I'll have to put some kind of great curse on me to make me do that! G-d Almighty!
And look how G-d has let things develop in the major happenings of the world. He in Saudi Arabia, the holy land, our most sacred quarters, where the Quran is, the sanctuary of sanctuaries for Muslims. Right there in Saudi Arabia. And Saudi Arabia became a partner of Britain and the United States, with the buck of Saudi Arabia on that land that was called the Land of Arabs.
Huh? It wasn't called no Saudi Arabia. That comes from Abdul Aziz al Saud. That's his name. So he became... he liberated Arabia for his kind of government and life, called the Revival of Islam. And stopped the people from doing un-Islamic things around the Kaba et cetera.
He did do a great thing to bring the people from savagery. They were going back to savagery. To bring them from primitiveness and savagery, he did a great thing. But he's a desert man. He wasn't nothing but a desert man. I'm talking about the first king. Nothing but a desert man. Wasn't even educated.
But he had a scholar. The best scholar, who started the revolution that changed them from this idolatry they were in. Almost getting back into idolatry. The worship of spirits and stuff. To save them. His name's Wahab.
So the soldier, who was not an intellectual, just a soldier. Common man. He got with the scholar Wahab, and got the support of Great Britain and the United States, and a few others. But mainly Britain and the United States, so he could get into power. Formed an agreement, a pact with the United States, in his time. And that thought passed on down to his children. The prince, from him. Until this time, King Fahd. Okay?
And the present situation for the two nations, or the two governments, Saudi Arabia and the United States, is this. Saudi Arabia is obligated to keep its friendship and agreement with the United States. And the United States is obligated to do the same with Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia now depends on the United States, and hard depend on it, for many things, even for its security. Huh?
So here, the son of Elijah Muhammad, I don't know if you all can travel back in time like I can. And I remember the United States allowing me to be called, "Nigger". And being shut out of the blessings that G-d created for all people. And leaving it only for whites and those that they say its okay for. And shutting us out of it.
Being undisturbed by me being shut out of restaurants. Told to go to the back door to get my food. Told to sit in the back of the bus. Told to don't laugh in a theater until the white people laugh, "Then after they finish laughing then you niggers can laugh."
I remember drinking out of a fountain that they say was for blacks. I couldn't drink out of the other fountain, those closer to me, because it's for whites.
I remember all this.
And now I see the United States in its great power, in this great situation. And now it has Saudi Arabia like its pup. The lion has a pup. Huh? Saudi Arabia, the great sanctuary for Muslims, is like the pup of the United States, the great lion. Huh?
No I'm that man that has written all these things. Do you think I'm impressed with Saudi Arabia? The pup of the United States? Well hell I have the spirit now to improve the United States! Yeah! I remember this history. I congratulate you, United States, for cleaning up your act! Congratulations!
I congratulate you for living out the promise of your best leaders, the ones who formed this nation, conceived it, and promised all its citizens life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
I appreciate you and congratulate you for completing that promise, making it free, freeing it, so all of us, even blacks that you've treated like you did, can have it now. But don't think that I will trust my life and soul to you ever! You didn't save my soul, you freed my body. You didn't save my soul. G-d saved my soul! And G-d opened my mind! And G-d showed me how I can make a world. Yes!
And G-d has given me the love and the interest in this nation that now I claim as my own. To work with my people and get in the competition, get with those who are competing to lead America, and make America better. We in that competition. And we are not going to let anybody tell us where the promised land is for us. G-d has showed us where the promised land is! Praise be to Allah.
So these are our people. Mohammad is a sign. Although he brings a clear message, he in his own first person is also a sign. He's the eighth one in the ascension. Abraham was the highest one before Mohammad, and the highest one in terms of level. You can't go higher than Abraham went, only to the level of seven.
But he is one with a number higher than seven! That G-d blessed to go up from the first level that Adam was on to the highest level that Abraham was on. Now here he is the eighth, but there's not another level up there. So he had to come down. Whoo! Oh Lordy! Oh Lordy! Now he's eighth, but he's going up! And there's no eight up. The highest number's seven! And he creates the seven heavens. And he finished them. Then they ate.
And he's up there on the seventh level. He is the eighth number. Can't go any higher. But before he goes back home, he leads all of them in prayer. Every one of them! Even his father Adam! His father Abraham! And all those between, Moses and Aaron. All of them. Jesus Christ too. All of them. He leads them in prayer. Because their prayer was the prayer he is to fulfill. The seal of the prophet.
Yes! Yes! So he's the eighth number. But ain't no eight up there. The eighth downstairs where he just was a little while ago. He had to go downstairs and establish the kingdom that was to come. The eighth is the kingdom! The eighth is the promised land! The eight is the community life that G-d created Adam for and all of us are its life-force inheritors! Thank you! Peace be unto you As Salaamu Alaikum!
