He has not made any mistakes with his job of creating. We don't believe that Allah made a mistake and had to do it all over again. No, we don't believe it, that's not Allah, that's man, that's us. We make mistakes and have to do it all over again. No, he didn't make any mistakes. Yeah, any problems, the problem is with us, never with Allah, this is our belief. And so, what religion... Is there a religion that says God made a mistake? Well, you just keep your ears open and eyes open and then maybe you'll find one, maybe you'll run into one. I know there's justification for me saying what I'm saying. So we don't believe in that. We don't think that the concept of God as a person or as a being or as a force that comes to our aid when we're in trouble is more important than the concept of God as a creator. I hope you're understanding what we're saying, what I'm saying when I say, "We are respecting".

We do not see the concept of God as one coming to rescue something, more important to us than the concept of God as the one who created everything, the creator of everything, this is in the Quran. We don't, no, we don't. So that brings us also to the natural conclusion, the conclusion that respects the excellence of what is natural for man. So when we're saying nature we're not talking about the nature we fall down to, we are talking about the nature we were established in. Can you understand? Can you see the point? When we say nature we're not talking about the nature we fall down to, we are talking... 'Cause science today, especially Western science, especially in the field of sociology and psychology. Especially in fields like psychology also. They say there's no such thing as deviant nature. No such... No such, they don't recognize any such thing as deviant nature. And they have been made tools for the exploiters of the nature and productive capacity of people. They have been made instruments of those exploiters.

I'm not gonna single out any particular people or any particular institutions or anything. They have become Satan, Satan. It is the influence of Satan that make institutions and individuals work against the true nature and true purpose of man. Satan. And we don't see Satan in any individual, it's just his influence, it's the influence of Satan that we buy. Yes. So now, we do not think our creation, the creation of a person, a man, to be more important than the creation of the universe. Allah says, "Why, 'cause Allah says it ". Allah says, "Think not your creation... I'm talking about the man's creation... To be bigger than the creation of the universe. Allah says also of the creation of man... We're still under the topic of religion, we're looking at our respect for nature, our respect for creator of a natural universe and the excellence that he has desired and ordered for nature. He established that excellence originally and he put a spirit on urge in us to motivate us to come into the excellence that he created originally.

Yes, so Allah says, "Think not that your creation is bigger than the creation of the universe, the whole world". And he says also that, "This religion is patterned on the pattern of... Established by God in the creation of all things. Universal scheme. This religion is patterned upon that pattern. The pattern upon which he originally formed man. I hope it's all clear, I'm not rushing. If I'm rushing, it's rushing to get to the most important things and get over with it. But I don't like to hold people too long anymore like I used to. [background conversation] Now... So far, I have tried my best to present to you as clearly and as perfectly as possible the uniqueness, the specialness for us, as Muslims, in terms of how we should perceive God and how we should perceive ourselves as men. There's much more to talk about but I'm gonna leave the topic of religion now and come to the topic of race. Race. Now, as long as we have that knowledge that God gave us, of our first Father, how can we become racists? Huh? That make us all descendants on equal terms.

That concept that God has given us of the creation of the first person, and it's better to say first person than to say first man. Now, you all can bother me with that later if you wanna. I'm not talking to any particular one. Now that everybody got the Quran, and everybody on equal footing, they don't tell me directly. I respect that. They still love all Elijah Mohammed and me so much that they don't come to me right to my face. Every now and then I get a wild and crazy one like that. He come right in my face. "Well buddy, man, I disagree with you, and you shouldn't say so on, so on, so on, and so on."

But he's talking alone to me. He's afraid of the wrath of the people.

He's waiting 'till he catch me out in the public somewhere alone, but I tell him, "I'm never alone." I say, "I got an invisible security. There's brothers hiding everywhere looking at me."

[laughter]

There's no reason for us to come into the idea of racism. In fact, we would not come into these ideas if we stick to what God says, if we believe in the religion, and this concept should be the concept for all the people of the book and for Muslim. Jews, Christians, and Muslims. That should be our concept because we have the same scriptural progression. We belong to the same scriptural progression. We have the same prophets, so we shouldn't have that problem. But we do, and it's not because of us, because of Satan and the weak human beings that have ambitions in the world that they can't justify if they hold to what God gave them.

So, they have to create lies, and try to make all of us believe it in order to work their thing. That's the problem, I just put it in simple terms. There's a natural man speaking, that excellent one he made, Adam. That's Adam speaking... Not Adam, the prophet now. Don't get confused. I have to always check you. After awhile, that Spookville, we'd be heading straight to Spookville. That's the excellence of the common man that God created speaking in me. And that same speaks in all of us. Yes. So, how this racism comes about? Why do we have this racism? Well Allah says directly and indirectly to let us know what our excellence is so one racist appearing to another, how? Based upon what? What is the criteria?

Allah gives us the criteria, and Muslims should never have a problem with any influence. Not to say that belief, but any influence of the racism. We shouldn't have the problem. If we do, it's because we are out of touch with what has been given for us in the Quran and in the life of our prophet. We're out of touch with it. Allah says that he created you from one soul. Soul in our religion also means one. Soul means person. Soul also mean the original natural, the essential nature with it's attributes and design and constitution. Soul, same word, can mean soul. It can mean self, it can mean person, and it also refers to the original design, original constitution that Allah made.

Made it in heaven. Isn't that wonderful? We believe that Allah made this in heaven. It was made in heaven, and then he freed it to meet its challenges, its destiny, and be put in a situation to grow and develop. Put it in the earth. Made it in heaven, put it in the earth. Now, a lot of the educated people in religion, a lot of the people in the religious elite, intellectual elite, they can't stand me when I do this. But I can't stand not to do it. Now, you wanna understand. You wanna see the picture of what I'm talking about that happened in heaven? Go to any hospital, to any nursery, and see the baby just got here, and you will see the baby in heaven. That's the baby in heaven.

As long as it doesn't carry defects. If you didn't drink alcohol, you wasn't on drugs, you weren't messed up, and those before you didn't pass that on to that baby. If that baby came here with healthy form, when you see that baby, that's a baby in heaven. That baby is a baby born without sin. That baby has no evil intent. That baby is not a rebel. That baby is obedient. That baby is ready to learn the human language. That baby is ready to follow momma and daddy. That's a baby born in heaven. Ahh! That baby's born in heaven.

Now, you say, "Well, not in the house where I live." Well, I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about born in the house God made. Born in the house God made for its existence. That house is heaven. Heaven is in that house. Obedience is in that house. Goodness is in that house. No ill or evil desire is in that house. That baby have to learn that. That has to be awakened from the bad ancestors, in him from his bad ancestors in the past. Even though he came, the heavenly body... The heavenly body and the heavenly entity, came through hell, but was not changed. Or not changed. The son of Al Capone, but in the nursery the baby in heaven. The son of Hitler if he gotten one, had one. I hope he didn't. [laughter] In the nursery, born today. Heavenly formed, of heaven and heavenly formed.

You know something else that we should appreciate? Babies are not born with ethnic or nationalistic interests. They're not born with ethnic, nationalistic, or racist interests. The baby is ready to become a Mexican, an African-American, or a Chinese. Baby ready to become to speak that Chinese as quick as he would anything else. He's ready to speak Spanish, he's ready to speak whatever language.

That's the original man. That's the original man. I don't think I'm low rating the esteemed Adam, the first man. No, but we must understand that what Allah constituted him... Gave him as his constitution can best be seen in the original nature, the nature we find in the babies when they come from mama's womb. And I have to give this as support of what I'm saying because it is so powerful as a support. The prophet said, "Every human being is born a Muslim." Peace be upon the Prophet. He said, "Every human being is born a Muslim and it is the circumstances that the human being is put in that makes him something else."
