Imam's Retreat
Randolph, Virginia

Imam Warith Deen Muhammad

The Qur'an begins with Al Fatiha we know the meaning of it it means the opening it also may give the message of victory, opening and victory although there is another chapter by that title the victory. When someone in war with enemy, when one army is in war with another army and one army gets victory and conquers the place that their aiming to conquer the victory of that army over the other army in that place is referred to as fatha, means he opened that city so to open a city to your purpose is a victory, that's your victory, that's conquest.

So really Al Fatiha brings to mind not only the opening of Qur'an but it brings to mind the opening of the way for establishing your purpose, you open a city up, you establish your life there, you establish yourself there. The opening of the way to establish your purpose is a victory, an opening, a conquest and we're going to read it and look at the language of that chapter.

The first verse is Bismil laaher Rahmaan Ner Raheem unlike the other chapters it's the first verse of this chapter whereas the other chapters, Bismil laaher Rahmaan Ner Raheem is the opening and the first verse begins with something else. Lets take for example the next chapter Suratul Baqara the first verse is Alif Lam Meem not Bismil laaher Rahmaan Ner Raheem. But for Al Fatiha the first verse is Bismil laaher Rahmaan Ner Raheem and there are a total of seven verses the last being the path, the seventh of the verses.

Now this chapter is called the seven matching verses, ayats so these seven are referred to as seven in doubles, so if you have seven in double the total would be 14 wouldn't it? Although the verses are seven it has a reference also to 14 and this chapter in my opinion is addressing many things, it has been called the essence of the whole Qur'an. What we want to look at this morning after the Fajr Prayer is its message to the whole world and not just a message to the whole world but its message to the problems that are in the way of us having the world as one.

Those that came before and gave the wrong understanding in Religion caused us to see the world in pieces, in division and lost the light that wanted us first to see the world as a whole, as one, mankind as one, man's purpose as one and also creation as one and we could discuss that later maybe.

So it starts off with Bismil laaher Rahmaan Ner Raheem has G'd been understood not to be Ar Rahman Ar Raheem? If He hasn't then why is this here, this is the opening, this is very important so G'd must not have been understood as Ar Rahman Ar Raheem and this has direct reference to Scripture to the people of Abraham, Scripture that came to the people of Abraham, Jews and Christians and those in the world who have similar beliefs. So we find in the Scripture the Jews there is one extreme and in the Scripture of the Christian another extreme. We are not here to criticize anybody's Religion or anybody's Scripture ok, I'm perfectly at peace with the Jews and Christians when they follow their Religion.

One extreme was the Jews who made the world Israel and made the Lord the Lord of Israel not the Lord of all people, the G'd of Israel etc, so this is the one extreme that Bismil laaher Rahmaan Ner Raheem comes to correct. And in the Christians come and they look at the G'd of Israel through the teachings of Christ Jesus as they understand the teaching of Christ Jesus they look at the Jewish people and the old testament as they call it and they resent the extreme the Jews went to and they see the Jews vision or perception of G'd as a G'd that is stern, severe, a punishing G'd, a G'd that ready to punish.

So the Christians went to the other extreme and they so oh no G'd is a loving G'd, now you know we cannot give G'd too much praise as a G'd of love and mercy etc., but if you don't have that balance then you lead the people to another extreme where G'd becomes lover and mercy and they forget the restrictions, they forget the law they forget that G'd is severe and punishing too. So we have these two extremes in the world and the Qur'an came to correct that and put us square and solidly on our feet and in the balance, you see I just made a cross didn't I? I said solidly on our feet and in the balance.

So the Qur'an came to put us upright, solidly upon our feet and in the balance not going to either extreme and the message to the world is that G'd yes is Beneficent in the translation of the Ahmadiy which is an excellent translation, it just has some problems, few serious problems but an excellent translation.

G'd is the Beneficent the Merciful and now we use the language G'd is Merciful in giving, in generosity in His kindness supplying us with all of our needs so we say the Merciful Benefactor and the Merciful Redeemer. G'd is Mercy in redeeming man after he has gone astray, fall and lost the way G'd is Merciful to bring him back, to redeem him to give him life again, He gave it to him in the first place; His mercy gave him life in the first place from his mother came the life, mercy and the life, from his father but I'm speaking of the compassion now. Mama is symbolic of the compassion that is shown the light. One teacher in al Islam he said "the man carries the light burden the woman carries the heavy burden; the sperm is light the baby in the womb is heavy.

So the womb of the mama is the mercy of G'd where the life is received and cared for there in the domain of the womb of the mother the exact language you know we don't use the exact language, science tells us just where that baby is but we do know its in the stomach cause ti gets so large the stomach just explodes almost.

So she carries that burden while the life is there it is being cared for, it experiences no difficulties, it comes out here it can't remember any pain, we know it suffered but it doesn't remember any of it it can't remember any pain, can't recall any discomfort and it's enwrapped, wrapped up there very nicely, protected very nicely until it becomes fully developed for delivery into our world so this is compassion, the mercy of G'd. Then when the baby comes out, the baby finds milk ready the mother doesn't have to say I got a living child here, what am I going to feed it? Food is there ready, food is right where she would like to hold it to her heart right? She like to hold it to her heart and the food is right there at that place so this is symbolic of the mercy and beneficence of G'd, the merciful benefit that comes with mercy to the human being.

And then G'd is Ar Raheem we mentioned that He's mercy after we lose the way, then He's mercy to help us come back to the way to redeem us after we are lost or after we are astray.

So that's why G'd Ar Rahman to show that G'd is merciful, yes but He didn't just become merciful with the Christian era He was merciful from the very beginning in creating the world and creating life that's where we see His mercy. So His giving and educating and helping man to come to civilization has been His mercy so the people before the Christian era they were given guidance the people of the Book they were given guidance that guided them to the path of knowledge and benefit and that's the mercy of G'd. So mercy is not just helping the sick, the blind to see that's not the only mercy, the big mercy is that G'd created this bountiful universe and is so kind in bringing you the benefits of this universe, G'd is merciful, but don't forget that His mercy is not just coming His mercy has been always, that's the point.

Then it say now that we see G'd in the right light now we can praise Him now with the right praise the Bible say with the perfect praise, Al Hamdu lillaah praise is to G'd the second problem Rabbil 'Alameen somebody said he's Lord of Israel no He's Lord of all the worlds He's everybody's Lord equally too.

Lord Rabb Of All Not One People

Q. 17:24; Parents lower wing of humility

Again the first verse is repeated Ar Rahmaan Ar Raheem why is the first verse repeated now again? Its repeated again because what interrupted this understanding or this perception of G'd what blocked it was that some people said He's their Lord exclusively that He created them and raised them up and evolved them, that's what it means, Lord means created and evolved all together all in the same word you have both the idea that He created the human being but also evolved him so it's a little stronger than parent but this word is taken originally from a word that means parent. And the expression is in the Qur'an we still have that connection in Qur'an in expression my parents who raised me from a small child when I was helpless who raised me up from helplessness from a small child dependent on its parents and the word is rabbeyane for the two parents that did that [rabbeyane saghera] when I was a little helpless life, so we have rabb in there still that connection.

So the parent receives the life from the creation of G'd and then the parent takes care of that life and helps that life along until it can manage for itself, see it have opportunities to develop and reach its manhood, reach its maturity, reach its womanhood or reach its manhood. So this is how G'd and some of our best teachers this is the way they explain its not just my way, this is traditional way of explaining this in Al Islam.

G'd is also the One Who takes us from the wombs of our mothers in two main pictures. One is the picture of just nature, life the other is another because man and woman are more than biology, man and woman are consciousness and intelligence. So He's the One Who takes us from the womb of our mothers, the world, creation itself as a material body is our womb, the womb of our existence, we are born out of that womb; the womb of creation itself physically but also mentally also as a conscious intelligent being; mentally is not enough to say it, G'd say also as a conscious, intelligent life. We are taken out of the womb of creation and its G'd that gives us intellectual birth, we can't have it without G'd, we can have abortions and breech births, we can have these incorrect deliveries, but we cannot have the perfect delivery that G'd created us for without G'd, so its G'd also that takes us from that.

Q. 87:6,8; Teach so not forget, make easy
Q.93:6; He found you wandering
Q.94:2; Removed the burden from your back

And then as G'd says of Prophet Muhammad, He found you groping, right under burden and he took the burden off your back and then He promises him that He is going to make everything very comfortable and very nice for him, G'd promised him that. And we're going to ease your way to a state of ease and we're going to teach you so you won't forget, that's the parent isn't it? And we're going to open up opportunities for you G'd saying this like a parent. Took him when he was helpless like a little baby, lost without anyone to care for him and G'd took him and comforted him like a mother does a little baby and then nourished him step by step with every time a need arose G'd was there to prepare him to get benefit and not suffer but little, but get the benefit or even if he had to suffer much the benefit was so much greater that the suffering was forgotten.

So this is the G'd the G'd of mercy so its repeated after Rabbil 'Alameen One Who has done this for the whole world is certainly Ar Rahmaan Ar Raheem see? That's why its repeated, the got the problem of the lord of Israel out of the way and now you see the Lord is the Lord of all the worlds He have done this all over the world, now say it again Ar Rahmaan Ar Raheem.

The next verse Maliki yaumid Deen all of this is addressing the wholeness of the world, the wholeness of human life, that's what its addressing so this is a universal message with a focus on the whole world and the universal Plan of G'd not a regional plan or a national, local plan but universal Plan of G'd you see. This is a universal message and it is fulfilling its mission, it has a mission, not only a message it has a mission; it's a message and its mission is to bring the kindness and mercy and gifts, blessings of G'd to all His creation without any unjust discriminations, this is the message.

Q.__who better to judge One been here
Mark 12:36; Sit on my right hand

You say you G'd is the king you lord is also the king of Israel, He's the G'd if Israel, He's the Lord of Israel, He's also the king of Israel? No this is the King, this is the Real Judge, the Real Master of the Day of Judgment, the same not a different one, the same is the master of the Day of Judgment. Sit down at my right hand? No, the same is the master on the Day of Judgment with no one sitting at His right hand in the Judgment, no; no one sitting at His right hand in the Judgment, He is the Judge alone and He is the One that can be Judge. Another reference to G'd in this connection that touch me when I was a young man studying the Religion, the Qur'an to know the Religion, says "who is better to judge, One Who created and has been always or one who comes later and is himself created?"

You think about that I thought about it, I say this is a terrible error that the world made, a terrible injustice to G'd, this is not fair this is a bad way to treat G'd Who have given us everything, created everything for us and now we going to to somebody else comes to redeem us and judge us. What do they know about us? They just came here like we did, what do they know about the beginning of our sins with Adam they weren't here when Adam was created, they didn't see Adam in his life, how he lived it, only thing they can do is have some revelation from G'd to understand that themselves. Now they going to be the judge? They can't judge it.

So G'd is the Judge He's the King this word Malik has reference to judge, reference to king also, king and judge, the Master, also Master they translated master because a king is a ruler over the people this is using the language of man's history and life tradition, the evolution of his language, the nature and development of his language, so he says king and king means the master. No G'd is the Master, G'd is the King and also Judge on the Day of Judgment when you put it with the end day final day then it becomes Judge right? Because its always addressing Scripture that came before so this means Master of the Day of Judgment and the Judgment is that Deen the same word that is Religion right?

The Judgment yaumid deen when you put yaumid it becomes the Day of Judgment but without yaum going before it with that reference to the Day of Judgment in Scripture in the language of the people of the Book it means what? The Religion Ad Deen means Religion but in Arabic language Ad Deen doesn't necessarily mean Religion Ad Deen comes from a word Day that means debt so it means the day of Religion it means the Day of Judgment, yes we know that but what is its root meaning, what does it stem from? It stems from the idea that we all are indebted to G'd and our life should be lived in a way to pay up the debt, we all are indebted to G'd and our life should be a paying up the debt, you pay up the debt with your life.

So the Day of Judgment is the day when we pay up the debt and I'm sure that meaning is in all people's Religion that believe in the Judgment Day, it's a day when you're going to pay the debt, pay the debt in full. So the Revelation Qur'an came and gave us a new meaning of Religion, so what is Religion? Religion is the way that G'd gives us, I'm talking about Religion as revealed Religion now, not just Religion generally speaking, man has different Religions but the Religion that comes from G'd to man it is guidance or light to show man how he is to pay his debt. G'd has given you life, you have a debt to life it according to G'd's Plan for your life because He gave it to you, that's the debt, right? So G'd gave you your life, you didn't create yourself, you didn't give yourself life, so you have a debt to G'd and the debt is live it the way G'd intended for you to live it and that's how you pay up the debt and that's Religion, isn't it the same, see how clear it is, it's the same.

If I live my life in the way that G'd the Creator Who gave me this life intended me to live it I am living my Religion, but G'd didn't just leave us with that G'd gave us the light so that we could see exactly what we are to do to have Al Islam in our life, as a way of life, a guide, a pattern to follow and obey etc.

So what is the next verse referring to I think we understand when I say master, each verse is referring to a problem that existed before right? Eyaaka Na'budu You alone do we worship, worship means serve, You alone we serve as a servant, slave You alone do we give our life in service give our whole life is given like a slave gives his whole life in service to his master, so You alone G'd we give our life, it is talking about the whole life because you know we serve each other don't we? But we don't give our whole life to anybody, only G'd. Its talking about he life.

You alone do we serve and You alone do we beg for help, nasta'een means seek assistance from G'd, You alone, now we know we seek assistance from each other too, we are helped by each other, parents help their children and children in turn help their parents, we are helping each other.

This help is not just like that, this help must be understood in the context of this chapter its talking about help for the whole, life, help for the whole world not help for somebody that need a job or help for somebody that need to get off alcohol or drugs, its not talking about that help, it includes that help but this is mainly addressing help that we need to manage this life in this vast creation especially on earth with other human beings, that's the help its talking about.

Q.61:14; Jesus who will be helpers

When Jesus asked his companions in the Qur'an to be his helpers their reply was we are your helpers for G'd but actually it means to get where G'd wants us to go, we are your helpers in the path to G'd, now that language path is not there in the language at all but that's what it means. We are your helpers in the path of G'd to arrive at the destination to meet G'd, we are your helpers. Its not quite this language, a different word is used Ansar the disciples of Jesus Christ peace be upon him, the word means helpers like the Ansar of Medina they helped the Prophet who was badly in need of people to respond to him so that he would be able to establish the ummah.

So this help is not just help for little trivial things this is help in the big picture, all of Al Fatiha is the big picture, its talking about this whole picture, help for the big cause etc. We turn only to You for that help. Now can't you see how clear it is, you can't turn to anyone else but G'd He designed the creation He made it if you go against His Will .or His Purpose in it you're going to have trouble, He put it under laws etc., so if you don't know what you're doing you're going to have trouble. I can't go to somebody who just came last year and get help for that big task how to live in G'd's creation, I must turn to the G'd Who made creation to know how to live in His creation.

So You alone, now you understand it, right, a lot of us we read this all the time but we don't understand it, you alone, you turn to your mama, you turn to me, you will turn to a bum out there in the street if he's the one that has what you need at the time, right? So you turn to everybody for help you turn to many things for help, farmer turns to the land for help, G'd isn't the only One we turn to for help that readily understood. So that's what it is said You alone and we try to rationalize, well whatever help comes to you it comes from G'd through something else, no that's no it, its talking about help for the Purpose that G'd created you for, help to arrive at the destination, help for the purpose for which G'd has created you, that's what we need. We need help to live our life in the context of G'd's creation or this material universe and particularly in the context of man as a global community or society.

Q.2:213; Man community was one

And this is the language that's freeing us up to live with each other as one community, yes and G'd says and your community was once one community. This Al Fatiha comes to prepare us for that, you know Al fatiha we can discuss this until next year this time if G'd keep us awake and keep us on this floor and sustain us its so rich and so full of so many things it would take volumes and volumes and many have written volumes on these seven verses. Be patient with me and we're going to complete this and get to something else but it might take a little longer because the sun may rise, the sun is rising now almost 7:30 the sun will rise en sha Allah, a good time for the sun to rise 7:30. This verse we have made some comments on it and I think you understand clearly what I'm trying to pass on to you.

Forty Hadith p.74#21; Believe then be upright

Next verse says Ehdenas Seratal mustaqeem, you see how smoothly the meanings flow? If we seek the assistance from G'd the assistance we want is the assistance to live upright in the world. Mustaqeem means upright, the Prophet used this same meaning when he said say I believe and there after be upright, from the same word. Here translating this expression, this communication from G'd in English we say guide us on the right path right? But in the expression from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) says and there after be upright.

Cross

Q.71:17; Man like a growth
Q. 14:24-5; Tree good

I have shared this language with you before and I'm doing it again so is this path a horizontal path or is it a vertical path? Its first reference is to vertical movement from matter up to G'd and all of this is symbolic, life moves from down to up, that's how
growth comes plants everything and G'd says He has created you like a plant, a plant comes from down and goes up and He says the picture of the pious believe who praise G'd is like a blessed tree with the good life, its branches reaches up to the
heavens and its leaves are__in the wind, praise be to Allah. Say He have created you like a plant so this is a vertical movement but mankind is not a tree man walks so his vertical movement also goes along a horizontal line isn't that the cross, the base the vertical the cross so mankind in his disposition uprightness he forms a cross with the base, the planet that he stands upon in his uprightness he forms a cross but the cross is upside down, right?

Q.3:102; Die not except as Muslim

When you're looking at him with connection of matter the earth that he's born out of and lives upon and works upon, works with but look at him separate from the earth now the balance is here at the shoulders, that's the balance and the base is the feet, still a cross isn't it ? So actually his own posture in the upright position is a cross and G'd say and die not except in the state of a Muslim on the cross but not that cross they're talking about, the cross of the balance of life for human beings, die not except in the balance the G'd wants for your life, die in that upright state in the balance. And it just doesn't mean die physically it mean don't give up your consciousness to something else, to another idea, to another person, don't give up your consciousness except that you be upright and in that balance.

Path Terms Seraat And Sabil

The word Seraat, you there are other words for path G'd's Path is referred to most often as Sabil not Seraat. So Sabil is a very general term and used for G'd to include all that man's life need to reach where its suppose to go so the guidance for the whole life to help man arrive where he's suppose to go is the Sabil of G'd . So in that path we have obligation to give charity to defend the faith to do many things in that path but this Seraat is referring to human life, the soul, complete human life and the intellect the whole composite creature with all these systems that I referred to last night as different lives in him, moral, mental life etc.

So this Seraat is really a path of knowledge, its more than that but its strongest reference is to the path of knowledge, the path of the development of your brain, your human intellect. This is the path for the development of the human as a rational being with an intellect, so it is Seraat mustaqeem, now you can understand why its vertical, we start on the ground and we go up from the base, that's a vertical growth, but don't forget the movement is also horizontal because we move we don't stay in one place. Now we can understand that this is the path of those that G'd favored with the immediate reference to Abraham

Na'eem Blessing

.. And then it is also baraka but its bigger and richer and more inclusive than just blessing that we see in the word baraka, we say Ramadan Mubarak right? That's from baraka. Ne'ma is the blessing that comes after cut off from the blessing and we still looking at it in this big picture this is not just blessing of health, G'd bless me with health I don't have a cold, the flu like everyday here, I don't have this disease or that disease, that's a blessing too but this is a much bigger blessing than that. This is the blessing that man needs to stand his life up in this world and to have it at peace, a peaceful existence and a prosperous life, this is the blessing after it has been cut off.

Abraham

Q. 9:114; Abraham father prayed then left
Q.31:13; Oppression worst form is shirk

So Abraham was the one referred to because his father was a wise powerful man, he was a ruler in the time of Abraham but his father was also an idol worshiper and it was G'd Who guided Abraham to rebel against the idol worship of his father and shirk idol worship is the worst form of oppression.

Civilization

So after oppression under shirk Abraham is given the guidance and then he and the people who followed that began to receive the big blessing, what is the big blessing? Civilization, true civilization that idolatry stands in the way of, they can have sciences but they can't have true civilization because they don't know the science of human existence, they don't know the science of the human soul so they create something that burdens the human existence, burdens the human soul and they call it civilization. They built great towers, they had skyscrapers, they were great masons, they knew medicine, they could heal the physical body but still they were savages, barbarians, they . couldn't build the home for the human soul and only G'd can guide man to build a home for the human soul. So they didn't have true Revelation they were idol worshipers their Religion was shirk then G'd gave Abraham because his soul was upright, he had a heart that was sound and pure and G'd responded to him and gave him the guidance the understanding for his heart but he needed, something was blocking the help for his heart, blocking the way against that help that would come to his heart and what was it? The condition of his intellect in that world of shirk.

Q.2:260; Abraham how dead raised to life

So he had to break out of that and because he had a good heart his intellect could not - see the intellect works according to the state of your heart so his couldn't get the benefit and be at peace because his intellect was burdened with something that was against his nature so he had to ask questions like " G'd for my inward peace tell me how would the dead be raised?" He asked certain questions right? And they were questions that he needed answers to in order to relieve the burden on his rational mind, on his intellect and because he was free and made whole by G'd Who came to his rescue, gave him what he was asking for, his intellect was freed his heart was relieved he became the leader, Imam for all the nations, a universal figure, leader.

So this is referring to the blessing that G'd gave Abraham but did He give it to Abraham only? No but we know Abraham as the great type for that kind of picture or receiver ore recipient of that great blessing, reward from G'd, he's the type, figure for the whole world, but G'd had given that kind of help before but not in the measure that He gave it to Abraham because the world had not evolved as it evolved in Abraham's time; not that He gave it for the first time to Abraham no but He gave it in that measure for the whole world a complete, full measure for the whole world was only given to Abraham. So the intellect is being established.

Adam An Intellect

Adam himself was the first father right? And Adam was put on this earth as an intellect not as a biological body so he's our first father of the intellect. First father of the intellect means the father that was in accord with nature and the father that was supported into his position as leader upon nature itself not upon Revelation, but upon nature itself.

Adam was established upon his own human creation as an intellect that was designed to get the benefits of this environment that we're in, the whole total environment and make progress and the descendants of Adam did make progress as an intellect they made great progress, but they could not have wholeness. Abraham was given wholeness for his intellect so we have a figure in Adam that was whole, complete and perfect in his creation but in his consciousness he was not, in his intellect he was not, he had yet to reach the destination.

Millah

Q. 16:123; Follow Abraham's way

So Abraham comes and he gives himself to G'd and the world is demanding now this universality in his day, the world was demanding that universality that makes it possible for all men to live and work together in peace as brethren and G'd gave it to Abraham and say and you are the leader of the nation and refers to his way as a sunnah, the sunnah of Abraham the upright in faith, much is to be said about this I hope I don't hold you like I use to on Stony Island that punished me and you. The millah of Abraham, this term millah means a hope, they translate it different ways they say the order of Abraham but it literally means the hope of Abraham. G'd opened his eyes and he saw where mankind should go and it was his hope but how to get him there, others were to inherit that responsibility and so the way is shown how to get there. So we have the sunnah of Abraham the upright in faith and then we have the sunnah of Muhammad which we will come back to en sha Allah maybe.

The path of whom You bestowed favors You grace, favors, Your blessings not the way of those who earn Your punishment, wrath who invited Your wrath or Your wrath came down on them, came upon them. Now who earned the wrath? Those that didn't see the big picture, the wholeness of matter the wholeness of life for human beings, they didn't see the big picture and because they missed the big picture they didn't walk the path of rational, intellectual growth and development, they thought they were on it but they were not. And really the great wrath came upon them because they got out of the path, in the path is the mercy and graces of G'd out of the path is the wrath and punishment, yes.

Q.3:117; Allah wrong not but from self

So don't think of G'd as someone with a whip in His hand that's not the G'd the whip is in your creation and G'd says it is not G'd that harms you is you that harm yourself you have wronged you own soul. We need a picture of G'd's existence and Purpose that doesn't do a disservice and discredit our own intelligence G'd created us with, look how long mankind been living with a picture of G'd that actually does a disservice to his own intelligence and disrespects his own intelligence a big disrespect. Man has been created to have more intelligence than that to have more sense than that, to not to accept stupid ideas that go counter to the direction in his excellent life for his intellect, heart, soul, spirit.

Q.73:5; We send down a weighty word

So this is a big matter here, this is no small matter that's what I'm trying to impress upon you brothers and sisters, this is no small matter this is a big matte and G'd says we are going to entrust to you a weighty word, not a light word.
Thaqeelan heavy word, a weighty word, so this is no small issue, when you know Religion in the right way you're suppose to be builders of the world in service to G'd, that's what you're suppose to be, you are suppose to be the builders of the world, so you can't be satisfied just to have hymm books and dhikrs, eat and go to sleep and have sex like a dog or a cow or something you can't be satisfied with that, this Religion opens up your mind and makes you mind as big as the sun, and the sun is rendering a great service to life on this earth.

Gnostic Order

Now here some people who got out of the part but here are some other people who are earnestly, sincerely, genuinely seeking the path, believers seeking G'd's way but they missed it, the gnostic order in the Christian era, this is referring directly to them. An anta 'ialay hem is referring directly to Abraham and his descendants or his followers, descendants here mean those who follow in his way in his spirit and in his way, his logic his faith and logic of Abraham those are the descendants of Abraham or the followers of Abraham and they are all over the world. Enlightenment has come for the intellect so its followers are all over the world, Jews, Christians, Muslims and many others all following the path of civilization for the human soul and intellect.

Waal lad Daal leen they say this means the Christian yes it means the Christian but are they the only Daal leen? G'd says of Muhammad and we found you straying so its not quite enough to say the Christians are the Daal leen is it? Cause there was a Hanife person in the jaheleyyah days of Mecca and he also was straying in the Hanife order he was straying and G'd says and we found you burdened and weighted down and guided you. So we know the people we call the new testament people after Jesus Christ peace be upon him, they are the major, big Daal leen but others, wasn't Muhammad meaning right, always meaning to be upright and straight and correct? Yes he was so that's why he's called daal he was straying not intentionally he was striving for the way but was missing it because of what he had before him as a light.

And the Christians missed it because of what they had before them as a light and the Gospel gave them answers but them missed it they couldn't see it. When Jesus took them up in the mountain to show his followers himself according to the gospel, this is not Qur'an now don't confuse it, I hope you know what I'm saying don't you include this in your khutbah as though its Qur'an an forget to make the distinction like I'm making, this is not Qur'an this is another source this is not our source but it says in the gospel Jesus took his disciples up in the mountain and he showed them himself in a configuration, right? You have studied the Bible or taught or heart it in the church or whatever, you ministers from the Hon. E. Muhammad's time you should know this because he said we died in the bible and out of the Bible we must come forth, he worked with the Bible not that I agree with him, that's his day in our experience that prepared us for this day.

Matt 17:1-9; Jesus transfiguration

So he showed them himself, he didn't show them any material body he showed them light so to really see Jesus Christ you have to go up, he took them up to the mountain to show them himself, he had to take them up high towards the heaven, they ascended a mount and up there he showed them three light, the light of Elijah, Moses and himself, three lights in one, three lights came together in a configuration. Configuration mean that three figures came together so to see him he had to show them three figures coming together and Elijah you know he was a great Prophet of Israel according to the teaching of the Jews and that prophet was a Prophet that brought healing.

But also a strong Prophet that challenged the false worshipers and also brought healing and John did the same he challenged false worship and brought healing through fasting. So here is two Prophets that kind of depict the application of a healing agent or purification and health the two of them and also strong challenge to the world of falsehood. And Jesus put right in that means that Jesus is not different than them if those figures come together in one light that means they were the same they were compatible. The means Jesus was telling them I come as a light the light means as knowledge, I come as a knowledge body and a knowledge body that gives you light, shows the way. And to understand this knowledge body is for healing and purifying and its not a new knowledge body it came before in Elijah and in John but it was localized, this is to be universal, so he's a figure that appealing to the whole of mankind. Where Elijah was addressing the local situation, now I know you're thinking Jesus was sent only to the house of Israel, Israel say the Lord G'd was only the Lord of Israel too you going to believe that?

Q. 17:1; night journey
Mark 13:10; Jesus disciples all nations

We know that new testament later he's addressing his followers, his disciples to go out take that message to all people that's what he told them, right ? So he's a universal figure now look at how we get that same understanding, how Muhammad gave that same understanding. Muhammad was taken up into the heavens, right? On the night visit and travel he was taken up into the heaven and he saw Prophet Jesus and John in the level above Adam our father and we have the two of them together Jesus and John right together, Elijah is not there but the two of them are there, its not the configuration but nevertheless its showing us the two John and Elijah on one plane in the heavens. So he also was taken up to see them right? Jesus took them up to see them in a configuration and then G'd took Muhammad up to see Jesus in a higher plane. So this is a body of light, stars are in the heaven and stars give light, so if he's ascending the heaven and seeing these people they must be also emitters of light, yes. That's why we think if them in the heavens.

Q.65:12; Seven like number for you

And G'd teaches us through Muhammad that for us there is a like number in other words whatever is in this ascension is also in your potential, it is also a human possession, its also in you. That you have in your creation also potential to arise or ascend to these levels of human excellence, so this light is not the light of Revelation this is the light of human nature not the light of Revelation. So these men in their bodies agreeing with the nature G'd created became light.

Q.33:21; Prophet example best Uswaa

So Muhammad in his Uswa he's a light in his Uswaa before he was called to be a messenger of G'd and the seal of the Prophet, he was already a light in his Uswaa in his balanced life Uswaa. In his balanced life that G'd intended for him he was a walking light, a star a brilliant star in the world of humanity then G'd gave him the Qur'an, the guidance for that light that was so perfect in the world. He never worshiped idols, he never did wrong by people, he was a perfect man, never you read in the Qur'an and we're going to purify you, cleanse you of your sins he had not sins, G'd only say we're going to take the burden off you back and we're going to teach you so you will know. G'd doesn't say we're going to clean you up, he needed no cleaning up just like Abraham, these men were perfect in their lives. So they are light the creation that G'd made Himself is light and when you are in the created form G'd made you, your own matter is the light, it's a brilliant star, we can get guidance just from your light we have light on our feet.

Burden Off Ego, Soul

We have light in the path for our self just from your light, you are a light when you're in the form that G'd made you, you are a light, I'm not saying just to tell you than, no I'm telling you that to take the burden off of your ego, take the burden off of your soul, take the burden off of your spirit, take the burden off of your intellect so you can be freer to go where Allah want you to go. The better you feel about yourself the more easy you can carry yourself, praise be to Allah and we thank Him for the medicine.

Revelation

Rev. 3:8; Lamb slain foundation of earth
Rev. 5:7; 6:1-17; Lamb took the book

So I'm going to conclude these comments on Al Fatiha with its reference to Revelation the last book in the Bible. Revelation is all about seven great trouble, great darkness, great poison, vial open up great trouble, tribulation etc. and the very book where we find all this trouble says and there was one looking like he had been slain from the foundation of the earth a little lamb, innocent that's all it means, a person's innocence, nice in his nature not hostile not belligerent, agreeable, social nice in his nature little lamb without spot or blemish say he reached out and received the book and opened the seven seals, right?

Gen. 1:2; Darkness on face of deep
Amos 8:11; Famine of Word of G'd

Now lets look in the Bible to see what this is referring to the bible also says earlier in the Bible in the old testament that darkness came upon the whole world and famine came upon the whole world, darkness and famine are the same, talking about one and the same thing. The bible says it was not a famine of food but a famine of hearing the Word of G'd, so now we can see that the darkness that came upon the whole world was the same as the famine because if there is a famine over the whole world, the whole world is starving for the understanding of the Word of G'd then that's a terrible condition of darkness covering the whole world so they both mean the same thing, just said in different choice of words used but they both say the same thing different pictures are painted but both say the same thing. A famine of hearing the Word of G'd.

Matt 26:26-7; Jesus last supper
wine = spirit; bread = doctrine

Now when you come to the new testament and have Jesus Christ there all of it is metaphorical, symbolic Jesus Christ picture in the new testament describing his body, his flesh as teaching and his blood as a spirit in his teaching, he said take this in Remembrance of me. Wine, the spirit of the new testament, bread, the doctrine or the teaching of the new testament that's what he said I'm dealing in their knowledge this is not ours, I'm addressing their knowledge, the knowledge of the Christian church.

And the same Bible says and the wine is the blood so what is his blood? His blood is the spirit of his teaching and the flesh is the teachings itself or the education, the flesh is the education the blood is the spirit in that education which is life, it's the life of that body all of this is in the context of the bible, that's what I'm speaking right now in, the context of the Bible mainly the gospel the new testament. He wasn't introducing any new idea, this education had already been referred to as food, say and there will come a famine over the whole world but it won't be a famine of food but a famine of hearing the Word of G'd, see how easy this is to understand when you put everything in its proper framework it conies within a frame work and you got to put it in its proper framework. You looking at a toe outside of the framework for the whole body you might call it an acorn or nigger toe, Brazil nut. I'm just helping you see the picture more, I'm not making fun.

Q.46:9; No new fangled doctrine
Q. 20:120; Forbidden fruit tree
Gen. 3:1-7; Forbidden fruit tree

The reference of these seven is to the Scripture Muhammad the Prophet was told to tell the people I don't come to you with any new fabricated thing, this book contain the Books before in their correct state, now either it is true or its not true; we Muslims we say its true. So this seven is referring directly to the seven in Revelation, but the seven in Revelation is the finale of that movement in the Bible that we can trace all the way back to Genesis, that same idea, when G'd told the man in the garden to eat of every tree except this one and the Bible says it is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. So actually its not apples or oranges, figs really it not something you get from the produce section of the grocery store really, its knowledge, it started off with knowledge and it end with knowledge, always was knowledge, the big issue is knowledge, the big life is the knowledge, the big darkness is err, its in the knowledge, the big light is correct knowledge, you see?

So that's it, we have to go back to Adam the man that represents the creation of the human intellect, the first man was not the creation of apples and oranges, figs and stuff symbolically speaking we know we have apples and oranges, figs, banana and olives all that's in us philosophically and symbolically speaking but that's just part of us the whole person is the human being in the essential life of the human being is his intellect. When he's dead as an intellect he may be alive as a biological body but he's dead as a human being. How can you be alive as a human being and dead as an intellect, its impossible we will call you human because that's the form we see in your physical picture but when we examine what's inside no human being there. May be a rabbit, lamb, snake we don't know what's in there but it sure isn't a human being, a human being is a free thinker, a rational intellect created to serve G'd in this great scheme of matter. Now if you aren't doing that, if you don't have that kind of consciousness you're still on that un-evolved plane in creation.

Lamb Attribute Of Male Child With Abraham

Reference to the breaking of the seven seals that's why its called Al Fatiha it agrees or not, does it agree or not? This is Al Fatiha the opening, the lamb came up and opened the book, are you saying that Prophet Muhammad is the lamb? No he's the man not the lamb, Abraham saw a lamb but he only saw a lamb after G'd told him to go get a lamb, first thing he saw was a male child then G'd told him to pick up a lamb as language to help describe that male child, right. So lamb was an attribute of that male child the lamb in Revelation is just an attribute of a certain male but Muhammad comes with many more attributes than that, no he's not the lamb and then again he is, I hope its clear.

So he comes up and he takes the Book but we know he didn't take the Book the Book was given to him, he asked merely for relief for that suffering world of his day, he didn't ask for the Book he didn't know the Book was existing, he asked merely for relief and G'd descended the Book, sent the Book down and he was the lamb without spot or blemish.

The breaking of the seals but here we have seals in two's that for every verse there is a sister verse that is not directly given its implied, there is something here being expressed explicitly and then there's also hint and references for every verse to something that is not directly given, so we have just gone through fourteen, the commentary just taken us through fourteen, the verse and a reference for it in the context of flowing Scripture, yes.

So now we can say the sun is how hot? What were we taught in the Temple? Yes, 14,000 degrees very hot I guess the moon is half that below zero not Fahrenheit, not above zero but below zero, we have to go down not up on the moon and that's what happen to the brain when the brain refuse the guidance of G'd it gets thrown out from the earth it exists as a cold dead body, can't grow anything, but it just reminds us of what was the light was here, its gone I'm still witnessing that there is life I-can't give you all that you need but I'm at least a sign that there was light, its coming again, it will be here in the morning not from me I'm finished, wait on the sunrise, praise be to Allah.

Gnostics

Now I can't conclude this without going back to the Gnostic era after Jesus Christ, peace be upon him his followers innocently strove to follow his guidance and they saw him as he showed himself to them as an immaculate conception, pure as G'd created it with the spirit of G'd and they thought that Jesus's death and ascension was direction for them to come into his light and into his nature.

Willpower Extremes Separate From World

John 15:191,17:16;

Jesus In world not of it So they like many Muslims from leadership not just the Muslim body of people, like much of the Muslim leadership has done it has followed the disciplines of other Religions and thought it was acceptable or agreeable with Al Islam; like disciplines for strengthening, increasing the purity of the nature and strengthening the willpower that we find in Asian Religions and other Religions too but it very glaring in Asian Religion, Buddhism, Hinduism those Religions they practice separation from the world to come into the pure saintly body, so the followers of the Gnostic order after Jesus Christ they thought that's what they had to do so Jesus said he was in the world but not of the world, this is in the Christian teaching that the Bible teaches, they misunderstood it, in the world but not of the world, so you know when you don't understand a thing all you can do is fall back on the knowledge that you have so they fell back on the knowledge of Religious orders in the world, that's why some Asian Pakistani writers on this problem of perceiving Jesus correctly they say that Jesus went to India and was actually buried there, he lived his life there, died there, buried in Kashmir somewhere. What caused them to see that? They too drawing from the world, seeing the likeness of his teaching and his light in the Indian, they're from India so they know, in the Indian Religion they rush to the conclusion and say he didn't die, he came over here you see, he came to us over here, patch work.

Q .57:27; Monasticism Not Ordained By G'd

They made the big error they fell back on the knowledge that they had of spiritual discipline in the society of mankind and they thought that Jesus was like that, that this is what he wants for us, he want us to have this discipline to train our life, our souls, minds to exist without any dependency upon this world, without an strong attachments of this world we have to break free of material things and material life and nature, so no marry, no sex, etc., so they formed this order and before Jesus Christ the order for formed, Allah mentioned in Qur'an highly praised is He that there were those before of the Christians and others who prescribed for themselves celibacy, said and G'd did not prescribe this for you, you prescribed it for yourselves.

Here is the Gnostic order of Christians believing that Jesus was showing them that man in his pure nature is a heavenly body and G'd brought him down from heaven into the earth and the way for him to solve the problem and have his life again in that heavenly form and state he has to break from the grip of the earth and ascend back to G'd.

Man Become God

When he ascends back to G'd pure free of this gross matter then he becomes light in the Divine light, he merges with the Divine light, so he becomes god with G'd that's their mistake, he becomes god with G'd. They believe that certain human beings were born with not only gross matter and would practice purification of the soul purification here means free from the material nature, purification of the soul so that the soul could ascend up to heaven to G'd where Jesus was so they could return back. One of them among them would then be as Jesus on earth, their leader that they pick to lead them the most advanced of them in that, I, would say development, that person would become their leader, he would be like Jesus on earth, therefore like G'd on earth, he would be like Jesus and like G'd on earth.

That was the Gnostic order they were Daal leen, they didn't do it intentionally, they thought they were following the right way and as a result of them following the Gnostic Order they formed the Catholic church ordered celibacy for the leaders and also abstinence for the women, nuns and fathers of the church. It was not any new thing in Asia there are spiritual men who follow the same they don't accept to have sex a wife or anything, isn't a new thing. Many of these things are universal because man wants to go back to G'd that's a universal hunger in the soul of man to get back to his G'd and women to get back to G'd that's natural for our life to want to get back to our G'd

Q. 40:57; Material World Bigger Than Man

And if we can't deal with this material world and G'd says the material world is bigger than you, you can't manage it by yourself, you need something bigger than it Allahu Akbar, I was talking I was not responding to something, I said Allahu Akbar, Allah is bigger than His creation, you need something bigger to manage this creation, you aren't bigger you're small and how well we know that especially when bill time come and the wife waiting on some answers and nowadays the children backing her up. "we don't need you mama you ought to tell him to leave, children let mama handle this". Patricide, they ready to kill off the father and sometimes we be asking for it.

The Gnostic order went astray but they didn't go astray because of any bad intent in their heart or on their part, so they were forgiven just like Adam was forgiven and they met a word from their Lord just like Adam did and they repented and they let the light be free for all people, isn't that wonderful? So don't just think Adam is something that happened in the beginning of creation he is the depiction of something that continues in the life of mankind, so we say Amin.

Let's read it now together from the beginning well its, what time is that 8:30? En sha Allah we'll continue it after Thuhr, we're inviting questions and also comments.

Ques._________
Ans.
Use the word requital Day of Requital I think it's the same as paying up the debt.

Genesis Is Creation Of Human

Ques. Seven seals, seven heavens, seven Prophets

Ans.
Yes the all have reference to the same thing and that is to the potential in human creation for man life as G'd intends for him in society or in community they all have reference to the same thing and actually the creation of the world in Genesis is not really the creation of the material world at all, it's the creation of the human world and all these metaphors are used because man is really the expression of matter, man is the highest expression of matter.

So man's life is really created to express the whole scheme of matter and therefore there are signs in the mater and there are signs similarly in man. And one philosopher in western thought he said that are in man are all the creatures of the wilderness and we know that the Bible itself describes man as the cosmic figure having clouds in his figure or in his picture and having stars the sun, moon and all those things in his picture so he's really pictured as a cosmic figure himself. All of that is to say that the real story of the creation of the world is not at all the creation of the material world it's the story of the creation of the human world, beginning right with the construction of man as G'd intended for him to be constructed in his own human life and he needs to grow up just like a child grows up. A child grows up from its hands and knees crawling on four like an animal and it stands up and then begins to be made aware of its own existence, the direction for its own life then it starts to evolve.

Seven Heavens Prophets
Bukhari Vol#l-345;
Heaven 1st Adam

The nature for that the whole matter holding all the possibilities for that kind of development or ascension is in the matter G'd created so Adam is in
the first level, level I Adam representing just what I just told you.

Heaven 2nd Jesus, John

And in the second level or plane is Christ Jesus and John representing the spirit in that matter, one representing the matter that holds the whole thing because after all, all of these seven evolved out of Adam, the potential was in the man that G'd made the material that He made. So the second level represents the spirit in the matter and the spirit expresses itself in mainly two descriptions one is positive the other is negative Jesus positive John negative peace be upon the Prophets, Jesus came to affirm John came to denounce but both are the same spirit. In man's spiritual body is the need to affirm need to reject or denounce that's why they are on the same plane not because they're equal in their contribution but because they're equal in their nature, they're the same nature.

Heaven 3rd Yusus Joseph
Gen.l:2; Spirit on surface of waters

You to the third level now and there's Yusuf now after the spirit what happened? The psyche and darkness was upon the deep and the spirit moved along the face of the waters and G'd said let there be light and there was light. So here's the spirit now giving assistance to something else its moving along the face of the water, I'm gonna give it to you sometimes I hesitate say should I do this? Yes I am so here is the human psyche your psyche, you know what psyche is? You know what a psychic is, they have them on t.v. all the time a bunch of women waiting for a phone call so you know what the psyche is, its that mystery part of your mind, your intellect, that mysterious part.

Here is the spirit moving along the face, surface of the psyche and G'd said and let there be light and there was light so Yusuf represents the psyche, no he's fourth, we're coming to him from the 3r plane. So you know Joseph and Jesus are tied together aren't they and its confusing so don't try to straighten it out, what you do is look at it and put it back in the chest, not in your chest in the chest, in the old container for it.

Matt 13:55; Jesus Carpenter's son
I Cor 15:8; Man born out of due time, season

Now here in the Bible, Gospel they have Jesus as the son of really Joseph you know he's called the son of G'd and also called the son of Joseph, now how is he after Joseph when in the ascension he's before Joseph? Doesn't the same Book say he's a man born out of due season?

See it doesn't have to always happen in that order that's the order that G'd made it but it doesn't have to happen in that order. Sometimes the one above give help to the one below and brings the one below up and sometimes the one below gives help to the one above, enables the one above to come alive in his claim. So it can happen both way, you can go upstairs you can go down stairs.

Gen 27:12; Jacob ladder

I said that because Jacob say a ladder extending up into the heavens and he saw angels coming up and going down.

Q.12:41,47; Joseph interpret dreams

Yusuf is on the 3rd plane and Yusuf in my understanding represent the psyche, all of these are natural properties of human matter or creation that's all they are, so Yusuf represents that and history bears it out. Why was he loved so much by the Ruler of Egypt? Because of his psychic powers.

Heaven 4th Idris

Q. 87:2-3; He created, perfected then guided

The fourth level is Idris and look how the language of Al Islam helps us, Idris literally means study, its taken from the root meaning study, lesson darasa means to study something; Idris means he is associated with lessons, study, [khalaqa fa sawwa qaddara level 3, fahada then he guided.

So Idris represent knowledge for the society, this is knowledge for the human society, this is no localized this all this is talking about what is universal. So Idris is knowledge for the society and I him now as representing the universal culture of mankind, we have our local culture but also we have our universal culture, is that clear if not you can ask me questions. So he represents the cultures of mankind, isn't that how man has evolved?

Heaven 5tn Aaron

Q. 7:150; Moses grabbed by head
Exod 32:2-4, 21-23; Aaron trouble

On the fifth level he saw Aaron and look at the name listen to the name don't go out and just pretend that I misguided you or something like that and twist and weaken what I'm telling you give part of it, give it out of context, some of you all do that because you're uncomfortable with your own self, don't do that please. But listen at the name Aaron you can get out of Aaron a trip and when you choose to you that kind of language you're not saying that anything correct was don't you just saying that somebody went from one place to another, he ran an errand it could have been a bad thing, could have been wrong, it could have been the wrong thing to do he made an errand, he went on an errand, maybe he was carrying drugs we don't know what he was doing on the errand, he just went on an errand, right?

Al Hadith Vol2p.738#8; Use before you loose

So err is in it isn't it? Err, to make a mistake is in it and we know according to the Bible Aaron erred, Moses was up in the mountain trying to get some help from G'd for them Aaron let the people influence him to make a golden calf, bible to go back to shirk. And in the Qur'an he responds once he's caught and realize what he's done please don't grab me by the hair of my beard, that's where my fault is, my mouth I just been chattering too much and wasn't obeying, he was a great man with the words, that's why he was selected to talk with Pharaoh and his magicians, he had a great conversation. So it in our fifth level where we're subject to err that's why the Prophet say take care of Five before five be your undoing he gave an indirect reference to the five the five its talking about is our five senses.

Habit Can Undo Senses

But he expressed it in the great appetites and needs we have in life that you take care to do those things in the time that you're able to do before a time come when you won't even be able to use those senses, habit will take your senses out of the mold, nature that G'd want them in and then the very senses that was given go you to help you they'll
become your undoing or your trouble.

Heaven 6th Moses

Q. 15:29; Breathed of My Spirit in him

And on the 6th level there is Moses so we have the natural body with its great potential that's expressed in this ascension from Adam the first father, then we have the spirit of human life but also G'd has not give us just one spirit G'd have given us the spirit of our own life but G'd has also given us something of His spirit so we are a creature not only with our spirit we have something of His spirit. And understand this in a practical or rational way, man is created by a Creator so he bears a design on his life that the Creator put on him and that design on his life influences direction for his life. The influence for that direction in his life is the spirit of G'd as simple as that.

With the natural gross body, with the great potential then the spirit of that body that is expressed negative and positive and that the second level and then the third level the great potential or the psyche of that body for arriving at knowledge without the use of the five senses or without the five senses being given the credit for that achievement or that success, not that the five senses are not use, but the five senses don't get the credit, that's intuitive knowledge, knowledge that we get by intuition.

I'm talking about true intuition on the big scale, universal picture. You know we have a lot of minor expressions of the intuitive powers but when you train to establish your life in the context of the world then what is given if you're successful in having the intuitive spark come on is direction for society in the world, that's the great Prophets, that's what they were given.

So we have that on the third level then on the fourth level because of that, that is what makes possible direction for ourselves in the world knowledge, culture comes as a result of the mind benefiting from intuitive knowledge that's how it comes. So even primitive cultures if you study them, they have their psyches and they have their leaders, their holy men who were leaders because they had such powerful psyches, they had psychic powers and they were the ones who were the teachers of the tribe, they taught the tribes because they got knowledge from a mysterious experience and they are called mystics, sages called by different names, mages called by all these different names meaning that they were blessed with some special powers of the mind or the soul.

Intuition Assists Five Senses

This fourth level is made possible because of the third level and then you reach the fourth level and the fourth level makes possible the fifth level, it's the fourth level that establishes the five senses. Intuitive knowledge then gives assistance to the five senses and the five senses know then how to digest the knowledge in matter or how to pursue the knowledge and eat it digest it that is in the matter.

Bones Fifth Level

Q. 23:12-14; Creation of man

And look at another comparison in the Holy Qur'an in the Revelation to us through Muhammad the Prophet of course, Jibril and Muhammad the Prophet (PBUH) and that is the metaphorical picture of the development of human life from dead matter and then sperm and then etc. clot and fetus lump and bones so the bones is really the fifth level.

Eze37:l, 7-10; Valley of bones

The Prophet Aaron he's in the 5th level representing the five senses but that level also represent bone where bone been formed, that the level where bones can form. And bones are symbolic of logical connections and the Bible speaks of it in the valley of dead bones and the bones coming together, they are dead separated but when you put them together they get life again, the hip bone to the leg bone, we use to sing it on the streets and didn't know where we got it from, church passed it on to the streets, we be singing it all those songs, dry bones.

Culture -> Logic -> Education

So its also logic, it refers to logic and culture evolved logic didn't it, see how plan and simple it is? Pristine culture or culture in its innocence evolves logic then after the bones we're told by the metaphorical language of Qur'an and He clothed the bones with flesh. So after logic, logic evolves what? Education classic education, you can't have education without logic, education must form to logic and that's the 6th level Moses and don't they call him the teacher, the Jews, the great teacher of the Jews, Moses peace be upon them.

Heaven 7th Ibrahim

And the seventh level is Ibrahim our father another father our second father Abraham and this level in the development or ascension or growth pattern for the intellect, showing the growth pattern for the intellect in its interaction with material world. It cannot have any growth unless is has, you put the seed in the ground, seed got to go in the matter and then it can have life, so man's mind has to impregnate the matter the knowledge body of matter, go in there and then he can have growth, life. So anything that make us separate our life from this material world its a shirk and its designed to deny us our life whether intentionally or not, its designed to deny us our real life our true life.

Abraham is called the father of the nations or the leader of the nations in the Christian and he is on the seventh level.

So teaching, logic what does the teaching need? The teaching need to serve human life, this knowledge branches off into certain special fields and become special disciplines, specialized knowledge right? And it leaves the main purpose of the knowledge and the main purpose of the knowledge is to edify human excellence, life, gives construction to it so that it can have its reward that G'd intended for it in the society of human beings, that's the purpose of it, all these other things are fringe benefits. The electric fan or the central heating and cooling in the house all these are fringe benefits of it, but some will take their minds to these special fields and they leave the main path for this development and they punish the human life in ignorance but finally they all have to be reconciled with the human person don't they?

We see that now, what they call urbanization, urban renewal looking back at it we see many mistakes that was made it was not done with a conscious awareness of what human life is asking for so a big mistake was made and I'm giving that just as a helper to help us see how civilizations of the world have erred and have gone into sciences and this and that and have lost focus on what is more important and that is to free man and structure man in his life and society so that he realize the best conditions intended for him by G'd through matter, you see?

Exod 20:8-10; Sabbath keep it holy

Abraham then represents the focus in knowledge to keep knowledge whole and it says and keep my Sabbath whole, seventh day. So Abraham represents the focus for keeping it whole, he's the universal thinker, his heart is universal, his intellect, spirit is universal and G'd says that he fulfills his debt to G'd.

Abraham Universal Teacher

On this level what is he? He's knowledge that preserves what is universal and in his universal composition it aids and helps and corrects that, that is local, keeps it from going astray so he is really the universal teacher.

Moses Intellect

Moses is the intellect that teaches but teachers for a particular need and particular people, particular situation not the whole world. Abraham is the teacher for the whole world not for any nation, he actually left his nation, he was a national citizen under the rule of his father, he broke with it he left his nation and finally G'd called him He said you're going to be My leader of the nations, isn't it wonderful. I'm fasting, thank you any way but I'm fasting.

AlHadisVol4p.393#101;

Muhammad Lead Other Prophets Prayer

Now Muhammad (PBUH) and the Prophets, servants of G'd, he was shown by G'd the way up through these levels and on each level he greet to -show what his relation was to each one of them, he greeted father the first man, brother, brother and when he got to Abraham he greeted him father and then he led his two fathers and all of them, Christ Jesus in prayer.

Al Hadis 4p.317#7; Prophets building brick last

So how can Muslim scholars think that Jesus is coming back and do what Muslims what Muslims have not done so that Muslims will have salvation? I'm telling you if that's not Daal leen its maghdub. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) leads them in prayer and he said that a building was being constructed and G'd sent His servants each one to make a contribution to the construction of that building and there was only one stone left, now you all are going to look everywhere but the right place to understand that. The place to understand that is the context of Revelation everything that comes in Revelation the place to understand it is in the context of Revelation not outside of Revelation.

Luke 20:17; Stone Builder Reject

The Bible says and there was a stone that the builders rejected, not the builders chosen by G'd the builders who following their way in the world they sought to build a house and they rejected the main stone, it was the corner stone. Masonry in the olden days, in ancient time you first find the angle and from the angle, in fact I think they still do it don't they? You first need an angle and from the angle you can get the other dimensions but you first need an angle, it sets the pattern so that everything is in balance and bear correct relationships, conform to a pattern so it's the beginning in the pattern form the right angle. And its called right angle, that's a hint right there, you form the right angle first.

Black Stone Symbol Of Heart

Bukhari 4-583; Kabah Abraham re-built
Bukhari 5-170; Prophet Kabah re-built

And we know the corner where the black stone is we know what it symbolizes from tradition it symbolizes the heart of mankind and we think of it as the heart of G'd's pure and perfect servants. So in Adam's original body it's the heart of Adam that's why the tradition says it was first built by Adam this is in tradition, like myth, then rebuilt by Abraham and finally restored by Muhammad the Prophet. The black stone represents the human heart now we know the heart outside of the body dead turns black I know it because I use to dress poetry and you leave the chicken heart out too long it turns black, you drop one on the floor in the saw dust I use to work in the market, drop one they neglect it, leave it back there too long when you find it, its black.

Black Stone

The blood turns black too, after so long it turns black, dark red and then black so it means the heart dead to the light of the body, the black stone is symbolic of the heart dead to the life of the human body to the biological life and that's exactly what you have to do its given in the Bible in many, many ways empty vessels, it means minds that have rejected their own authority to think for themselves refuse to think for themselves ask G'd to tell them how they should form their thoughts in their minds.

Heart Symbol Whole Appetites

Prov 23:7; As a man think in heart so is he

So the heart that is dead mean there is no more hungering for anything of man's life or of his body, of his nature, or of his life hungering only for G'd to give it the life so when that happens G'd responds and G'd gives it the light, now it becomes the corner stone in the building, it's the requirement for the beginning for the construction of the life and isn't that true? Requirement is that you first give up your position, your thinking become dead, and thinking is first in the heart, the heart is the seat of thoughts, you don't think until you want something. That's why the Bible say as a man think in heart so is he, in his heart so is he, the heart is symbolic of the appetites for the whole life, if we're hungry for food it bothers our heart if we can't get it, we're hungry for clothing it bothers our heart if we can't get it anything you hunger for a woman it bothers your heart, if you can't get it I know you're registered that one.

The heart is the seat, the beginning of desires and appetite and it then activates the mind to find a way for this, solve the problem, show the way, get what I want right? It gives the request the bill to the brain, sometime the brain can't handle it so the heart keep straining for it and the brain without being turned on is illuminated, intuition, its illuminated. So sometimes it conies directly to the brain from the heart because of the heart's activity not because of the brain's activity. The heart is straining wanting to have that what it needs, the brain can't deal with it brain can't find the answer but the heart keeps straining doesn't give up and after a while the flint stone sends off the spark and lights up the room.

Muhammad the Prophet as the one who brings that stone that was left out of the building and he puts it in its place now isn't that what he did? The chiefs asked him because they trusted him to show them how they all could have the share and honor of carrying that stone back so they each grabbed a corner of the clothe, the stone placed in the clothe and when they got it there, they selected him to be the one to put it in its place so they wouldn't have any problem. So he took his hand that's why they kiss it so affectionately during the Hajj the circling of the Kabah and the government I don't know if it could have come from the ulema, but the government put a silver band around it to let us know this is not the blackness of sin this is the blackness of pristine nature, nature before the world contaminate it.

Q.20:115; Adam sin no intention
Q. 2:37; Adam receive Word from Lord

So this was the human nature that was Adam, the Adam that G'd made in his original state that's what that black stone is and didn't Muhammad put him back in his proper place and give him back his proper respect? G'd revealed to Muhammad no he
didn't sin with an intent, he erred and he didn't give up the direction in his life it finally brought him to meet a Word from his G'd and when he saw the word he repented and G'd accepted his repentance. Muhammad did that

Muhammad

Q. 17:70; G'd honored all children of Adam

...so man does not sin by the nature given to him by G'd, he sins by the nature given to him from the errant world, that was Muhammad that did that and if Muhammad put Adam back in his proper place in the dignity and the construction of the house, he put me and you and all the children of Adam that G'd says He honored all of them, every one. You see why he leads the seven in prayer? He's the last he's the leader of mankind, the leader of the history of mankind, who was in the lead in human history the development of man's intellect, his emotional nature and everything, civilization, Muhammad he's the last one and the leader he is the aim that all of them had and he is the object that all of them was seeking, that is completeness, not just perfection, they all were perfect in their creation but completeness. They were seeking completeness that was only Muhammad the last Prophet that brought the world to completeness, Allahu Akbar.

Ques._______________
Ans. Culture

Idris, writing, culture only happens because of man's ability to write and preserve knowledge is what made it possible for us to have culture; culture preserved for the next generation so it continues to grow and develop, so he represents culture but writing is the beginning of it, he saw that it should be recorded. And you know he is not talking about individual anymore as an individual he represents a type that's in all people.

Ques.____________
Ans.
Q.40:7; Eight angels carry throne

Prophet Muhammad he's the leader that G'd chose to guide mankind, the world into light and freedom, freedom in the classic sense, classic sense is referring to the needs of the human mind, intellect to accommodate his life in society. So eight holds up the throne refers to Prophet Muhammad certainly and I said and more, firstly lets look at Prophet Muhammad. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the eight one in that picture that we get of the ascension of man and he becomes the leader of that, he's liberated, freed, he's freed d from that progression, we may say that seven gave birth to him, seven gave birth to the eight with the creation and guidance of G'd. And Muhammad the Prophet (PBUH) represents the application of the knowledge and he represents what has to happen to keep that Sabbath, knowledge whole and by whole is to say, whole meaning keep it consistent. Consistent means one part of it does not hurt the other part but the parts compliment the other, they compliment each others so that they lend support for each other without being in conflict with each other, that's what we mean by consistent.

So the strain to apply the knowledge, that's why it's the millah of Ibraham the upright because he perceived the right way but he didn't have the time to apply it, his life span didn't permit him time to apply it and it wasn't to happen in his life time eighter mankind had to evolve more into a universal or global community, that had to come; had to perceive the universal community of man on earth and have that burden on his heart to have nations live good life and be at peace with each other, that had to come for the strain on the mind to make the knowledge consistent.

Prophet Abraham, I'm sure he saw the big job, said now we have bring the children together, not the children of Abraham in Abraham's mind, I don't think he saw it that way he probably saw it as the children of G'd, meaning the dependents of G'd go to bring all G'd's dependents together so they be one family, that's the hope of Abraham and how its going to come about.

Q.21:30; Universe was one
Q.67:4; Look for flaws vision come back Tired

G'd blessed Muhammad (PBUH) with the knowledge and the vision to see how to bring it about, the knowledge has to be consistent, the Qur'an is consistent G'd Revealed it consistent and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) life is consistent it does not have contradictions and conflicts, its consistent, his teaching is consistent, not with contradictions and conflicts, some may think so but its not. And in the Qur'an this is addressed when G'd says can't you see that the creation was once one whole before it was separated sky and earth and again it say let your sight go out, you think there's some defects, errors in G'd's Work, G'd's creation. Let your sights go out searching, let your sights go out again searching a second time and they return to you tired, you have not found a contradiction.

Now you know science they say they find contradictions but they are addressing a different subject, different reality, we're talking about for the human purpose in this creation, all of this serves advancement of the human life, there is no contradiction, everything in the creation, scheme of matter it works to advance, not to send back, degrade, regress it works to advance the human state, the human condition. But we make the mistake of approaching it wrongly, we didn't follow the logic in the matter, if we had followed the logic in the matter we wouldn't get the bad consequences, we'd get the good consequences and this is out of the reach of many people what I'm saying to you, but I'm sure the language, logic is not out of your reach, you could follow the logic.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) represents freedom from dependency on the potential in man, to liberate man, Muhammad gets Revelation from G'd for the whole life of man not for one level, for all the levels for the whole capacity, whole potential of man, he gets the Revelation, gets guidance for that. So now man does not have to depend upon his own potential or upon his own life to advance the life.

Seventh is completion of knowledge.
Eight is application of knowledge

Q. 7:157; Sent down with the light

Now here comes the final Revelation complete for the whole life of man, now he comes down and begins applying that he didn't apply it until he came down then he went to Medinah after that and that's when he begins to apply it. So he comes down now he begins to apply that knowledge that's for the whole life of man and society on this earth, humanity he begins to apply it that's the eight, the application is the eight, the completion of the knowledge is the seventh, the application of the that completion, that wholeness is the eight, how do you apply it? His sunnah enabled him to apply it G'd chose him because of his sunnah or because of his Uswaa hasana, because of his very perfect and balanced symmetry. And we know Abraham had that same because he wouldn't be called the upright if he didn't have it, he had it too.

Q. 33:38; Allah's sunnah

And you notice as some of the teacher tell us that even G'd's sunnah is associated with G'd too, say the sunnah of G'd, but for the human being, the creation we have the sunnah of Abraham and sunnah of Muhammad and further we have for these two figures that they have in common we have the Ummah of Abraham and the Ummah of Muhammad. So these men like Adam are plural figures, the single person does not just represent a single person, the single person also represents the collective body as Adam did, the collective body of mankind as Abraham did, the collective body of mankind but with the intellect in focus as it was for Adam in his nature but for Abraham in its expression ability to express.

Adam Iblis Gave Certain Knowledge

You know Adam didn't have expression did he? If he had expression he wouldn't have needed Iblis to give him language, certain knowledge he didn't have and when Iblis told him about it he wanted it and that was the knowledge that you get by reasoning and rationalizing, rationalizing in a positive sense by reasoning and rationalizing, finding the rationale, the rational logic, that's the knowledge you get by that. So that's the exercise that's necessary for you to become educated, you won't be educated without it, so Iblis wanted to educate him and wouldn't wait for G'd to educate him, Iblis said I'm going to educate him so he be my man. So he took the innocent life that G'd created and he started to educate him.

Q. 20:14; Establish prayer for My remembrance

Now getting back to the 8 so Muhammad the Prophet (PBUH) being the 8th he's the one that established the prayer for us and G'd said establish prayer for My remembrance [aqamis salate dhikre] so that they will remember Me and how is G'd remembered? G'd is remembered when we remember His Words to us that's the best way to remember G'd by remembering His Words to us and in our Prayer we recite the Qur'an the Words of G'd to us by way of Jibril great Angel and Muhammah the Prophet peace be upon them.

Sajdah Prophet before Muhammad

Gen 17:3; Abraham pray sajdah, prostrated
Matt. 26:39; Jesus pray sajdah, prostrated
Manual of hadith p.149 #21; sajdah close to

ALLAH

And he gave us the sajdah didn't he? We know the sajdah was done by Prophets before, the Bible have Jesus doing sajdah peace be upon him but Muhammad established it, it wasn't made an institution or an established practice until Muhammad the Prophet and he said the position of sajdah is the best position of the salat this is according to report and in this position eight points of the human body is touching the ground, grounded, right? The open hands(2), the forehead (3), the nose(four), the two knees (six) and toes of each foot (8 points). There's a lot of symbolism in this and brother Imam asked me if that had significance or reference to Muhammad as the 8th in that picture we get, that shows us the ascension of human essence.

Q. 86:7; Man from between backbone and ribs

And I said yes and no it definitely refers to it because we know that feet are fundamental or basic in the structure, the feet we stand upon our feet and knees are next but if you really look at the human structure how it is structured there's another important part that you don't put on the ground and the waist, the hips the backbone, we move backwards and forward, we need this movement badly right there at the base and we know that it is said that the life germ, the beginning of life conies from between the loins and the ribs that area in the back bone, that backbone area where we bend. I don't think we can submit that to G'd that's a part of ourselves that we can't submit to G'd cause we don't have conscious awareness of just what's happening in that area, we can't make the life and we can't explain how its made. That belongs to G'd and stays with G'd.

Q.2:260; Abraham place birds on e mounts
Gen. 2:10; Four rivers heads

I said it has reference to something else because it does in the Scripture the universal concept is given in a square with four corners and its given in many ways, four winds, four river, remember this in the bible, so there you have wind, water given in fours, four hills or mountains in the Qur'an and the four points of the sun its two points of rising in the east and its two points of setting in the west so all of this is addressing the universal concept of our existence, the material world and our existence.

And to bring life to the bones what does Ezekial say? Let the four winds not one blow on these dry bones and they will have life, so a spirit for a universal perception, if it comes into your logic your logic can have life, its plain language it isn't any mystery and the answer is all in Scripture not out here in our heads, it snot in the secular knowledge its all in Revelation.

Q.39:6; Eight head of cattle in pairs

So here we have four as symbolic of what is universal and Qur'an also says and He Reveals four heads of cattle in pairs , right? So you double the pairs to become eight that's why I said it wasn't all of it, its something else and He revealed four heads of cattle in pairs so we have four for human universality, human science is different from material science. We have four for the science, we have the universality of human life and nature we have universality for the world knowledge and nature, they're different, the human being is on a higher plane spiritually and on a higher plane mentally than the rest of creation .

Q. 23:14; Another creation

So because of that his creation is called another creation so they closed the bones with flesh and its still an animal but by G'd's Will it becomes another creation. So this is the special human life and G'd creates that life, by giving life to the human mind or intellect. So really the beginning of mankind in Adam is not the beginning of your flesh is the beginning of the dawning of the intellect as G'd intended for it to become enlightened. And we're not the only one that know this the higher up in Religion in the world know this so now you know if you accept it. That's what its all about.

What can we learn from just studying our flesh we can learn the life of the animal that's all we can learn, but when we study our soul and intellect now we learn the life of man. Four in pairs and He revealed four heads of cattle in pairs now to understand this again you got to go back to Scripture, find the Scripture of the people of the Book that talked about cattle before it was mentioned in the Qur'an you have the golden cow but you also have the references to cow or to calf, cattle in many places of the Bible.

Judges 14:18; Plowed my heifer

I'll go to the story of Sampson for the meaning that we want to see here. Sampson said if you hadn't plowed my heifer you wouldn't broke my secret so here the cow stands for a body of knowledge and a class of people that's devoted to that particular body of knowledge. So He revealed eight heads of cattle in pairs, He revealed the knowledge for human edification human sciences and He revealed the knowledge for material edification, physics, chemistry all these things that's what it means. Mean the G'd of creation is the G'd of both realities and therefore He's the teacher for both realities and through Muhammad we got that and the proof is that the world came into enlightenment and into proper civilization after the advent of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the teachings of Al Islam and the Qur'an and his sunnah, is that not a fact? See how clear it is?

Morocco 8 Point Star

Hollywood they play with these concepts one movie I saw this bad guy came to earth in the form of a flat piece of glass, square piece of glass, that was a square coming out of the heavens down to earth, that's universal perception or grasp of what is universal for him. So the Moroccan people have long been with the sciences of Al Islam Morocco Africa their star is two squares, eight point star two squares one imposed upon the other one and positioned so that the angles are all equal, it's the 8 point star and really if there is any star accepted by the Islamic world its this star, they use the five point star but in their teaching and knowledge or in their sciences they identify with the 8 point star. So the star of Morocco is not just the star of Morocco it's the star of the nations of Islam, 8 point star and it needs reconciling of the human sciences with the so called objective sciences. And Prophet Muhammad made that possible the dawning of enlightenment, the destiny of Abraham was realized so the rational knowledge would be found to serve the needs of man in society, not just one people but all people that's what has happened. Now we're benefiting from the sciences and we're benefiting from human sciences from both sciences we're benefiting and all of those students are the children of Abraham but it took Muhammad to show them to the way of the destination, Qur'an and Muhammad the Prophet.

Sajdah

And when we make sajdah it very important brother Imam to know that when we make sajdah we're demonstrating that we have accepted G'd Creator who have created the matter that we came out of and we are agreeing with His Plan for our life in the matter that He created that our physical matter and the matter that He created is one scheme, one matter its one not different. Human in his physical makeup is the same creation as all the other material creation no different in his material makeup but in his potential as an intellect and a soul or spirit he's another creation. And we are saying that we accept to have our life reconciled with the material scheme that G'd made, G'd intended it all to serve him and our life has evolved out of this mother, material world that birthed us and we are agreeing in our mother again. We're reconciled by our mother and by being reconciled by our mother we have progress, standing up again means progress.

Two sajdahs first sajdah, this is nothing new for me been many years I been with this understanding and I shared it with some of you all, two sajda is what G'd says that comes immediately to our mind when He says and He brought out the green pastures yes so its in the immediate understanding that comes to mind that mankind has been supported by the material growth out of the earth not only for food but from the growth he got food, clothing and shelter and also tools and instruments is that not a fact?

Yes so actually the whole material existence culture and everything was first born out of material earth, the ground as a growth so we acknowledge that making that first sajdah means we acknowledge that, we acknowledge that we didn't supply our needs, G'd supplied our needs out of our mother He supplied our needs and we raise up and we admit that we went astray, G'd forgive us show us mercy. Because we were giving our self credit for all this culture and science and development we were saying man is the benefactor, no G'd we know You're the Benefactor, You're the Creator You're the Teacher, You're Everything, You're our Lord You raised us up from nothing we ask forgiveness and mercy then we go down in sajda with the mind straight and forgiveness asked we go down for the next sajda and we come back up with the sciences of the universe, that's the possibility not that we come up with it all the time but that's the possibility , you go down the next time you come up with the sciences of the universe.

So you don't just eat from trees you get the secret of trees development and growth, you get the secrets of the stones I mean the pure sciences that's the secret that's held in there, the sciences are locked up in there like secrets but the intellect that renders itself to G'd for G'd's Purpose G'd opens up His creation to that intellect and you come up with the light, first time you got the gross body fruits and everything clothing and shelter second you went down you came up with the life, praise be to Allah.

Qur'an Miracle Of Muhammad

Q.17:88; Qur'an reproduce can't men, jinn
Hadith_ Qur'an miracle of Muhammad

Our Religion is something I'm telling you that's why the miracle of Muhammad is not the parting of the waters the miracle of Muhammad is the Qur'an itself, when he was asked what is his miracle he said this is my miracle the Qur'an itself, say try to produce this get men and jinn together see if you can produce the likeness of this, can't do it, no, so we thank Allah that we are alive in this day and time.

I decided I'm going to go in the year 2001 I don't want to go in the year of the Christian millennium because that might make them think that we agree in their Religion or in their knowledge and we are not completely agreeing with them so I decided to wait at least another year so it would be 2001 and I plan to make Hajj and I had different ones express the desire if you're going there brother Imam I like to go so I'm inviting the community to go with me in the year 2001. I told brother Rafai it won't be 300 this time I think it will be a thousand it could easily be 20011 do believe that. Personally I prefer the tents not hotels and one thing I'm asking you all to not let any persons that's not from our group lead us in the steps of the Hajj, we lead ourselves in the steps of the Hajj.

You see them doing this way the thumb and the finger I like this way "V" for victory seven up and seven down is 8 isn't it in Arabic, go back home with it its an 8 in Arabic. And I think Zeus in mythology in the Greeks knowledge he's the one that did this they got a picture of him does this the gods got to come down from the heavens to establish life on earth. Al Islam didn't disrespect any knowledge the disciples of the Prophet they studied the Greek sciences, knowledge they extracted the best took that, that was not in conflict with Al Islam and they helped revive the sciences for the whole world.

So you all gonna follow these sheiks and Mufti's and stuff and so called Imams from around the world and lock you up in a little pis hole and you think you got the real Religion and you won't listen to me, we not going to worship Imam W. Deen Mohammed show won't not while I'm living I won't let you worship me but you're worshiping those gurus that call themselves sheiks and Imams you're worshiping those sill gurus that don't know anything to do but make slaves you become their slaves and you think you're in heaven eating halal and brushing your teeth with a stick. Islam want progress for us we have to make improvement on that stick. I love you I want to get you out break you a loose from that grip they got on you, they're holding you in bondage that's why they don't like me, I deny them their slaves, that's the only reason they don't like me and I follow Muhammad they don't.

Star of David

I'm a student of concepts with an interest in knowing what G'd want for us that's my interest not just to know those concepts but I want to know what G'd want us to know so I studied the Star of David and I'm going to give it to you its perfect I put my life on it G'd is my witness its perfect. David like Jesus Christ peace be upon the Prophets was s spiritual force more than anything else he was an emotional, spiritual emotional body more than anything else and we can see that in the psalms of David, he's a very emotional person.

Three man's purpose
Four rep society environment

Q.41:10; Four days measure supplied all things

And the spirit for man's purpose in life is represented for the human interest is represented by the number three not four, the society, environment is represented by four and the environmental potential in man, see man is a product of the environment too and the environmental potential in man is four and G'd has given every creature or its provision in four measures this is Qur'an in four measures.

Q. 10:16; Life time among you

That mean what you need to establish your life in society is already inherent in you those four provisions and Prophet Muhammad it is said of him that he has already lived a life time among you what was that life time before Revelation? 40 yrs so that mean he was expressing consciously that potential that G'd created for every man his inherent excellence for living and expressing life in society. Muhammad was already doing that consciously so that 40 stands for that.

Zero Conscious

Four is the concept, zero means you're conscious of it, it's a conscious body not just in your potential and three represents the ascension that's made possible only with G'd's help you can't do it by yourself G'd has to lift you up into the heavens. So you have four on the ground, representing the earth and the universal potential in you really the potential in the matter itself, the earth. And then you have a movement up into the heavens and you go down again but not at the same point of ascension you go down on a different point, you have to make an angle, triangle like this, up and back down, touch the base.

And if this didn't have a connection with Jews then why did it say his mind was on Jerusalem? And their Qiblah was a burden on him and then G'd raised him up from the Qiblah, house of Abraham into the heavens and took him to Jerusalem, isn't that a triangle? That's three and that's the Jewish star its two of those, not the world they aren't interested in the world they don't have 8 they don't have two squares they have two triangles in other words personal, individual attention and completeness, just for individual not in society.

So they don't live a life for the society they live the life for the individual and if you listen to them they will tell you its best for you to have your matters private, that's what they will tell you its best for you to keep your matters private, work in the world but keep your own matters private. So the world is for exploits I'm not using it in a bad way, the devil likes to use it in a bad way the world is for exploits it means for you to profit from so you don't work to make the whole world good they don't believe it can happen, wasn't that in Iblis? You can see why now why they are the so called children of Iblis i the Bible cause that was Iblis mankind is not worthy of this, this is suppose to be for the few. So the triangle is for individual aspirations and fulfillment of the individual need but it has a power and a magic, it's a science for them, human sciences.

I think it was Joshua who blew trumpet three times.... but he blew the trumpet three times and the trumpet is symbolic of the spirit, wind, he blew the trumpet three times, that means spiritually waking up the spiritual body, blew it three times and the walls came tumbling down, their defenses came tumbling down.

Trojan horse fifth column dominate 5 senses We have stories and myths in Religion of different numbers having the power to penetrate defenses and conquer the land, the Trojan horse is one of them, the fifth column they call it where they built the wooden horse and put the men inside the horse and they got the people to think that the horse was just a show piece, something for merriment so they permitted the wooden horse to be brought into the city, once they got into the city and the horse door opened up and out came the soldiers and I think they call that the fifth column, I'm sure in the language and it means a strategy for defeating your enemies, you hade your forces and make them think its something innocent until you get in to do damage. That's the way they use culture to invade your culture and they sneak their destructive forces into your culture and then once they get in there when you discover its too late, their soldiers have already defeated you, the soldiers of cultural influences, cultural language and expression and etc., they were already defeated its too late, the fifth column, dominate the five senses yes, victory of the five senses.

The star of David had two of those and it means the spiritual body and the material body is reconciled into one but its not for the community its for the individual, science of individual not the community. Muhammad brought us the science of community, the knowledge of how to establish community life as G'd wants us to establish it and really personal life is a personal matter, it is a personal matter, your personal life is a personal matter. And if the life of society is established correctly every individual will know how to live his personal life and responsibility for that is his own business, Islam is never suppose to have spies taping your phone or spying on how you live in your house that's for you and your G'd. If you was to be marques de sade or what whatever you want to be inside your house that's for G'd as long as you don't bring it outside in the public and disturb us with it that's between you and your G'd. Wouldn't that make society much better if we did that yes just don't bring it outside, is you bring it outside we're going to cut your hand off or your head off or something, we're going to stop it.

Q. 5:60; Apes be like

Because you know you become corrupt, that's what that knowledge is to tell us, that G'd doesn't want us to do that cause if you practice that you're soon going to have a sophisticated department spying on people and giving yourself to that full time is going to corrupt you, take you out of your human form. So leave the people be as long as they keep it out of our site leave them be, can't stop them. I saw a monkey masturbating, can't stop, I did at the zoo this is true, I was a boy I saw a monkey masturbating right in front of everybody, so I guess he thought we all were monkeys, when I looked at it I wanted to whip him I actually wanted to take my belt, so you can't stop it just need to do it in private. I'm not talking outside the context of Scripture. Say and some He made monkey and swine so its Duhaa time now and there is a pray called Duhaa we can make two rakats of Duhaa 10:00 sun shinning bright duhaa means the brightness of the day so these are not much prayers, these are not obligatory prayers but there is Duhaa prayers is one of the prayers, there are five must prayers and seven all together, the Duhaa prayer.

Eid Duhaa prayer
Q. 93:1-2; Duhaa

They do it loud and silent and alone or in congregation too but I prefer, you know the Bid prayer is the Duhaa prayer but it just done only on Bid Day, its mentioned in the Qur'an and your Lord has not forsaken you we'll be talking for another 4 or 5 hours if I get on that one. The Duhaa prayer and the tahajjud prayer make seven prayers, there can be according to report in hadith there is suppose to be no sunnah after Asr, before Asr two before Asr but none after Asr, but if someone pray two rakats after Asr we shouldn't be disturbed by that because he could be praying any nawafil prayer let us not disturb each other that will be better for us and these things are not that critical anyway, someone want to pray more that's okay, but if you have an hour to get the masjid cleaned up you just had an event there let them know that all of you can't be doing all these nawafil salats, we don't have but an hour to get this place in shape. A lot of them use it as an excuse they will pray until you say we have to lock up the place brother. So we conclude this morning and en sha Allah we will begin just after Thuhr Prayer so we ask Allah for forgiveness and for His Mercy and Guidance always Amin.

We're going to read so Qur'an Al Fatiha again and a few verses, the first verse from the second chapter and then the last four short surahs from the Qur'an beginning with Qul and remembering that what we been discussing so far and what we will be discussing for the rest of this Ramadan session with you is the Qur'an and Muhammad universal message and mission, Islam's universality or universal message and its mission.

These verse we just read are five in number and it begin with Bismillaher Rahmaaner Raheem and then the mystical letters alif lam meem and then the statement this Book or this is the Book or that is the Book but its translated this is the Book in which there is not doubt guidance for the G'd fearing, for those having Taqwa, the Mustaqeem. Those who believe without proof or those who believe in the unseen means in the absence of proof, if you are absent from this meeting here and we are expecting you we say he's absent.

Those who believe in the unseen or those who believe in the absence of truth, truth is not there but they still believe, proof is not with them but they still believe and they establish regular pray and they spend in charity out of what G'd has given them and these are the ones who believe in what has been revealed to Muhammad (PBUH) and what was revealed before him, before he received Revelation that is before his time. And in the hereafter or in the later, simply the latter they are assured the hereafter or the later, the end, the destiny or the destination. These are the ones on guidance from their Lord this is guidance from their Lord this means this is Revelation, they are the ones who are following real Revelation, its not lost, mixed, not confused it hasn't been adulterated they are following Revelation from their Lord, guidance from their Lord that comes in the Revelation from their Lord.

And their Lord remember what we said of this Rabb before, their Lord is the One Who brought about their existence and then gave His creation support so that it would reach its maturity for a man full of adulthood for a woman same with all the faculties and everything else, intelligence, speech everything He's the One that nursed them on and going to the responsibility until they knew what their responsibilities were, like a parent raise us, a parent raise us not only to have a healthy life as an individual.

But parents raise us to have a healthy life in community so that we know our obligation to our family and to our society so that we will fit in that society and have a comfortable place there, so that's what Allah did for us too, it was Allah Who did that for us first and in the best way, civilization. Allah guided us to true civilization so that we will have a good individual life and good life established in society, just like a parent raise a child that's like how G'd raised the whole humanity and is still caring for us and raising us.

Q. 71:17; Man like growth

So these are the ones the translations says on true guidance from their Lord and these are the ones who are successful. G'd say and He created us, made us like a plant, so much is in that statement about created like a plant but the main thing we should know is that most plants try to grow up right, there are some creepy crawling ones but most of them try to grow up right. Even the flimsy ones they try to look for something to support them they want to grow up right too, the vine if you give them something they will crawl up on something more firm, steady than they are they want to grow up right. And the plant is rooted in the ground, in the earth, rooted in the matter that birth it, the matter from which it is born out of it is rooted in that matter and it establishes itself upon the roots or the life that is in the ground covered and hid and that's where it establishes its life upon that. And so it is with us.

Q.2:38; Get you all down

G'd said He put us in the earth from heaven, we were heavenly bodies and G'd put us in the earth, heavenly bodies this is universal or what they would call the cosmic beings. We have been created not only to live in the earth but in the total world, so originally G'd made the human being's soul in heaven, meaning He made the human being's soul and intellect to live in the wide borders of the whole creation itself, how are we going to do that? Our minds can't help but go outward if you have a mind your mind goes out to everything that you can see or everything you can imagine, not only see, imagine based upon what you see, mind goes out; give the man a telescope his mind goes out farther. And if he is intelligent and can reason his reasoning will take him out beyond even the telescope to have some perception or some idea of what's beyond his eyesight, you see?

Q.57:21; Garden paradise width as heaven-earth

So G'd created the human being's brain with wings that fly much higher and much further than the eagle, He really created us in heaven didn't He and the Qur'an give it He says and the space of that garden of paradise, it is as the space of the heavens and the earth, that's all of it the cosmic order. So these are the ones who will be successful so we can have short lived success, nations are born like communist Russia tried something, tried materialism and ignored the existence of G'd I don't think they didn't believe in G'd but for the success of their materialistic based idea, material based ideal of existence they left out G'd and survived only about 70 yrs and have come to a death, demise and they may try something else later who knows where they will go, I hope they will go to heaven.
To get there they have to follow this Deen the path of G'd.

They are the successful ones look at the word for success [muflihun] they are the successful ones and where does this meaning derive from, how does the meaning come to us? From the farmer, he's the one who cultivates the land, if you study Judaism and some other Religions even Asian Religions most of them go back to agriculture, go back to the time where man the society as a agriculture based society.

And really its only recently that man's community on earth stopped being an agriculture based society, based now in industry, science, technology etc. but use to be an agriculture based and technically speaking we're still an agriculture based society because most these other things we have they couldn't be produced without agriculture supporting them. They are the successful one and that growth is out of the earth, agriculture, it's a growth out the earth, they are the successful ones, growth out of the earth brings, its intended to take our minds back to our beginning in this material scheme created by G'd . So we are not a creation formed and established in space, we are a creation formed out of this material body of the world and established upon that because of our nature growth as part and partial of the creation itself. We are creation, material world that's what we are and it is G'd Who put His Will and His light into the body and makes it possible for us to have more freedom, more mobility and more production than all the other things created than all the other creatures He made.

We're created for a great production and isn't the world for agriculture a very productive entity, bears life many times Allah says in the Qur'an so many times you can't number them, to many to number great variety of things and it gives the living more than the living needs so it's a sign to of charity, sign of great charity and Allah says He gives without counting, G'd gives you without counting, now you know Allah can count everything but He gives without counting and some of us are very generous, we give without heart and not with our brains, we could count the money but we don't count we say here take this, I've seen you do that brother haven't even counted it, praise be to Allah.

They are the successful ones so real success in order for it not to be a short success, the real success for the destination as G'd intends for His living creature the real success is that we be in accord with the Plan for our life firstly in creation and then in Revelation. Inherent life and then the guided life, we must be in accord and the inherent life and the guided life they are compatible, more than compatible they are a continuation, the guided life is a continuation on the inherent life or the life that is in the matter, life pattern that's in the matter itself. That life pattern is aided by Revelation and then Revelation continues the growth in agreement with the inherent life, this is the unity of G'd's creation, unity of matter, unity of G'd's creation.

Now the last four chapters what is said so far is said to every man equally, nothing we said is black or white, yellow or red its equally the property and equally the concern of every man.

Stone devil Iblis
Q.109;

The first Qul is in the surah Al kafirun which means the rejecters of faith those who reject faith, who was the first of the kafirun to reject faith? Iblis yes he felt self importance became puffed up with pride, felt that he was too big to submit and he need faith to submit, he didn't accept anything but logic that's why we stone him. He accept no faith, he accepts nothing but logic so since he couldn't accept faith he became the first rejecter of faith, first disbeliever and the one to envy the people of faith and you know what I think erks him more than anything else is that we don't need a lot to believe in G'd, we don't have to have Revelation even, just our life and we know that we didn't do it ourselves we didn't put ourselves here, we can't keep ourselves here, just that alone we know we're dependent on so many things we know that there's a G'd. And he just is erked to his death almost to see us like that, "what's wrong with those fools they have no proof they have nothing, talking about there's a G'd, say ok I'll get them, I'm going to capture them, I'll become their master and they won't even know it.

They will be worshiping G'd and I'll be the one that they will be worshiping so he sought to put himself in G'd's place and he managed to do that with many people. In their hearts they're still worshiping G'd but in language they are worshiping the devil and don't know it.

It begins with first verse for those who came later today who were not with us for comments on Al Fatiha, the first verse of Al Fatiha is Bismillaher Rahmaaner Raheem of Al Fatiha isn't that something to think about and we mentioned Al Fatiha being the opening, the victory cause the might victory is the opening of the knowledge, Revelation and it suggest also key, miftah is a key from the same root word fatiha. Fatiha something then you get Al Fatiha the thing that's doing the opening and miftah is a common term for key but if Al Fatiha is the one thing that's doing the opening, its Al Fatiha by that reasoning the key, so if it's the key then you can understand why its before every other chapter right? Except one and then its mentioned in that chapter the message of Solomon its given that he sent this letter and his letter read Bismillaher Rahmaaner Raheem, so its still in there for the ninth chapter.

Say oh you rejecters of faith or disbelievers I do not worship what you worship, and the word worship you know comes from servant and before Al Islam it meant slave but now in the text of the Qur'an it does not mean slave it means servant. But in the language of the society it still means slave 'Abd is still slave, servant and slave means both, G'd wants
us to know that we are not to give our life to any master except Him, you give service but don't give your life to any master except G'd, nothing but G'd should determine the limits of your thinking, the limits of your movements the limits of your work, no one but G'd. And G'd has not restricted us so that we tillers of the soil or domestic servants for all our life, that's what slave masters do, they hire you and you do that for the rest of your life and anytime your children are restricted to that level in society for generation after generation like plantation slavery was.

Slavery Ended In Al Islam
Q. 43:68; My servants no fear
Al Hadith lp.595#95; Don't say my slave

So the choice of this term slave is very powerful in my opinion, its very powerful for peacefully doing away with slavery without wars because the master feels awful shame when he's saying to Allah G'd I'm your ' Abd and he heard Allah saying oh people, oh mankind you are My 'Abd and then he got one saying this is my 'Abd. Prophet in the hadith said don't say to anyone my slave but say my son, he meant that if you got someone in your charge that you want to have that kind of possession over and that person has accepted to be that for you, accepted that position under you then you should treat them as you treat your own son, that's what it means and you shouldn't call him slave but call him my son [walade] he said according to Buhari and Muslim.

You know the white man calls us his boy didn't he, I don't know who started him to doing that he might have read the Qur'an but he didn't have the civilization to know how to relate to that, it sure wasn't his son but in Arabic language means son it not only means boy, my son. And we use to have an expression the white man say "I don't call you son because you're mine I call you sun because you shine". So this word is powerful for helping to bring about social justice, equality for people, this term 'Abd and G'd says that, that's the best, He didn't say it directly but we know that learned in the tradition of our Prophet they say that there's no name or title for man more dignified, more noble or higher in its meaning or its value than the term 'Abd of G'd.

Servants of Allah

And G'd referred to Muhammad as His 'Abd and He say to all of us that we all are His 'Abd [Ya ebaadullah] means females and males that expression addresses both females and males, oh My servants speaking to all human beings. So if we are His servants and the root meaning, history of the word takes us back to its meaning as slave then G'd is saying that no one can have you as a slave, He claims us and no one else can have a better claim as a slave. And the hadith and Muhammad says we should know that nothing separates the servant from his Master not even the veil, partition thin like a veil, there is nothing he can call directly on his G'd, needs no mediator, no intercessor, no priest, no monk, no Imam, no Rabbi, he doesn't need anybody he calls directly to his G'd. Isn't that the way its suppose to be? If G'd created me without you how come I go to call him through you?

Q. 26:78; He created me, guides me

I really like the words Prophet Abraham gave he told the big ruler he said " the one who created me shall guide me" and that's a good way to get another look at Abraham to see him a little clearer, so where is the guidance? In creation the guidance for any form of life is in its created body is that not right? Science is the guidance for treating all forms of life from the study of that form of life, the guidance is in its creation, form, that's where the guidance is. That's why just anybody just can't be a doctor, you can't guess at the treatment its scientific, the guidance is in the created thing.

So that what Abraham was telling this arrogant ruler you think you know everything but no you're ignorant, you're following guess work you're nothing but an advanced, wealthy witch doctor, here I'm coming with the truth you got false magic. The One Who created me shall guide me.

Q. 87:2-3; He created, then guided

and that's the meaning of [khalaqa fa sawwa qaddara fa hadaa] in four steps He created then He balanced everything that's law if things are balanced it means these things are governed by laws. Qaddara then He empowered the intellect, that's talking about the intellect but the same thing happens with creation itself. G'd has created matter so it comes willing or unwillingly to the order that G'd intend for it so if it is not in agreement then there is a strain in the matter to conform to the law intended for that matter, it might explode and then find its adjustment or it might by some other activity come to its adjustment but its going to come to its adjustment because Allah has created it all for peace, so it has to have its peace.

So for the intellect straining for the guidance the intellect strains and strains with issues that the intellect want to see in some kind of rational order or agreement, the intellect strains and strains, that's qaddara and after a while it light comes on, it happens and the intellect knows this is the answer, this is how its suppose to be settled or this is how this is suppose to be stated or composed etc. And with that is the guidance, there is the guidance and the intellect will keep working with it after the light has been turned on in a mysterious way, intuition, cognition etc. the light is on now the intellect begin to work on what it saw.

Q. 2:20; walk only in thunder an lightening

Those who won't follow Revelation and they follow nothing but the intuitive light they are those who wait for the thunder and the lightening and when the lightening flash they walk a little bit and it goes off and they are at a standstill. The same G'd that gave you the intuitive power also gives you Revelation so don't be satisfied with just that still seek G'd and in time He will give you Revelation, revealed knowledge, that came to the Prophets as we know.

Say to the rejecters of faith I do not worship what you worship and you are not worshiping what I worship and I'm not worshiping what you worship or I'm not worshiping what you are set upon worshiping a little stronger here. And you are not worshiping what I worship so for you your way, you Deen and for me my Deen and you notice my Deen has not the possessive {Y} on it just has the kasrah {E vowel} why? Because this is not an individual Religion its an universal Religion of mankind so its not nice for us to say in this particular discussion with rejecters my Religion with some kind of special pride or some kind of special sense of possession no, it's a Religion of mankind.

So play down your possession of it don't put the long EE just put the little kasrah, don't say My say my real quick and keep going like some people say "My G'd" that's too long He is not just your G'd, our G'd.

Q. 103; Say He Allah is One
Exod 20:4; Make on likeness of Him

The next chapter with the Qul say He the G'd is One The God is Eternal, He was not father a son and He's not fathered by any, and there never existed for him an equal or a comparison, there are no comparison for G'd isn't that what the old testament said, make no likeness of Him in the heavens or in the earth so there is no comparison.

Q.46:9; No new fangled doctrine
I king 8:27; Temple not hold G'd

Kufuwan means that nothing serves as a just description or comparison for G'd that's what it means, nothing measures up, everything falls short of being a description or a comparison for G'd. What is G'd? Man, no nothing, sun, no nothing the whole universe no nothing, because we know in the Bible Solomon when he was building the Temple he said "G'd I'm building this house for You but I know this house can't contain You, now listen to what he said, he said not even the heavens of heavens can contain you. He means as far as we can imagine this world existing is not big enough to contain You, so Allahu Akbar is that a new expression is that something invented, we said earlier Muhammad was told to say by G'd say to them I bring no newly fabricated message that mean nothing in the Qur'an is new it all has a connection and reference to that, that came before, but the way its put together it advances the life of the past, advances the world of yesterday it extended and guides it on to where it should go for G'd to its destination.

Q. 113;

Can all people say these prayers, these are really prayers aren't they? The whole Book is a prayer, but I seek refuge this is asking for help any one can say these prayers, I'm pointing to the universality of Al Islam of the Qur'an the Word of G'd and the sunnah or Uswaa of Prophet Muhammad.

Shar Harm

Q.3:117; Allah wrong not but from self

From the harm they say evil, shar means harm that, that benefits nafe', that, that harms shar, that that takes away from the value quality what every shar, that hurts it, its shar, its more than evil its harm. Evil suggests an intent on somebody's part right? But theirs is no intent in matter to hurt us G'd created matter to serve us well He didn't create anything to hurt us, created this whole world fire, but He didn't created fire to hurt us He created the fire to comfort and aid us not to hurt us. But many people get the shar of the fire its not because G'd intended it that way He didn't intend any shar, that's why G'd says its not G'd Who harms you it is you who harm your own soul. Sometimes in complete ignorance we just don't know the proper use, approach to things etc., so we get the harm of it instead of the intent that G'd intended for us the benefit not the harm. He intends nothing but good.

Al Hadis lp.616#56; Allah good only accepts good Muhammad says G'd is good and He accepts only good.

React, Respond

Forty Hadith p. 84; Sex charity

Say I seek refuge with the Lord of the dawn, daybreak from the harm of what created or we can say from the harm of what He created, so there's a benefit and harm in everything, they say even this water that we think is harmless, I'm not talking about when there's pollution in it, pure water you can get a sickness and even the water will have to be taken off your list, have to give it to you some other way right? The doctor will take you off, you can't take the water directly you have to have to take the water some other kind of way in food or something or through the veins can't drink it. Everything has a benefit also has a harm and when the Prophet told the followers for sexual act he said there's a reward in it, I guess he said it to awaken their minds to a problem that they had and the problem of some people react to things rather than respond to things. Respond means your senses are working, react doesn't necessarily mean your good senses are working so people that react to things. Over the years having problem with sex and illegitimate births and all that and lost of wives and everything so man in his culture makes sex a dirty thing a sin, " that dirty sex, that's sin" he keeps sinning though he doesn't stop.

So they said how is this? He said if you did it unlawful wouldn't there be a punishment? The shar and the khair in everything and G'd had qaddara He has set the balance for this good and evil He has put it in the balance and if you respect the balance you get the good if you disrespect the balance you get the harm or the measure it's a difficult word to translate, it means G'd has in creating it He has already set the rules for governing these things, the rules were set by G'd before we were even created in the matte itself He have set the rules He has determined how the creation will yield benefits and goodness and how it will cause or bring harm or loss, its all set by G'd been determined by Him i the making of the creation itself.

From the harm of the evil they translate it intense darkness but this Ghasefen is not only intense darkness it is also intense corruption, it is a darkness that suggests, hints at filth, corruption, offensive things to the good taste of human beings and society and civilized society when it comes and we know with darkness also comes corruption, with ignorance comes also corruption of morals, the culture and the life. And from the harm of the naffathaatte and they translate it too literally from the evil of the whisper who whisper or blows into the knot, so this sounds like witch craft, which it is, it has reference to witch craft but lets get the better understanding.

As one commentary give and I think one translation gives too from the harm or the evil of the one who casts evil suggestion into your firm resolution to break the tie of your conviction or your resolution. You have resolved to obey G'd to stay away from this harm forbidden thing and here come the sneaky caster of suggestion. He cast the suggestion without you knowing what he have cast, before you know it he's got you in trouble, his language was so smooth so subtle that you thought he was a good advisor. So you accept what he says and you find yourself breaking the law you wake up one morning and you say good G'd I have broken all the laws, I didn't know I had slipped into this kind of thinking.

The 'uqad here is from 'uqada means a knot and this is firm conviction, your resolutions or firm convictions. And from the harm or the evil of the envier when he envies, these are prayers, chapters but also prayers. I would advise you to pray these this world is too much for us we can't manage it but G'd will help us and His Help that He gives is the Help all this is universal, every society has come under the influence or has been tempted by the Satan and every society has had its magic its witch craft.

Say I seek refuge with the Lord of the humanity, mankind of all people, you see every one of these verses we are calling on G'd Himself, directed to G'd and to be not of the kafirs the rejecters of faith to be not of the shirk the polytheists, declaring the oneness of G'd and here to have protection from the Lord of the Dawn and we know this is daybreak, light I seek refuge with the Lord of the Light. There is the Lord of the light, its not just light created but Lord of the light, the Creator of the light and then the Lord of the light or the One Who started the light and the Lord of the light, the One Who cause light to be He's also the Lord of the light, He is the One to progress that light to take that light from beginning to end stage by stage, progression for the light. Now if something interrupt that order and brings about darkness or confusion in the progression of light I should turn to the One Who started the light in the first place because He's also the Lord of the Light.

We mentioned earlier the Bible saying there would be a famine of hearing the Word of G'd, not a famine of food but of hearing the Word of G'd, Bible also says that darkness would cover the whole earth. Say I seek refuge with the Lord of humanity, mankind common usage of this word Nas means all people. Lord of mankind is better because humanity refers to human people refined or people living in accord with their best motivations, their inherent excellence, so humanity is not necessarily all people, all people have the gift of humanity but it doesn't mean that they all have it because they are not awakened to it or they don't accept it, but this is all people so I just want to correct myself, this is not humanity its all people or mankind.

The king or the master, judge of mankind, the G'd of mankind, now look how this progression goes, first the Lord of mankind number one and the Lord we said is the One Who takes what He has brought into existence and then cares for it like a good parent until it reaches its adulthood, its maturity and can go on its own. Oh G'd will never leave us on our own, oh according to the hadith He will, says a servant every time he did something wrong he kept coming back to G'd asking for forgiveness, it made that such a persistent practice that G'd knew that, that servant formed a habit that had become his nature so G'd said go on like the judge said on your own recognizance. Trusted him with his own life that's what G'd is saying He has created you to be trusted with your own life but you have to earn that kind of trust.

Q.7:20-2; Adam satan deceived

So G'd is the Lord of all people and because He has brought all people into existence and He's the One that has cared for their progress or maturity then doesn't it reason then only He can judge His creation, He's the King, Master, Judge first and then if He's the Judge and the Master and also the Rabb that brought you into existence and cared for you then shouldn't He alone be the One you worship if you make any G'd shouldn't it be that one, no one but that one. The G'd of mankind from the harm of the whisperer who whispers behind a partition you don't see him you only got the whisper you don't know where it came from. One translator says he whispers then withdraws out of your reach, your perception. The one who cast these evil, subtle suggestions into the hearts of the people now isn't that what he did when he tempted Adam? He didn't go to Adam's rational mind he went to his heart he made him feel that he was left out of something he was suppose to be included in and there was some other being that had that what he was missing.

Gen 3:22; Adam become one of us
Gen 3:3-5; Adam surely not die eyes open

Don't you know G'd and the angels up there eating that stuff this is food for the god's man say and really you don't understand G'd, now He didn't mean you would did He meant your eyes would come open. Adam said I been short changed and I sure want my eyes open, that's me I'm the man that wants to see Adam is an intellect par excellence and he wants to see, ok rap on, who are you? I'm your innocent advisor.

Where do we find this whisperer this suggester? Among jinn and among men he didn't say go look for him in the back woods, the nether world he's among jinn and people now if you don't know about jinn look for him among people, if the jinn is too much of a mystery for you look for that one Iblis among people, he's among both.

These four Quls they are our protection to keep us from being taken out of tauheed, out of the universal picture and universal constitution of things, things are constituted regionally but the bigger constitution is the universal constitution of things is the universal constitution of things, matter life and man, the intellect for all of it. So to avoid coming out of the path of G'd out of the Tauheed that G'd wants us in we should say these prayers and say them for your salvation, security, your protection and your salvation and its not wonder that they are at the end of the Qur'an.

We know in the order that the Revelation descended upon the heart of Muhammad the Prophet (PBUH) the first verse is read and then we have these verses coming early Meccan and Medinah verses coming early but in the order that we are to read the Qur'an and know this, that this didn't come after Muhammad as some writers have said tht the ordering of the chapters came after Prophet Muhammad no, Muhammad never recited the Qura'n any other way than this, it's the only way e ever recited it and one night he recited the whole Qura'n in Ramadan this has been reported say he recited the whole Qur'an in one night, one standing in the month of Ramadan. And he recited it just a we read it, G'd showed him the order and he left it with his followers his disciples.

So I say again that there's no wonder that these verses come at the end, all that is in the Qur'an has some reference to the Scriptures that came before the Qur'an. The Revelation the last book of the Bible talks about the magic, the darkness the intensification of corruption, darkness and a need for the evil to be taken of the world, John the Revelator is said to be giving us this picture how evils are going to be multiplied, thickened, so how should we see that last chapter in Qur'an instead of reading all that very difficult language to deal with just say I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak and read it to the end, that's all you need to escape all that darkness and all that corruption that's going to be plaguing the very nature of the man and his life that G'd made.

Seven effect nature

That's what it means by seven, seven mean its going to affect his very nature that G'd made in his constitution that God gave him these things are going to come into it and come against that constitution to break the constitution of the life G'd created, seven and to overcome it we have only to say I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak from the evil of that which He created or from the harm of the intense darkness, intensification of darkness and corruption when it comes and from the evil of the one who work witch craft, magic and cast those suggestions to break the conviction or firm resolution of G'd's servants and from the harm or evil of the envier when he envies. Who envies? Iblis, he's the father of that too, he envied when G'd said I'm going to make a human being and trust him with himself, that's what G'd was saying.

Q. 7:12; Iblis I'm better

I'm going to make a human being and trust that human being with his own life Satan said I'm better than he, isn't that what he said? Iblis said I'm better than he isn't that envy, an expression of the disease of envy working in him so we who won't fight envy in our own souls we're aiding the Satan and if we aren't careful we'll be in his company. So fight the disease and weakness of envy in your soul fight it to get it out seek G'd's help to keep it out. I was in Damascus, Syria and this man had a big factory and he's the boss and I looked up on his wall behind his desk and he had his desk was facing the entrance but behind his back on the back wall was this surah "I seek refuge with the Lord of the dawn I looked at it I told him I said that's a very appropriate surah for your office because all the business and money you're handling you're going have enviers and he just smiled, I was just agreeing with him in his selection of that chapter he understood I wasn't teaching him something I was just telling him I agree with you that's the chapter you should have hanging on that wall. When they come in they speak Arabic they look right up there and say astaghferullah, I came in wrong but that straighten me.

So these verses are for all people, they address the life, problems, concerns and the need in all people not just as individuals but as members in societies, all societies have had this trouble, all individuals will experience these troubles, Amin.

Q.10:82; Allah establish His Word

Now how is our time? When we started the session or when we announced the beginning of the session we said we would be discussing the Qur'an and the sunnah of our Prophet and by sunnah we mean the sunnah of the Prophet established upon his Uswaa; its universal message and universal mission. There is an expression in the Bible and also in the Qur'an Allah says that the burden of responsibility for publishing His Word is not something G'd leaves to any of His creatures, both Books if we understand it G'd says He will publish His Word Himself.

Q. 28:56; You can't guide but Allah guides and

Allah doesn't want us to make the mistake of thinking we can bring converts to G'd, say you can only inform them, it is G'd who puts faith into their heart G'd you can't make anybody believe no matter how ardently you work at it you cannot make anybody believe in G'd, that's what G'd wants us to know. So resent our reasoning to bring someone to be a convert but try to give them a better of their G'd, our G'd and when they see the G'd right they will believe, it will be G'd that brought them to faith not us.

Q.21:30; heaven earth one then split

First we will looking at the concept of Tauheed with reference to the wholeness of matter or creation, G'd says in the Holy Book, His book do they not see that the creation was one continuous whole before it was separated sky and earth you know the belief on this earth was that the earth was the center of the universe and the astronomers who studied it objectively as they possible could they finally concluded its not he center at all but in the small e belong to the family of the sun, the sun is the center because all the other bodies are rotating around the sun or evolving around the sun, going around the sun. And some other idea or myths believe that this was really an alienated body beyond the bodies of the heaves and this is the black hole the black planet, the alienated one the one in trouble and finally they gave that description to Pluto, because its to far out but mind it when you're studying that astronomy too there's some Pluto in all earthlings.

So Tauheed is the term for the unity of matter and the unity, consistency of G'd's creation that force us to His unity, His consistency, His uniqueness as Creator of all of that.

So it is through the study of what He did that we can be guided or lead to what He is and you know if you say mother, what is the meaning of mother? The female parent that's a quick answer right? But before you really know what a mother is you have to know a mother's history, is that not right? What has been her performance in that role then we truly see her, the meaning of mother. So the meaning of G'd we have to know G'd in G'd's performance in the role of G'd, how has G'd performed in the role of G'd? When we know that then we truly know G'd, we see th true picture, the whole picture we know G'd the meaning is full now, complete now and what takes us to that conclusion is the study of what He did and men have been guided by their nature by t eh nature of their intellects, they have been guided in the nature of their souls, they have been guided to come to the conclusion that this world couldn't have made itself that G'd did this and G'd did it lets study His Works and see what His Works tells us of Him. So G'd gives the servant the help, say why do they, how come they can't see that this scheme of matter was once a consistent whole before it was separated into earth and sky, spiritual and material.

Q. 3:7; Men of understanding

So this is a hint, hinting to the thinkers the men of [uluul al baabe] the men of the first logic, first reasoning, first possessors of the door, the door to the knowledge so this is a hint to them that G'd is going to stop this separation in man's life where he think he's spiritual in one side and material on the other side and the two sides are in conflict. No G'd made the world in agreement, made it in peace made it to have a harmonious relationship for its different parts and its different sections and its different systems like a great symphony of spiritual life. The spiritual life is a part of that great symphony, the material life is a part of that great symphony all parts of our life are in that great symphony, G'd played music man not cacophony beautiful music.

G'd is saying I am One and My creation is a whole and a consistent, harmonious whole, discord is in your own mind because of ignorance. Tauheed so this is the message that must go to the whole world, if this message goes to the world its like a body that's been afflicted with a disease and then a medicine comes to that body to defeat the disease in that body, the sore start going away the boils of racism disappear to become a healthy humanity, yes.

Muhammad Uswaa

Q. 33:21; Prophet's Uswaa example
Q. 34:28; Prophet enough for all humanity

So this is the medicine didn't we say it was a medicine, say in it is medicine for what ails you, humanity, mankind. The Prophet's Uswaa it is also food for all people, it's the food of life for all people because as a model he's not only there for us to emulate but he's there for us to find peace in that model knowing that G'd has given all of us the Uswaa of Muhammad in our inherent nature he created all of us from Adam to us to have that Uswaa, will G'd give us a model to emulate if we didn't already have the power, the capacity to emulate that? That's why it says he a mortal flesh blood man just like you, he's not something different, he's just like you. If you think him to be so superior its because G'd has shown mercy to him and G'd has rewarded his struggle to keep his self from being defiled for 40yrs successfully G'd rewarded that struggle of his with the guidance and established him as a model for all people I keep repeating that to you because it most important that we know that, he's not just a model for Muslims he's a model for all people according to the Words of G'd who believe in G'd and the last day. And G'd says certainly you will find in him an excellent model for any who believe in G'd and the last day.

That mean they believe in G'd and also conform, their behavior is a testimony that they believe in G'd because if you don't live with the consciousness or awareness that you are accountable to that G'd then you life is a contradiction, but if you live with an awareness that you are accountable to that G'd then your belief and your life is agreeing. Now we won't take individuals because we know American society there are saintly individuals very beautiful shiny examples for mankind but as a society, this society is a terrible contradiction here it says believe in G'd but it has all the creations of the devil, all the temptations of the Satan all around us, drugs, liquors, narcotics, crime, shameless behavior, gambling all kind of deceits its filled with the invitation to follow Satan.

Q. 2:219; Gamble, drinking

So the society itself is not a testimony to the faith of the people that make up this society that's why some churches they get together and they use their voting power to vote a certain area alcohol free, so their little area will be a clean testimony won't it? Churches and no alcohol and they don't want gambling in the area and G'd says of the two they are the works of the devil, say stay away from them they are the works of the devil, alcohol and gambling or we can say drugs and gambling covers it all now are the works of Satan the devil say stay away from it if you expect to be guided, or successful in life.

Sewaa, Uswaa
The Prophet's Uswaa refers to something inherent its not something that he achieved by study or by practice its something he was born with his uswaa and his Uswaa is the uswaa that G'd gave Adam and all people but the devil, the Satan seduced us out of our form; you know sewaa, Uswaa conies form sewa, seway means level, plain perfectly balanced this is sewa and sewaa has reference to a vertical a perpendicular so it is squared, level, balance with the perpendicular like this a "T" this is sewaa, all points are in balance I don't know if that's in balance what I got t "T" here pretty well balanced. And what is that? That's what is it also? Cross it is a universal symbol don't be afraid of it let Dracula be afraid of it don't you be afraid of it, not that we are going to adopt the Christian cross no we don't adopt it when you put it into a physical thing and make ti part of Religion it can become shirk so we don't accept it the way Christianity accepts it. But we should understand the meaning of it and that's why these things are given to us in Al Islam to show us really what the cross is.

Would Jesus say take up my cross if it was something bad then the Qur'an would say Jesus never told you to take up a cross that's not in the Qur'an it says He never told you to take up celibacy that's in the Qur'an so if the cross was a great evil that they charge Jesus with says G'd never order Jesus to tell you to take of a cross Jesus never said to you to take up his cross, it's a mystery that's better left alone until the people can see their own mistakes. So here the knowledge, wisdom comes very quietly and subtly the Uswaa of Muhammad and the Uswaa of the created world itself, saying that He has put everything in a balance, right? And He made the seven heavens firm, right? Firm graduations so every graduation or every sky it really has a reference to sewaa; khalaqa fasawwa it has a reference to sewaa, there are laws and regulations that keep everything in the order and balance that the Creator intended for them.

So actually every level from Adam to Abraham on every level is the cross and the cross is the person himself on the second level two crosses a double cross and that's what the world is right?

The world take the meaning the science that is in Jesus Christ and in John and use that science to double cross us. Given us to one or other extreme, you're all positive and can't see the don'ts see al the do's and no don'ts Jesus Christ do's John is don'ts you see all the dos and no don'ts or you see all the don'ts and no do's or you confuse the two of them and double cross.

Q.7:124; Pharoah to sorcerers crucify

So we have two sides to out own nature in our own life don't we, two sides to our own life, spiritual side and a rational side, spiritual-emotional side and the rational side you have these two sides to your life if the Satan work too these two bodies of yours or these two aspects of your own life and nature he can turn them against you and you against them where you are not getting the proper use of your life, not relating properly to your own life and that would be a double cross. But actually cross is the human being and this is not the first, the Qur'an is not the first to do that, it goes all the way back to Egypt the Qur'an takes it back to Egypt say and Pharaoh if you disobey me I will cut your limbs off the opposite sides, crucify you, put you upon the cross.

I been over there I studied their symbolism and they have figure they call they heavenly cow and on this figure they have a lot of crosses this existed before Christianity maybe before even Judaism who knows this is very ancient, they have a cow they call the heavenly cow and on that cow are nothing but picture of crosses, you can go and see it for yourself if you like you find it that interesting and you want to have it verified you can go there, go to Egypt and see it for yourself. Go to the pyramids of Egypt and you will see the picture of the heavenly cow and you will see crosses all over it don't have to do that just look in the dictionary ...

Cross Balance Inherent Instinct ...

I mean in the encyclopedia, get you a good encyclopedia and look up heavenly cows pretty sure somewhere in the sentence on Egyptian cow you will find a picture of the cow with those crosses on it, what does it mean the cross? The balance is something you inherit the Uswaa you inherit that its in the biological gross body it comes by the way of genes from Adam to us genetically we have this, so what does it mean. It means the intelligence that is not controlled by you mind but you have inherited it and that's you first intelligence isn't it? That's your first intelligence man was really supported by inherent intelligence before he was supported by learning like an animal, so he was able to build homes a lot of things with nothing but instinct an inherent intelligence eventually trial and error it brought him to have some form of society the dawning of enlightenment came late in the history of man on this earth where he follows a teaching or a logic or a science for direction in his life or the establishment of his life that came late.

So Uswaa hasana is saying no man is not despicable in his nature man is not without value in his own created nature, in his created nature is his best form Uswaa hasana, it was created by G'd for him. When G'd made him, created him with the senses, with the life, sensitivity and senses to follow it to eventually come to it the proof is Muhammad the Prophet he came to it without Revelation without educated teachers he came to it, its something he go before Revelation, his Uswaa hasana so it's the property of all men, yes. So its also cross because its in the body without the head, you got it now? Take the head off and leave the neck you got the cross and put him in the balance and this is how man always try to balance when they walking on something difficult, tight rope or walking on a fence its natural to throw your arms out like that to get that balance.

It's a cross, perpendicular to the square that's why in Religious science the cross itself is a light meaning the cross itself has its own science has its own separate body of knowledge the cross is an illuminated figure and somebody I guess it was Iblis gave the Klan a little knowledge of it so when you aren't obeying them they come and set the cross afire, the balance is disturbed, the balance is angry on fire.

The Prophet's Uswaa is different from his sunnah the Uswaa is what we have by virtue of his how human creation something that everybody else has as a potential whether he sees it or not they have it as a potential that means they have it as a common property of everybody his Uswaa of every human being. Sometimes the environment won't permit us to realize it sometimes our own misbehavior keeps us out of it but it is the common property of all people. Actually Muhammad is a picture of our humanity as G'd made it and intended it for all of us that's why he's given to all of us not just his sunnah al this talk about sunnah, sunnah but more important than sunnah for us is his Uswaa.

The sunnah has been confused we have confusion when it comes to knowing what his sunnah is have a bunch of Shites they don't even agree I shouldn't say a bunch of Shites that was disrespect they don't come in bunches forgive me for that we have bodies of Shites who disagree with that they don't even follow the sunnah they don't agree with that idea about the sunnah but none of them agree with his Uswaa all of them accept his Uswaa, that his Uswaa is Uswatan hasanatan most excellent and suitable for al people to emulate to marvel to copy that Uswaaa .

So this is universal Prophet Muhammad in his picture of a man he's a universal message to all mankind its in the Qur'an certainly we have made noble all the sons, children of Adam , why is that said? Because some say some are the Children of Ham and they are not noble, they are mean low base, despicable creatures and the same Bible says Ham is Egypt and Egypt is in Africa so we have been slandered haven't we? We been mocked and slandered our worth as a human being by a people ignorantly trying to read Scripture and translate it and having their own ambitions influence their translation or their interpretation.

Their mission is to become the masters and everybody else be subjects, create a class of masters and class of slaves so they targeted the African people to make us the slaves and they the masters white supremacy, racism in this modern time. You think G'd would reveal something to a Prophet and the big issue of racism the issue of the 20th century as Dubois said you think G'd didn't know about that? And G'd wouldn't have something to say about that? Muhammad addressed it in his life time because it was already existing when he was on earth, he addressed disrespect for Black people no superiority of a white over a black or a black over a white its in his farewell address its addressing racism and he used the Qur'an to back up what he said didn't he?

He said that's no rank to be given to you because you're black or white your rank depends upon your obedience to G'd that's what he said, that's what G'd gave us then he backed it up with his own lecture his own speech. No superiority of a white over a black or a black over a white You only superiority is in your obedience to G'd, you piety you conscious fear to obey G'd and not disobey that's taqwa.

So G'd has created the man human being like a plant, a plant reaches its maturity or its final stage of growth in stages its first a seed dead and the a root with a stern very weak that's its first stage of life.

Seed is a dead stage the first stage of life is roots in the earth with little stem so it can have sun light, freedom and then it takes another form it develops branches or it turns green and it stands up some will bear flowers some will bear seeds some will bear fruit so actually its three stage isn't it, three mains stages. One is anchoring in the ground, the other one is forming outside of the ground the last one is providing for its continued life, the fruit gives you something nice to taste and everything gives you pleasure and also seeds.

Isa 51:12; Son of man as grass bean

Flower gives you beauty and also seed reproduction the grass gives you its seeds back the grass wants you attention to be on reproduction, the flower wants you attention to be on charity, goodness, beauty etc. Look how wonderful G'd is gave us something here to satisfy the need in our life for beauty there's need in man's life for beauty. Delicious soup come something to satisfy my taste, please my taste buds a lot of foods don't excite the taste buds if you got to eat because its staple you have to put spice on it to make it excite the taste buds but its staple food you have to eat it you have to put the spices on it to excite the taste buds but you will eat it whether you got the spices or not, why I mention the grass like this? Because the Bible talks about grass says that the Prophet servant of G'd describing himself what is the son of man but grass. Grass want you to see how it got here want to put in your hands that, that will bring it back again it gives you its seed Mr. Fard he put a lot of importance on bean especially the nave bean white symbolize purity in his language why? Cause beans do the same thing grass does, dean does a little more the bean plant comes out of the seed and root itself in the ground and sends its seed up into the view, into the light its seed open up giving up its secrets.

The grass is not there to show off its humble, this not vain, its simple straight up because its not vain it gives you the secret of its life not in the ground its right there in your eyes its not enshrouded like the apple seed, you have to bite down into the apple to find the seed its life as it expresses itself shows you the secret of its origin.

Q.71:19; Earth like carpet

So it's a sign of open-ness honest and charity with knowledge, the knowledge of how life continues, how we are to continue the life, the farmer with the seed he knows how to continue that life, he will plant it next spring and that life will be there and he multiply it instead of it growing up accidentally, randomly the farmer takes the seed and he has a plan and have fields of it all in one area continuously without interruption. And the grass is food for the cows isn't it and also for the sheep and other animals that life on the grass and it's a cover for the earth, beautiful cover like a rug Allah say see how he spread the rug, the earth out like a carpet.

Sacred Cows

The cow we mentioned earlier as G'd say in Qur'an in the He revealed four heads of cattle in pairs, they eat grass and if the grass is a servant of G'd and the servant of G'd is giving up the secrets of life then what are they eating? They are eating knowledge, the cows are eating a particular knowledge and those that eat that kind of knowledge with an awareness of it they are sacred cows. So in the intellect is a cow and the cow chews over what its trying to understand, taste and digest chews on it a lot cow just doesn't pick up something and swallow it chews on it a lot then it's got a second stomach it puts it in there and let it sit there a while in a place of rest and then when the thought hit it bring it back up chew on it some more. Now that it has been in that place of rest for a while maybe now I can find out what this is, learn more about what this is I have swallowed, this is the activity of the intellect.

And He revealed four heads of cattle in pairs, chew on the universal knowledge that's what that is, G'd reveals it man did not come by universal truth on his own G'd reveals to man universal truth. Well there's a lot to be said we can write books, many books we could just on the cross we could write many books several volumes but we're not going to do that because we want our attention on the pure light on the innocent light those symbols are not innocent anymore, those symbols have been used by the devil by the satan so its not safe to take them up, take them up and people think you're joining them. But it is good for us to have the knowledge so we can better guide our own life and protect our own children and have better qualified leaders for the future, we'll be more secure better protected from the suggestions of the Satan and the confusion that's in the knowledge of the world.

Conclude this at this point man is the creation of G'd and he's created to worship G'd and to serve G'd, G'd's Will and G'd's Plan and in His Purpose and in His Aim created by G'd he has no sin no shame nothing but nobility purity and excellence and this is a message for the whole world so that no man will have to go with his head hung down because someone told him he's inferior to another man or inferior to another race let them hear what Allah says , what their Lord who created them said they are not inferior to anybody, they're equal to every other human being and then we have the rational argument to back it up. So this is the universal message of the Uswaa of Muhammad, he was not educated so they said oh without education the human being is nothing but a despicable beast that's what the arrogant learner, knowledgeable ones were saying, without this light we have he could be nothing but an animal, despicable beast and that's how we should treat him, shouldn't accord him the same purity we accord ourselves.

For most of the history of so-called civilization the common man was treated as an animal and denied equal access to knowledge, education, etc so were the women, sister so were you, you were left out not included it was only recently in the history of man after the Qur'an that women rights and the proper respect for woman as an equal with man came only after Qur'an only after Muhammad. So shouldn't we publish the Word of G'd the Qur'an and shouldn't we publish the Uswaa of Muhammad to the whole world? This is our obligation, our obligation is to advance the light of Al Islam and the light of Muhammad to share it with the world so that the word can se, the world needs it the world is under oppression, burden, the intellect is strained the intellect is burdened, the intellect is confused, the spirit is strained, tormented, the emotional life is confused.

Al Hadis Ip.l91#30; Every child birth Muslim

The spirit, emotional life and the intellect all confused and tormented, strained because of the lies, misconception in the knowledge of the world and man is set against himself, one ethnic group against the other one nation against the other one race against the other, this is the state of the world it hasn't changed yet. Its only Al Islam that is advancing, secure and we're suppose to be Muslims and servants of Al Islam in the path of G'd and not going to take up this issue? No we have to take up this issue don't just preach like spooks, man get the bigger issue he said I'm a man just like you, I'm the same creation as you are I'm in you and you in me we have common properties the excellence of man and G'd in His mercy has shown me to you so that you will see the model that is the property of all men and G'd says there is no superiority of one people over another and G'd says nobody is born an animal or without nobility said every child is born Muslim and every child is born with nobility.

With the rights to ascend to the throne that's what it means that's what nobility means the right to ascend to the throne to go as high as the society could go, the nobles could go as high as the society could go, they could be president, king, leader etc., this is the message of Al Islam, that message is needed badly an you swooning being able to recite in Arabic get you stroke and you're gone home and the world needs you to give the medicine that will heal the whole humanity of disease of racism and materialism ignorance, false knowledge, you got a great mission and you there playing . With you little two cent toy like a baby on the floor, I'm serious.

The Qur'an itself if its just given to people it has the power to advance G'd's cause if we don't say a thing just give the Qur'an especially intelligent ones the learned it has the power by itself, it's a living organic entity it has its own life, light, its own voice to speak itself. Now if G d bless you with insight, knowledge look how powerful you are and it becomes like the oil that before its lit its glistening, but now if we can light it oh boy. Thank you G'd forgive us our errors have mercy on us guide us always Amin.

We're going home brothers G'd created us to have a home on this earth that's what G'd got us here for to have our home we're going to have that home on this earth right there and now and that's going to earn us the heaven in the heavens above. Its time for us to act and G'd has given us the spirit to act the better circumstances in the world invites our life to express itself as G'd wants us to express it. So we have the freedom in American to build an Islamic society, if we want to have it as a real physical model all we have to do is do what most ethnic groups do, they come to this country the find an area for themselves and they move where their people move so that they are next door to each other. The Arabs have an Arab community in Chicago you can go for blocks and that's their stores for blocks Arab stores and their living next door to each other, so don't say it can't happen that's the way of the big city in America. For the Chinese to come and live with each other so how come we can't live with each other, nothing is in the way of that all we have to do is make a little effort like they made, its forming in Atlanta, there is a nucleus there for an Islamic community in Atlanta, very proud of Atlanta under the leaders of Imam our convener of the Shuraa Imam Plemon Tauheed El Amin they have stores there around the masjid and they are buying the land, houses around the masjid. we can see a Muslim neighborhood taking shape, few other areas they don't have that much progress for themselves to their credit but I know a few others who have started.

Muslim Intelligencia

But our efforts are haphazard not organized, you remember I asked for an intelligencia of African American people? We need an intelligencia for this Muslim group for our association of Mosques and schools the Shuraa was intended to do it but it hasn't done it, I'm asking you to think about it and bring it about, we need more than just preachers, we need business people we need educators, we need government officials, we need all of this, people who know the cultural life and know how to contribute to the betterment of the cultural life, we need all of these professions, interests to come together at least twice a year and let us look where we are as a community as Imam Plemon said, let us look at where we are and where we are suppose to go and brain storm to get there, that's easy to do , so lets do it. Let's not listen to it and drop it and go to sleep, wake up in the morning its gone, lets do it.

Business Purpose

We're going to build a business and we should build a whole community not just a business, the purpose of building a business is to get more financial resources to finance other efforts, the effort of education, schools and etc.

That's the main purpose of business, if you think I want dollars just to have dollars you're wrong I could have had that with the Hon. E. Muhammad, the Hon. E. Muhammad was ready to make me wealthy certainly he was I could be very wealthy if that's what I wanted, just those coming to him I could have had more and more not only what was coming to him I could have had more if I just went along with the game. He knew money was not my interest when he was trying to get me to accept that Fard was G'd get me to change my statement so I wouldn't be put out he had two big briefcases sachet cases and he made sure I knew what was in them, when I come to sit down for the court, the hearing, he opened one full of money he didn't open up the other one, he cold have been bluffing with the other one, but I didn't know that so in my mind there were two suit cases, two sachet cases full of money.

Come on son have a seat here we're going to have court, I knew that, that's why I was invited, but he was saying " aren't you a little afraid of the consequences, see all of that money" so he was working on my mind, so I sat down and he said " Wallace you are charged with denying our savior that he's G'd, did you say that? I didn't answer I said daddy I accept that he's your G'd and he didn't like that. "He's your G'd too" so you know how it ended up he put me out and he put me out, now if I wanted money, the money was there in fact I was presented to the people in a way to have the people support after the death of my father to continue his work the would have given me, in fact they did until they say I was changing things and then I actually took the burden off the people, I told them we didn't want anybody having those campaigns to make people just empty their pockets and take off their clothes and put the house up for sale and all that, say you got to stop that. I stopped it so the money wasn't coming in, but if I wanted money I
could have had it I could have it right now there are believer that would give me anything I ask for right now if I say I want a million dollars they would raise it believe it, they would raise a million dollars but would it be fair to them? No and really we aren't going to get it that way we got a way to do it and it isn't going to be a burden on the people, the burden in fact is going to be a relief and the money is going to come, its happening already.

Employment problems

Q. 2:259; Roof fall

More and more every now and then it hits me sometimes I'm in the movie away from home, the business, the matters demanding your time in a move house you start to think freer and something hit me man I almost shed tears, I say we can't keep living like this we got to change this thing. Al Islam is suppose to take the burden off society and help the society have a comfortable life, living on this planet that's what Al Islam is all about. So our men don't have enough jobs that's a Religious issue, "oh that's economics the Imam making a mistake now and going back to the nation of Islam talking about business this isn't a Religion for spirits only this is a Religion for the whole life of humanity not just for the spirit, we got to talk about material conditions and its hinted in the Qur'an that we're suppose to better the physical environment, many hints. One is say look at a city the roofs, houses, homes the roofs are caving in and then renewal comes to that town the buildings are renewed the place is made excellent and beautiful again and likewise it is said is the resurrection of the dead. So don't just think about the resurrection of your own life, personal life think about the resurrection of life in society, community, the resurrection of your neighborhood etc. This is your environment, you want a heaven after death and you don't want decent conditions on earth and life?

That bum won't get heaven, he's satisfied to life in the garbage in the alley in trash in neglected neighborhoods in this life how does he qualify to go to heaven and have those beautiful homes there in paradise, clean streets and he's a man that makes dirt and likes dirt, how does he qualify to go there. Bright city and he can't see two feet in the fog of his town and say he's going to go to a bright city where the lights, air is clear the environment is clean your sights can go for thousands of miles isn't nothing blocking his sight, no pollution in that environment but you like pollution in this environment, how do you qualify?

Q. 78:31; Desires fulfilled

The logic is not there, you don't qualify for heaven so you have to qualify for heaven and to qualify for heaven you have to want a decent, clean, healthy, productive environment on this earth, I say productive, you think heaven is not going to be productive? If heaven is not going to be productive it would not be called green, say the dominant color there will be deep rich green that means full of new life, you're going to a place full of new life, green is a spring time on earth so it will be a new life and you will go in at the spring time and the seasons are going to be everlasting, the perfect season is going to exist for always, no fall, no winter, going to be perfect climate always and you're going to go in at the green of it and its going to produce all the wonderful things that your heart and soul desired on this side. G'd says it's a fulfillment of desires is that not right?

You should think about that and know that the ticket to get in is your performance here and now that's all the major Religions so this is a Religious duty so don't let the cowards and the lazy people make you doubt your Imam, oh Imam make a mistake now he should stick with the Qur'an and sunnah, that's exactly what I'm doing, if you're not interested in the whole community life you're not following, looking at the Qur'an and the sunnah you've lost sight or never had it ,that's exactly what I'm doing and don't think its no new revelation for me, when I started out day one I knew that where we had to go is the whole thing not a part of it, but it took strategy, patience, you have to wait for the people you can't go too far ahead of them or you will lose them, you keep walking and they aren't walking you look around you don't know where your people are. So you got to go according to the ability of your people to keep up and when you indicated to me you wanted more I gave you more until you got the Qur'an and the model man Muhammad and now we have to follow it we have to produce.

The Qur'an is help for humanity help for the moral life, help for the intellect, help for the whole life of humanity the mission of the Qur'an and Muhammad is to see that the world that got......animal rights...meaning that it has a logic so man is formed of the material world so he wants to have his life in some rational, logical form because he came from a matter that has laws, organized upon logic, laws, rules, logical scheme etc. Also you have appetites for beauty and the material world bears us beauty to show that it has an appetite for beauty so whatever is in you is also in the material world and it comes into you so that you can advance it for the betterment of human life and the life of your environment, not jut human life, we don't have animal protection, laws to protect animals either the human being may inflict but Christian society has it we're going to get it because as we wake up again in Al Islam we are going to see that the Christians are doing a lot of our work, that they work that they say is theirs is also ours. Animal rights it wasn't this modern civilization that established animal rights the hadith says that there was people walking and a dog walking on the same path and they didn't think the dog has the right to be on that path.

And the Prophet (PBUH) he reminded them that the path was for the dog too, the dog had rights to that path too, respect for all life this is Al Islam and since we are the superior creation in this biological world then we should be more responsible in this world than al the living creatures, that mean we should be their help and their protection, we should seek a better life for the animals and not mistreat them. So whatever you see of good that's Al Islam that' required in Al Islam.

Ques._____________
Ans. Iblis no an angel

Iblis was the leader of the angels and he was conforming to the order of the angels but he was not a true angel he was a jinn but he was conforming to and serving the order of the angels and for him he was an angel because that's what he had accepted, to be the leader of the angels and to be of their order in the order of the angels and in his own mind he was an angel and it took a test to show him he was not an angel but a jinn I hope I answered to your satisfaction if I didn't ask me some more maybe I can.

Women's organization to address important concerns and issues firstly affecting the Muslim community and blocking the progress for the Muslim community, we need women, females organized to serve as guardians of the community life as well as men, we don't need just men, we need women. And we need women who's separate because when you mix with men then you have a compromising thing going on where women are making a contribution and most likely your contribution is going to be smaller than the men's contribution because the men overpower you and have more weight and more support in a kind of leadership body than you have so you are at a kind of disadvantage right now and your contribution will be weakened because of you trying to have that with men, you should have it by yourself but you should also mix with the men, also sit in the counsel of men, but also have your separate counsel because females you feminine sensitivity, your mother nature and your sensitivities have something to help us that we don't have.

So you will more accurately identify certain problems and your solutions will be better solutions in certain areas than ours, then when you arrive at your conclusion or resolve a matter, say this is what we have finalized then when we are talking you have to do like the women in the time of Muhammad, Khalifahs you have to interrupt us and say but or here is something you're neglecting brothers, here is an issue that's not being addressed, here is solution that we don't see you with or you're not solving these problems so we need women involvement and you need your own separate organization. Community watch groups for the males and the females and then that group should mother other groups, specializing in certain fields of interests like education for our children etc.

Q.2:148; Strive compete for all good
Gen 2:18; helpmeet

In order to have more productivity you're going to have to have more free expression for more productivity that's the only way we're going to have it and we have to welcome challenges, competition because that's the way G'd advances us, vie with each other as in a race after all that is good.

So don't be afraid of the sisters challenge brothers, welcome it, they're you help meet that's bible help you get to where you're suppose to go that's what that helpmeet means. That meet is short for meeting, help you get to the great meeting that G'd want us to come to, great meeting of the minds and the interests and etc, so that we will be powerful and productive, hands are still going up.

The role of the executive Shuraa is told in the word executive the Shuraa is bigger in number than the executive Shuraa, those belonging to the executive Shuraa in order to be more effective a small number should handle filter the information and rule on the information and serve the bigger Shuraa body, by processing that information, seeing that the information gets where its suppose to go and what is required is met. This is the executive Shuraa and we can't have a lot of persons involved because it takes too much time, its complicated so we have a few number of people in the Shuraa we call executive Shuraa and they have a representative their convener of the big Shuraa body in Imam Plemon El Amin and he can contact me directly or you directly so that we don't have to have a lot of people to meet all the time, one person meet and he brings the concerns of the members, group to me or it might come to one of you with it, that's the purpose of the executive Shuraa to make the work more sensible and make it more orderly and to make it less burdensome. The Shuraa is accountable to G'd, His Messenger, the Qur'an the Word of G'd and to the Shuraa as a consensus of the Shuraa and to the Muslims at large.

Anything we do don't you know we are not only accountable to our association, we are accountable to the Pakistani community of Muslims to all Muslims we are one Ummah, any of them can criticize, judge us and put us on the spot and we have to respond intelligently with respect for them as members of the Ummah, so we're accountable to all Muslims. First it goes immediately to those associated with us, who we with but in the final analysis we are accountable to all Muslims even overseas Muslims, yes, they can bring us to answer to what we're doing and we have to respect them they have the authority to do that we're all equal members in one ummah. This Religion can't be taken in franchises, its not a franchise Religion, it's the Religion of all of us and we all are responsible for this Religion. If I had an army I go and make some Muslims straighten up or they would defeat me because this is not just their business its our business all of us when they misrepresent this Religion they hurt all of us so the same thing goes for us, if we mis-represent the Religion we hurt all of them I know you didn't ask for all of that but thank G'd you asked the question.

Uluul Al Bab, bab means the door but when you put it in that language it doesn't mean door it means more than door and Uluul means first and al bab means the door, the first door or the first of the doors the door in the singular but you could say the first of the doors or the first door, men of the first door. And it means men of moral logic, men of the logic governing how we should behave that's the first door, men who are devoted to the reasoning and the logic that governs how human beings are to behave I said moral but it's a little bit more than just moral.

And that a logic that evolves naturally and it was the first exercise of reasoning for human beings, first thing they wanted to deal with was human behavior because if human beings if they don't accept some discipline for their behavior how can they then perform in any field of discipline if they can't discipline themselves, so it's the first door is that not right? It's the first door, men of the first door it also means possessor, Uuulu it could mean possessor they are owners, possessors of the door by a certain reasoning, owners of the door. They are the first at the door and because they are first at the door they are owners of the door, this is philosophical language, reasoning that supports life and nature that's what it is the reasoning that wants to serve the uplift of nature and life. Men of logic loosely speaking.

I certainly endorse it and I'm very proud of the work dawah that has been going on now for several years in Los Angeles under the direction leadership if Imam Abdul Karim Hasan he has put together many very impressive messages in the form of pamphlets and have put them in circulation so that non Muslims will have them Muslim and non Muslim will have them and would know more than Muslim, Imam W. Deen Mohammed know what has made Muslim and know what has made Imam W. Deen Muhammad and it's the language, our ideas our beliefs that's what we are, our life is our language so we have to share our language with other people so they well see our life so when they were asked about Muhammad, they wanted to know more about him what did Aisha say may G'd be pleased with here? He's the Holy Qur'an living, walking among us Imam Abdul Karim Hasan________to say Imam Muhammad is speaking here
they need to get a look at Imam W. Deen Muhammad so they will know who is speaking if they see the man maybe they will want to come and hear him maybe. So you see a man through his language, so I'm very proud of that and thankful to Allah for his service that's not the only service he gives not but I'm thankful for that part of it and I encourage you to go full steam ahead.

Well I didn't really want that pardon so I could run for president of the United States they have people with worst past than I have running for president but really what I wanted was to free me from carrying that stigma so that I would be more appealing to free decent American people but thanks to Allah my good works have freed me already so nothing they can say about my imprisonment can hurt my image, just make people appreciate me more, so that's behind us, I have no political ambition.

Build or buy Masjid

Ques._______________________
Ans.

Yes I do the best situation for us or the best work to accommodate our need to have decent places of worship would be to build the facility from the ground then you could get all the benefits of low facility cost heating, air conditioning, you buy one of these old buildings, most times you're buying a serious problem and then more importantly you will have a facility built to your desire and you can have it structured situated so that the people come in the main entrance and they are facing the kabah when they come in, that's a big advantage. And you could have it built on the style of the Mosque in Africa or in Middle East, Malaysia or anywhere its up to you could pick your own style, I would like us to design our own style Masjid for the climatical environment we live in so that means one the east cost or California where the weather is tolerable all year around then your design may look a little different from what we will build in Chicago.

Circle, Square, Triangle

But there will be some basic features that will identify all of our Mosques, we have people who can come up with that we have architects that can help us come up with something, let us have our own creation. When we go to Turkey you see the Turkish design, go to Morocco you see the Moroccan design so we don't want to copy people so let us do the same thing they did, let us look at our environment and say what kind of structure is best to survive in this kind of climate and we build it. And what do we want to say with our design, we want it circular to say its universal, its of the order of the stars or we want a square to say its accommodating man, heavily spiritual. Square is community of man down here on the earth a circle is up in the heavens, do you want to say it's a heavenly accommodation or do we want to say it's a community accommodation or do we want to say its just for the individual, do we want a triangle structure I know none of us are going to make a Masjid for his own Religion so he can come in and do his own thing in our masjid.

I went to the Parliament of Religions big conference that they had and they had these witches up there on the stage I said if I had known I would have never accepted to come to this meeting, conference, had real witches what I mean by that they weren't in a story book they were practicing witch craft, Min. Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam was there too he should have walked out, protested, he like to protest he should have got up and walked out you got witches here we're gone. One thing they haven't got any sense I don't want to attend any of their conferences until I know they until I know they changed, don't discredit the Religion going to have Muslims, Christians, Protestants all of us there Jews and all of us there and witches there too saying we treat you all the same all of you are Religious just to have the support in numbers interested only in numbers no we don't want that.

Muslim council supporting good government in cooperation with the city or the mayor and maybe you want to become an affiliate with council Masjid, if you have some kind of communication lines open between yourselves that helps because you both are doing similar work trying to help good government. So I think Houston Muslim council whatever in support of good government in cooperation with the mayor of Houston. And if he includes that council o his advisory board or whatever he calls it, it includes council representative on that advisory board that's perfect then you're free to address any issue you don't want to limit yourself by saying Muslim council to advance the moral life or for Religious tolerance or for harmony all that's good but if you say support good government then to me that makes the city of Houston more comfortable with you, you get the logic? Thank you very much brothers and sisters let us go back and use the best let us take it back home with us, let us work with it to advance the good purpose and the good plan for our community life as Muslims As Salaam Alaikum.

Al Hadih lp.96#ll; Al Islam built on five

Al Islam has five that it is based or structured upon the Prophet he said: Al Islam is built on five. [Buneya] give the meaning of a construction [bunyaanan] is a construction and [buneya] means constructed upon or built upon and his expression in English translation Al Islam has five pillars, some say five principles and five pillars; pillars or construction, big posts that hold something up, strong supports and it doesn't bring to my mind the expression, some of you know Arabic well enough to understand this expression too, it doesn't bring to our minds pillars necessarily, it just brings to our mind a construction.

It says [buneyal Islamu] Al Islam is constructed upon [khamsen] it didn't say five pillars, it said five, Al Islam is constructed upon five. We have been addressing, and this is not a presentation, I don't consider it as a presentation, this is just comments after Fajr prayer and we have been addressing the universality, Al Islam's unique universality, complete and pure guidance for all humanity, all people and this five is what we have in common. The modern world has come to this idea of five being the common senses of man and that man is united upon five and the citizens of the modern nations they all recognize that the citizens should be united upon five because that's our common property. We have five senses, we see our eyes, we hear with our ears, we taste with our mouths, tongue and we smell with our nose and we feel with our hand or our skin and this is what we have in common and this is the life; the life of the human being is his five senses.

And these five senses they have their mates or their counterparts in the rational and spiritual body, there are five senses in the biological body, there are five senses in the spiritual body, there are five senses in the rational body, there are five senses in each one of our bodies

Intuitive Knowledge

I guess you may say man is flesh, mind and spirit well in all of these three essential quarters, areas of man's life he has five senses operating and when we have intuitive knowledge, that's really the five senses too, the five senses are working but not through our rational mind and that's in the spiritual body the five senses are working and its in Scripture I wouldn't talk to you about anything unless it was supported by Scripture.

I Samuel 17;49; David and Goliath

It is said that the people who followed the Prophet David, this is Bible, says David pulled five smooth stones from the water to slay Goliath and he took only one of those stones but he pulled five from the water and he took only one of these stones to slay Goliath hit him in the center of his forehead and he fell down, at least he fell down and he took the sword of Goliath and cut the head, severed the head of Goliath, the great giant menace.

Hajj five days

So the five senses that's the common bond in Al Islam there is no accident that Al Islam is built upon five and there is no accident that there are five days for the Hajjl, the Pilgrimage that's unites all of us, all mankind together, the Pilgrimage to Mecca to visit the Kabah the Holy Mosque there I won't continue on this five but the five continues. So that's the universality of Al Islam and the modern world got this knowledge maybe on their own but it's a good chance that they studied the revival of the sciences that was led by Muhammad and his disciples. They studied the revival of the sciences and drew information and used it to make the new western world in its rebirth or its Renaissance to
make it strong and to make it good for them, I'm sure they benefited from that.

You know it was not only Muslims benefiting from the sciences in the heyday, the great days of the Muslims civilization in Spain there was Christians and Jews, Mostly Jews and some Christians too working with Muslim Spain to advance the sciences and that period lasted for a long time, 500 yrs and the whole life of that rule is about 700 yrs. It got very weak in the last 200 yrs but for 500 yrs it was very strong, that's a long time. America as a government is only a little better than two hundred years old. So that's what we're talking about a long time, so we must then suspect that Jews and Christians benefited greatly from Islamic knowledge and science greatly.

In fact I have come to the conclusion, and I'm not the only one, I've heard other leaders of Al Islam and especially the grand Mufti Sheik Ahmed Kuftaro of Damascus, Syria we firmly believe that Muhammad the Prophet (PBUH) is the leader of the modern world, no doubt about it, he's the leader of the modern world, whether they accept it or not, he's the leader of the modern world because they didn't have the mind to even think modern science and the unity of mankind before Al Islam. They didn't have the mind to think like that, praise be to Allah so let us glorify G'd, praise Him and glorify Him with great glorification always for this great Religion we have, its greater than I realized, I never could have dream this Religion was this great when I was loving it as a young man and I saw a greatness, I saw a superiority but I didn't know it was so great as it is; that's why it going to be the Religion to the end of the world, there is no other Religion that can lead man except this Religion. Other Religions short change man, this is the only Religion that does complete justice to mankind, gives us our full appetite, leaves us with no hunger and then there is more we just can't eat all of it.

Q.3:164; Prophet educates, purifies believers Muhammad the Prophet is a Prophet (PBUH) that G'd says that he sent him as His servant as His messenger, as a warner as a giver of good news to purify the people and to tech them the wisdom and the Book, the wisdom is the rationale, the logic that supports the statement from G'd to teach them the logic so that they don't just understand it from the surface knowledge but they understand His meaning, the logic that connects the words and the sentences and hole the whole message of Qur'an together.

Q.2:257; Brings out of darkness to light And it is given in another way more often that he is to bring mankind, us humanity out of the darkness into the light and the world for darkness is also used for oppression, so it's a darkness that enslaves our Prophet came to liberate us from all forms of slavery, all bondage to anything other than G'd.

Thulumate - darkness

So it's the teachings that liberates us and it is the light, its G'd's Word it is the light, the perfect light to bring us out of the darkness into the light and when you look at the word bring us out it's the same word that is used for evolved. It literally means just to come out of something, it is also used for exodus like exodus of the people under Moses [letukhreja] in order that it or he may bring the people out [An Nas] means all the people, it doesn't say like some Scriptures the Arabs specifically, it says mankind all people out of the darkness [thulumate] is a darkness that prevents, keeps the light out, it's a darkness not like the natural night that comes, its not a darkness that comes to give you rest, quiet, this a darkness that oppresses, that's why this term is used.

Q.31:13; Shirk worst oppression is shirk

And you know in Qur'an Allah says shirk is the worst oppression from the same word [thalama], it's the root from the same word, surely shirk is the worst form of oppression and the word is ['atheem] means very powerful oppression, very strong an by the way when we are making salat, digressing a bit and we go down to Ruku say Allahu Akbar facing the Kabah the house of mankind, say where you get that from Imam?

Q.3-.96-7; Kabah for all humanity

That's what Allah says in Qur'an it was built for all mankind, for all people, the house of mankind we bend over and touch our knees in ruku and come back up we say we say [subhana rabbeyal 'atheem] glorified is our Lord The Great so what does 'atheem come from? Bones, strong like bones to whole you up , the muscles and flesh.

And the might of man until recently because right now its in sophisticated weapons and deceit like the Satan that is wisdom he can use over your head, so that's his might now but for most of the period of civilization the might was in the soldiers, the army. The more men like China big army, the more men the more stronger, powerful the nation and we turn towards the Kabah, they symbol of the unity of mankind and its also the symbol of a house and we know the sons are born in homes right? And the number of the men increase and as they increase they are used for work and they are used for defense, war.

So the powerful social life that's where the might is in the social life, so when we bow to that house in ruku that's exactly what we are recognizing that G'd gave us great power in our social constitution He gave us great power so we have to submit that to G'd. Say no this is not our's, we're mighty but this might has to be submitted to G'd, make ruku, come back up G'd has heard who praised Him, praised Him for something big. The armies of the nation they are mighty but no, G'd is mightier [subhan Rabbeyal Atheem] and not only those great armies but I'm one of them and my bones are holding up my flesh.

Sajdahs
Q. 10:31; G'd feeds from earth and sky;

And then we go down to the floor to make sajdah and we make two sajdahs now the first sajdah is to recognize that our food, clothing everything come out of the earth G'd said He feeds us from the earth and the sky, these material things they come out of the earth and we go back down for a second sajdah after we say "oh G'd pardon us and show us mercy. Then we go back for the second rakat and we say again [subhana rabbeyal 'alaa not atheem] three times to complete the two sajdahs. These are the states of man that make him forget his G'd and make him take the position of G'd over the people. His might army, his men, man power and his material wealth, forces that come out of the earth and his science, knowledge he gets, the second sajdah represents he's submitting his wisdom. First sajdah he's saying that G'd supplied me with everything that I have of material necessities and the second one he's saying that G'd is The Giver of all knowledge, science and everything.

So look how the Muslim is submitting the best of himself, all of his properties that he's proud of that makes him strong, that secures him against his enemy, that give him defense or superiority over others, he's submitting all that to G'd. His social strength or his man power, his wealth and his wisdom, he's submitting all of it to G'd, can you find a better prayer than that? NO, the Hon. Elijah Muhammad recognized that while he was still out of the light, he said " there is no prayer service to equal the prayer service in Al Islam, that's what he said in one of his small books around 1958 or 59, praise be to Allah.

So Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) we have to keep him in focus in the important picture that G'd gave us of him, we can't see him just as the leader of Sufi's, no he's not the leader of Sufi's, Prophet Muhammad is the leader of mankind and he's to bee sen firstly as one coming like us a common man claiming no superiority of matter, the matter is the same as all other matter, his matter is the same as our human matter, no angel, no god, man like us. His nature is the nature of common man like all of us, that's his nature. And he was uneducated like the ignorant masses, but was not ignorant he had good common sense, he had excellent, superior common sense, but he didn't have formal education, but superior common sense.

Prophet Muhammad's Uswaa
Allah taught Muhammad
Q. 21:33; Night, day Allah created

So his greatness in his uswaa was really the greatness that is the property of every person and in him G'd showed us those who hoard the knowledge think that they control the night and the day for mankind but they don't control the night and the day for mankind, I'm going to show that I'm going to take a man that they didn't teach and I'm going to teach him and he's the one, through him the light will come on for those who have been oppressed and also the oppressors, through him the light will come on for the world, isn't that wonderful?

G'd say no I don't need you to teach, I taught the first man, I created the first man I taught the first man, I don't need you to teach, its for your own good that you share, that you are charitable, just by your fellow man and work to liberate him, keep him free, give him opportunity that I created him for, its for your benefit. If you don't do it then I will come to him again and I will give him the way and the light and he will become your master and your leader, leader of the world, that's exactly what happened.

Lu 2:4-7; Jesus born manger inn

And if you study the Bible, if you don't study it, don't start please it's a very trying thing but if you study the Bible you see that it talks about the problem of disrespect from those who have knowledge, those who have greatness, their disrespect for the common person, that's all its talking about, Jesus the common man, the Great Jesus, the great Christ Prophet peace be upon him, he's a common man, he was not educated by the world, that's what it means by there was no place for him when she had her child, peace be upon him and his mother, when she had her child there was no place, nobody received her, just like you, you couldn't go to certain hotels a few years ago, no place to receive you because you were despicable, they despised you, you were a low creature, not equal to them, well that's how they treated Jesus.

Q. 87:6; Allah teach Muhammad
John 1:46; Can good come out of Nazareth

And the bible say can any good thing come out of this place he comes from? Mean that these people are despicable, they have no civilization, no education, they have no stature, no real character. Then Muhammad comes another one, not educated and Moses before him another one not educated so G'd is telling us and finally the message comes home in Muhammad say and he was not a man of letters he was of the Ummi, people just having mother wit that's all, not formally educated and G'd says I will teach you so that you will not forget, I will give you the lesson and educate you so that you will not forget, he didn't forget, what G'd gave him he shared it with mankind.

And because of the knowledge that G'd gave him the education G'd gave Muhammad the whole world had a rebirth and came into greater education than they could have ever possible come into without Qur'an, so this is the great miracle for mankind and the great comfort to mankind. Well we have everlasting proof now that no matter how mighty a people become and no matter how strong their dominance is in the life of mankind or over the common man, there is a day coming when a common man is going to break their grip on them from the society and liberate the whole world because it already happened, G'd did it through Muhammad. So now we don't have to ever fear that the common man will be enslaved forever, can't enslave him forever the G'd that created him will teach him and make him the leader of the whole world we don't need it any more we got Muhammad, its forever; but if it was possible for them to do it then if we believe in Muhammad.

Believe In Muhammad Believe In Self

You know what believing in Muhammad means? Believing in myself because he's a man like me, he the proof for me that a man like you can be raised up by G'd and lead the whole world out of ignorance, corruption and oppression, so he's a witness so my own worth as a person I don't register it any other way but this way and if you register it as I register it brother you are saved and brother you are freed, praise be to Allah.

To bring the humanity or the people out of the oppressive darkness into the light of true freedom, the way for all opportunity, the fulfillment of all human desires and needs, this is the light, so don't be hesitant to act upon your Islamic knowledge and to act upon your Islamic guidance, don't be hesitant we should be soldiers I hear and I obey G'd that's what the followers of Muhammad said, it will come en sha Allah, this is the Book I do that in private I been doing it since I was a young man but now I'm doing it openly showing you what I do it openly, if I had done that when I started with you all you would have left me. But now as I said in White Plains the light is on.

So those are the comments I had on five senses for this morning so at this time we can open for questions and comments and at 7:30 we want to bring it to a close and then the convener Imam Plemon Tauheed El Amin and Imam Pasha I think they will have something to bring forth I strongly support.

I think its wise of us and just good sense for us to preserve our work and the best way to preserve it in print, we should preserve our work in print and for history sake for the sake of having correct history so we are planning to do history book on the African American people they have some good ones out especially by Lerone Bennett of Johnson Publication, Jet magazine, Ebony Lerone Bennett he's written a few volumes on the history of our people from slavery to now and one is called before the Mayflower and others have written good books on our history too, some even non African Americans have written, have mentioned, have written on part of our history in their writings on the problems of slavery in America and so we can do good research and bring all that good information on the history of African American people to the table and we look at it and study it and then we make some decision of how much and what we are going to use in our own publication that we will make, the history of the African American people.

Our concentration will be mainly on Al Islam, in Africa, Al Islam in America and by Al Islam in American we mean all attempts to have AL Islam come back to us as our birth right as our inheritance not only as natural Muslims because we know every human being is born a Muslim and therefore Al Islam is the rightful inheritance of every human being, you follow that, you accept that? That's the logic, that's the conclusion that the logic brings you to, if we believe that G'd created every human being and that G'd made every human being in his spiritual body a Muslim and in his material body a Muslim that's what we believe, this is the teachings of Al Islam. If we believe that then Al Islam is the rightful inheritance of every human being isn't it? Yes that's the conclusion we have to come to, but we also was once, many of us we came from parents who once followed the tradition of the Prophet we followed Al Islam proper.

We followed the Religion of Al Islam on the continent of Africa and as proof that they brought us here from that Religion and we lost that Religion in the plantation, slavery so we didn't give it up, conditions took it away from us. So the G'd of justice is obligated to give it back to us and look how mysteriously it came back to us, isn't it something, brother this is wonderful, so who will tell this story if we don't, who will give this history if we don't, they can't give it they don't know it like we know it. And believe me we can make up a very special contribution to their understanding of the history of African American people's spirit whether Christian, Muslim whatever, so we got to do this.

W. Deen Mohammed Language Preserve

Now that work will say a lot for us but what you're talking about deserves another independent effort or project, it should be a separate project and that is to preserve the language of Imam W. Deen Mohammed that was the main tool for opening our minds and our hearts to the true light so G'd blessed us to do it in a very miraculous way, yes sir. So that should be preserved so that generations after us will be able to read and see how what strains we were in what kind of strains we were in, in terms of our spiritual life and how W.D. Fard came in with a very subtle plan, difficult to decipher, to discover but he came in with a very subtle plan to break the grip of the white man, white supremacy, white authority and tot break the grip of white Religion.

Now some of you might not like this but for us Christianity was white man's Religion any time the god look just like the person that made you salves, that's a white man's Religion isn't any about it, now for a white man its just Religion, but for a black man who suffered slavery and terrible abuses we suffered under them it's a white man's Religion and the evidence is in history we can write this objectively. The lady Julia she said this is
documented, speaking to white people "you look like god in the face" now why would she say something like that, how she know how G'd look in the face? She know from Jesus, the way that Jesus look, that was G'd to here that's what they told her, that was G'd, son of G'd and G'd, she said "you look like G'd in the face but you act like the devil in your heart" so we have documentary proof that African Americans under that terrible oppression were conditioned to believe that the white man was god and we didn't like it so we say you look like G'd but you behave like the devil.

Tapes of Hon. E. Muhammad Use Them

So en sha Allah we will do it if G'd wants us to do it and G'd will help us to do it so we need to do both of those and brother John Ramadan he cares about everything that I say and he has protected a lot of our tapes so we haven't missed much I think we got most of it and he's also protected the tapes of the Hon. E. Muhammad we still got some very good tapes of the Hon. E. Muhammad and don't think this shouldn't be used, there are some tapes of the Hon. E. Muhammad that we should use, we should show that this man wasn't all negative, that this man was positive too.

Recently in the Sun Times about two weeks ago, the Chicago Sun Times the most popular paper with African Americans people and maybe the leading paper of Chicago I don't know, Sun Times and Tribune that's the two main papers the Sun Times listed the Hon. E. Muhammad, may G'd forgive him his errors, sins and give him paradise listed the Hon. E. Muhammad as being among the 100 persons that most influenced Chicago during this last 100 yrs. And think about him he was not formally educated, came from Georgia with only 3 yrs education what's that in Georgia in his time? Nothing, so really we should say he had no education, he told me he had to teach himself to wrote, he said son I had to teach myself to write and before he died he had a nice hand he sent you, different ones letters.

So that too is an encouragement to the neglected poor and ignorant people white and black, that's an encouragement to them that here is a man with no education but something excited him, turned on his intellect for him and he took his life into his own hand, taught himself to wrote, studied books, prepared himself to lead African American people and he have left an indelible mark on the African American people that has accounted for many of them making Progress that they wouldn't be able to make had not the Hon. E. Muhammad emboldened them......

James Brown

...that's what he said and we can interview him, in fact you all should do it, somebody should go an interview him before he dies. James Brown, Black and proud that's who I'm talking about say it loud "black and proud", yeah Jim Brown too and I had claimed him for Chicago, but of the Cleveland Browns and on the annual convention tape I said from Chicago, I said the bears and he's a wonderful man, great man.

Order Priorities And Obey The Logic

En sha Allah we will do this, its very important, you have to order your priorities and then you have to obey the logic, I'm constantly saying this to the people that work with me in Chicago. I say "look what do you have there, why are you bringing me this? This is not as important, you have to do this, and this today, you don't have to do this today, now why you bring me this? I said order your priorities and then obey the logic, so we should use that language especially you who re responsible for things being done, things happening order the priorities and insist that people working with you respect the logic.

Allahu Akbar that's, I'm saying that to tell you something, Allahu Akbar means that Muslims are suppose to order their priorities and act according to the logic, G'd is more important so you don't wake up in the morning thinking about how much money you're going to make or what wife you're going to visit tonight, you aren't suppose to have but one because you don't have enough money to take care of yourself and the wife you got, you aren't suppose to have but one but you know you wake up in the morning thinking which wife you're going to stay with tonight or something, no you should wake up in the morning saying Allahu Akbar.

Allah is first in the ordering of our priorities, G'd is first that's why the Adhan is first Allahu Akbar right? Wake up call, first things first, so if we understand the wisdom in the Adhan, then that wisdom directs us to order our priorities and follow the logic of the order. So if G'd is most important the logic is I answer G'd first not something else, answer G'd first and if the logic is that the rent is due today and it has to be paid before 5:00 this evening, the bank is going to be closed at a certain time then don't deal with something that can be handled tomorrow and next week, no deal with these things that has to be handled right now, get them out of the way first and show indignation when people come to you with this stuff and they know that this is not first, you got to train them and insist that they respect the order of priority and believe me that's a key for success in business and life, it's a key to success ok thank you.

So we would like to conclude, so en sha Allah we say until the next meeting or as Americans say until we meet again, we mean until the next meeting and we have to continue to schedule meetings; you want big things to happen you want to keep things in tact, together we're going to have to meet and we should meet more than one time a year, its not enough.

May Allah bless us with the rewards for our fasting generously and give us the very happy Bid and a very blessed Eid for ourselves and our wives and our children and for our community Amin.

Tapes Of This Retreat

Some of the Imams we don't feel as comfortable with__________________________

I'm meeting with a lot of leaders of other groups, Pakistani, and I have been doing it for a long time for all of my years as your leader I have been doing this and they meet with me and they always ask what can we do to have more unity? And a lot of them say brother Imam you are our leader, we support you, your leadership and when they ask us for money we don't have money, we are poor, I mean really poor but just to let them know where our hearts are occasionally I give them money, send them money from the ministry, we hardly ever receive, I can't hardly recall a time when we received any money from them and they got more money than us, they got a strong professional class.

Immigrant Community Think They Will Inherit Us

The proof is in the pudding and I'm convinced from listening to their language, now we have some that are genuine and some of them I'm inviting to work with us, some are genuinely our friends, our brothers and that's stronger than a friend, brother but most of them I 'll tell you how they see us. They see us as their gift from G'd, people that don't know what to do with this Religion but G'd has given us to them and they see what we are doing as just a conditioning so that we will be ready for them to take us, that's the great majority. I would say that, that's over 90% of them.

So they got a secret with it, they are quiet and secret with it, they got a plan to harvest everything that we produce that is of any worth to them, I'm telling you what I know and we are not going to let that happen.

I started looking for a card I promised to leave with sister Ayesha and I wasn't hearing anything if nobody suggested this I have a suggestion, the suggestion is that the masjid, Imam obligate yourselves to come up with the hundred dollars a year and when I say obligate yourselves if your people can't take it don't pres them too hard, find a way yourself to earn the money on the side, you have a whole year to come up with one hundred dollars, that's not much at all. And then encourage your members, your congregation that's able to do it to pledge each one of them to give a hundred dollars [every member than can afford it] and that will do it and believe me G'd has given you all a man like Moses and I see the way, I know how we're going to get there, home to the promised land and believe me it won't hurt you more money will come to you, more money is coming very soon.

I'm a lot like my father in many ways, my father he was conditioned by his teacher to give you much more than you can handle to assure him that you won't be needing more because we want the maximum effort and maximum results so I picture what G'd has blessed me with I picture myself really in terms of my thoughts that I emit, that I throw out there, I'm like a new galaxy and its just bursting and bursting sending out objects and in time it will all find their orbit.
